Experiencia fantástica: Arrived to my appt today without knowing it was cancelled which was frustrating, however the young lady at the front Amber was so nice. She helped me get seen and helped me with the process of getting me on the sliding fee scale, not to mention she did all this while being the only person at the front. thank u amber i will be back

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great first experience at this office. From the moment I walked in the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The front desk made the chicken process quick and easy in the office itself was very clean and comfortable. Experiencia fantástica: I started going here about 5 years ago and I love this establishment. The people that work there are so kind and knowledgeable. From the front office to the lab services is excellent. My doctor is Dr. James Simms and he is the best. He always takes time to answer my questions and review any labs or issues that I may have going on. Yovanna always greets me at the front desk with a smile on her face and then puts one on mine. As I leave I get the pleasure of speaking with Amber who sets my appointments and makes sure I know of any upcoming ones. They offer a in-house pharmacy that delivers to my house. They also offer a dentist service. This is a great community medical clinic. Everyone should check them out!

Experiencia fantástica: The young lady I talked to was so helpful. My experience in the past with St. hope has not always been pleasant. Sometimes, the lack of compassion by the service people is overwhelming. However, the young lady that helped me this time was knowledgeable, friendly and showed compassion. The first young lady I spoke to I believe she said her name was Karen had not one ounce of empathy. It seemed like I was a bother to her on the phone. Please understand that you guys are dealing with patience, sick people, those who come to you to feel better. I wish most people would take a course on how to be a compassionate person. I was considering changing doctors. However, the young lady that I just dealt with helped me to understand that there are still some people at St.Hope that will not treat you like a number.

Experiencia negativa: Not professional at all stay away from this place. They scheduled you for an appointment and when you show up they say they can't take you. They don't explain nothing. Staff are rude and on one of my first appointments they took me to a room and the room had a strong smell of . I won't recommend this place to no one and definitely I'm not goin back. The city should go in and make sure everything is legal in here

I was brought back by Lee and Irma, and they were so delightful. Lee provided me with some tips to keep my teeth nice and clean in between brushing. Experiencia negativa: Please beware!!! If you have any health issues do not go to Dr Sims!!! He disregards his patents and he interrupts your treatment all while avoiding communication. I paid the money to be seen by a doctor after which I was expected to have my prescription refilled. It’s been over eight days.I have to contact the TEXAS MEDICAL BOARD, To report this guy, he is reckless and he should not be in the position he’s in.

Experiencia negativa: I have been waiting for two months for my teeth. No one called me. I had to call last week to have my teeth came in. They have not filed with my insurance company and they try to charge me $179 and the manager. Julissa just now file with the insurance on 18 December I do not think it’s right somebody dropped the ball somewhere I asked them do I owe anything three months ago they said no everything is paid. Experiencia negativa: 0/10 do not recommend. The sliding scale is an absolute joke and their full prices are astronomical. The dentists are fine but the woman at the front desk is enough reason to never come back here. She is rude, ignorant, incompetent, has a major attitude problem no matter how kind you are, and clearly hates her job and anyone who needs her to do it. It takes an hour for her to check you in for your scheduled appointment - even when you arrive early. She will literally turn her back on you and ignore you while you stand at the check in desk and she will send you away from a scheduled appointment before picking up the phone to confirm insurance information you already gave her two weeks ago and is already listed in your records. Then the dentist will tell you that they’re having to “squeeze you in” and rush through without adequate numbing because she made you so late. This woman should NOT be interacting with your patients in any way. And we had the pleasure of experiencing this on three separate occasions so it was not just an isolated incident. Absolutely unacceptable from any business, but especially one where sick and vulnerable people are going for help. Do better.

Experiencia negativa: Honestly the dentist was horrible. Not only was my appointment at 2:30 and I got there at 2:15. I wasn’t seen til 3:05 he stuck a mirror in my mouth and that was it. Cool over. Said he was sending the antibiotics to their pharmacy which is on site. This was at 3:20. I left to go get my son got back at 4:30. Still wasn’t sent. They told me he was doing right then so wait 15mins. Waited til 5. Pharmacy lady didnt get it. So she was like over there. It’s 5:20. When she comes back. Not only did he not send the antibiotics he left. They close at 6. So why would he leave. The nurses super nice thou. That dentist Dr.ASA I will never go back or refer anyone.

Experiencia negativa: They took the copay for my visit, that I payed two days before the appointment, as per their requirement. Then, they call me the morning of my appointment, said that it wasn’t technically 48 hours, so they cancelled my appointment. They said “we’ll call you back” and then never called or answered the phone the other seven times I tried calling. I am going to run out of my medication, and they took my money and are avoiding my calls to make a new appointment. Absolutely shameful behavior for any clinic, and should be avoided.

Experiencia negativa: Don't waste your time on the sliding scale dental. The lowest scale is 130 for just the cleaning and trays. Many dental clinics provide this service for 60-100 normally.

Experiencia negativa: Waited almost 3 hours for my son to have a check-up. Completed the new-patient paper work online. They gave the excuse he is a new patient and that's why it took so long. Dr. Sims saw him for a total of 7 minutes and didn't acknowledge the primary reason we came in with any help or information. Will never go back to this clinic. No wifi either. Get some if you're gonna make people wait 2 or more hours. Edit: Our appointment time was 9am. Dr. Sims had 10 patients ahead of us before we walked through the door. Don't offer appointment times you can't keep and herd people in like cattle.

Experiencia negativa: You can NOT get them to answer the phone no matter how many times you call, or the time of day....the dental or medical side! I have been waiting 3 weeks just to make an appointment! I'm already scared to go to them because the dentist wasn't a good experience. Now the medical side keeps telling me they have to verify my insurance and it has already been proven my insurance is good and Dr. Sims is my appointed dr.....still can't make an appointment! I had to physically drive to the location to finally get a dental appointment, so I guess I have to drive in again today to see what is the hold up on an medical appt? Tired of going to the er or urgent care because this place won't schedule me. Update: 5/11/25 After having to physically go in person to get an appt and the the Hispanic lady at the desk that answers the phone, was laughing in my face that I was complaining about them not answering, the office manager steps in, says she will speak with the lady about her conduct and after 20 min of going back and forth THE OFFICE MANAGER made me an appt HERSELF AND SAID SHE HAD THE AUTHORITY TO DO SO, for Wednesday. I get a call today 5/13/25 (day before appt) saying the address for the dr isn't showing up correctly on my insurance and because of that I can't be seen Wednesday it will be at his earliest convenience, and he is only at this location on Wednesdays, HALF A DAY!!. Even tho EVERYTHING WAS VERIFIED BEFORE I LEFT!! So I waited over a month just to finally get an appt to get turned away because the lady at the front desk doesn't like me. Then this excuse of the address when she verified everything herself. I cant see another pcp until i see him so they keep delaying me seeing him! I am sick and need a pcp!! I absolutely hate this place! I tried giving them another chance after the experience with the dentist, but I see now this place and the people who work there are just trash and they treat everyone beneath them!

Experiencia negativa: I went in for dental work in February 2025. Everything went great until the procedure was done to remove 2 teeth. This was 2 months ago, and I still can't use one side of my mouth. My right inner jaw, gums, and right side of my tongue were severely sliced up. I wasn't given any meds, just ibuprofen from home that didn't touch the pain I was in. It took weeks to stop hurting. I'm TERRIFIED to go back and get the rest of my work I need done. I can't do that kinda pain again, and it's so hard to get through to the office. You have to physically go in person to ask a question. I just needed help with my teeth now, I'm even more scared of the dentist.

Lauren is the best case worker! Definitely an asset to the organization. I’ve had a couple of visits with Sandra and boy is she GREAT at what she does. Absolutely no complaints about the staff. However, the scheduling needs improvement. There are times when my appointments days and times get changed without prior notice. But also, the number of calls and messages received throughout one’s workday just to “confirm” the appointments become cumbersome and overwhelming, and quite frustrating when you can’t get in touch with the office because of the automated system. Experiencia fantástica: I visited St Hope dental office for the first time this week. It was determined that I needed some fillings. They were able to get me in the next day due to a cancellation. The front office staff is very friendly. Lee, the dental assistant, is amazing - explaining everything that's going on and asking if I had any questions. I've never had an easier experience getting x-rays done than I did with her. Dr Asa is just great! He is very polite, friendly and kinda funny and takes great care when he is working on you. This has been the most enjoyable trip to the dentist I've ever had. And, their prices are so fair - they aren't trying to take advantage of you, at all. Thank you !! They also don't keep you waiting for very long. The seem to keep their schedule on track - which is very appreciated.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at St hope Conroe has always been positive. The ladies working the front yovanna & amber are the heartbeat of the facility. Asking me about my day as I check in. Telling me to have a good day or weekend as I leave. Always greeting me with a smile and sometimes a joke. It’s the small things that make me love coming here. Great customer service!

Experiencia negativa: Took my mom in to get a full set of dentures. Had to drive to Greenpoint to get the xrays done. They took molds and we waited to be called for next appointment. Insurance reached out and said that services are on hold until they get the initial xray so they could approve services. I contacted St. Hope through all the sources or tried to. The insurance rep contacted them several times. Finally was able to make an appointment but when we showed up they apologized that they couldn't see her because services weren't approved. I told them that all insurance was waiting on was the initial xray and it would be approved. The lady gave me the run around and gave me a number to call. I never got through to anyone and phone calls were never returned. This cat and mouse game lasted for 14 months. We finally had to get another dentist. We went to Elemental Dental in Spring. My mom had her dentures within 3 months. Complications were had on my mom's part, not dentist. Elemental went above and beyond. They made up where St. Hope failed miserably. If you like being ignored and playing games, then St.Hope is for you. For the rest of the non psychos go to Elemental dental in Spring to get amazing and caring services.

Experiencia fantástica: First of Yovanna is absolutely amazing patient and kind always has a very calm empathetic interaction with patients my provider Rivera is very kind knowledgeable and caring Kay in eligibility has gone to great lengths to help even in my frustration Ona the pharmacist also goes beyond to help patients over amazing the worst part is the phone system, the phone often rings continuously with no answer at any prompt the scheduling line says you have reached us after hours when it clearly not after hours I have sat in the waiting area and called the number and no one answers the phone. The only way to reach anyone and it doesn’t happen every time is through the pharmacy and have to ask them to connect with the front desk horrible phone system. It is such a shame this happens because the actual employees are amazing. Eve has been exceptional!!!

Experiencia negativa: Still can’t chew food on the right side of my teeth after 7 Months. I got a tooth filling with dentist Emeka Asa and I have been in pain for several months to the point that I have learned to live with it, I have lost 15lbs because eating is difficult. He did 2 revisions to try and remove the painful sensitivity but it didn’t work. Another dentist there Christiana Foreman looked at my tooth but she was of no help, she recommended sensitivity toothpaste. This did nothing for the sensitive tooth pain till this day. I would not recommend coming to St. Hope for dental services. A simple tooth filling procedure should not cause me this much problems

Experiencia positiva: EDIT: I have really appreciated the care I am now receiving from Dr. Emiko and her team and am updating my review to 4 stars. It has improved my experience here. She does seem to care a lot every time I have a visit and I am very very grateful for that. --- ORIGINAL: 3 stars for my so-far experience and first initial dental visit with Christiana Foreman. I may update later based on my next visit with a new dentist (since I will definitely not be seeing Ms. Foreman again). I want to first say that the receptionist and the technician were stellar. I really appreciated the time and concern they had and could tell they genuinely cared. They were both very kind and I can't thank them enough. Unfortunately, that was all that was tolerable about this appointment. Even though I have prioritized and stayed consistent with my dental hygiene for the last two years, Ms. Foreman insisted "obviously it's not been enough" and that the state of my teeth were, in more or less words, my fault alone. The passive aggressiveness was shocking, to say the least, as well as the miseducated statement she gave to me on her way out. I told her I had a connective tissue/collagen disorder, and she stated "teeth are an entirely different makeup than collagen, so that doesn't have a part to play in this". Teeth do contain collagen - the layers that do not contain it (dentin and enamel) wasn't what I was speaking of. Cementum contains type 1 collagen. Pulp contains connective tissue. I don't understand how she's allowed to bully patients into "just doing better." She made assumptions about my situation and used it to be unkind and that, to me, is horrible bedside manner. My advice is to be sure you do not book your dental appointment on a Thursday, because that is the only day she works. I am looking forward to seeing a new dentist.

Experiencia negativa: I Have been waiting for at least 2 1/2 months to get my tooth font replaced after my implant broke. I was old that it couldn't be replaced I would need to get a partial plate. it has literally been 2 1/2 months and I am still waiting. I was told they were waiting on the insurance company the first month. 1 1/2 months later they called me (after I called again to see what the issue was they never reached out to the insurance company I get it they are busy),but I recieved a call yesterday and the information they gave me which was how much the insurance was going to cover they were given this information the day of my first visit. My response was i knew that from the beginning how much is my portion ? I was told they have to call the insurance back to ask them. So this process could take up to 6 months to complete while I have a missing tooth and my profession requires me to do public speaking.

Experiencia negativa: I had an emergency dental problem, I called at 9am and ASKED BEFOREHAND if they accepted my type of insurance they asked for my id number gave them that, they said they do so I got an appointment same day at 3pm!, I thought great amazing! I come in and they can’t find my appointment or if my insurance covers dental or not? That’s why I called to ask first?! I waited until 3pm with tooth pain for them to tell me that. Then they wanted $160 to take me in? Lmao what a joke. And the lady in the front just taking personal calls as she’s “checking to see if she can find me in the system”

Experiencia fantástica: I arrived for my appointment and was checked in with no hassle by the friendly receptionist. I was then escorted back by the Dentist Assistant Lee. She was amazing the whole time she did my X-rays and appointment. When she was done, I was seen by The dentist ASA, just as awesome as Lee. Professional and Friendly the entire appointment. My appointment was also nostalgic visiting the dentist in my youth, simple. I’m glad I found an office I can visit that treats people with respect and cares about the patients. Experiencia negativa: I have being seeing Christina Forman for about 2 months and she gets 5 stars! I had an appointment scheduled today with her and found out once I was in the chair that she was no longer there. No notification at all that she was no longer there. She was the reason I started going to st hope. The dentist did 2 fillings didn’t check my bite after and now my newly filled teeth hit before my other teeth. I don’t understand how a company operates that way.
