The repair was done within an hour. I couldn't ask for better treatment or results. Dr. Irvine and her staff are the best.

Experiencia fantástica: These folks here are angels, from the front desk, to the dental assistant and then the amazing doctor Irvine. They are so good, they are professional, they are Kind and they goes out of their way to please. I tried more than four year's, with three other dentists to get this work done. AFFORDABLE was finished within 5 hours. I'm former military stationed in Europe and none of those doctors can compare to the incredible team I met here today. I'm still in awe. There was hardly any pain. I had abstractions, surgery, and replacement, all in one day. I'm grateful to God, and I thank you Dr Irvine and your team. Ya'll are the best.

Experiencia negativa: The front desk staff was very rude. The assistant was even more rude. The doctor was nice, but it didn’t really make up for the other two. When I left, I realized I still had dried blood on my face. And not just in one spot. And after the procedure, they had to take another x-ray because they apparently thought they broke something off in my mouth. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT come here for dentures! Or to the Merrillville office anyway. I paid over $14,000. For full tops and bottoms, supposedly the best quality they offer hahaha, what a joke. Firstly, the first Dr. I saw (he’s no longer there) had the worst bedside manner. Then not 6 months in, my bottoms cracked, he tried to tell me it was due to needing a hard reline, smh not in only 6 months pal! They did end up replacing both top and bottom as they found that the fit was not correct. After 2 years the bottom plate TOTALLY SNAPPED IN TWO! They did get me in right away, I will say that for them. I got the same story, need a hard reline. Mind you, I am supposed to have a 7 year warranty and my teeth SNAPPED IN HALF, they repaired the break but that was all they were willing to do. I did end up getting the reline to hopefully ensure this doesn’t happen again although they would not guarantee it. The reline cost almost $400.00, thankfully I have insurance and didn’t have to pay the full amount! The only good thing I have to say about this place is the workers are very friendly and they do try and see you right away, even if you are sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes to an hour.

Five hours later we were leaving with teeth in his mouth. The staff was very friendly, nice and professional. They all treated him with great care. Experiencia fantástica: I have had my new dentures for about 10 days. I am quite satisfied with them. Myself, I have not needed an adjustment nor do I have to use adhesive although for some foods I do use it. I actually went into the facility demanding that they do a repair on my existing denture; They straightened me out. Nobody is going to repair my denture except the guy that made them. Plan B. They researched my insurance and informed me that I could get a new denture with no cost to me. The staff is very professional yet personable and friendly. Next thing I know, they are starting the process and in 3 1/2 hours I had a new premium denture in my mouth and was on my way home. They are truely affordable as this denture cost HALF of what my original cost me 8 years ago. Insurance covered it all. I strongly recommend you check them out.

Experiencia negativa: Got a 1 star cuz zero wasn't an option. Had an initial consultation for my husband a couple months ago. Had his appointment with the oral surgeon, called to make an appointment for his dentures and the lady who answered the phone was in a hurry. I was asking her questions and to follow up with our insurance so we knew roughly what our out of pocket was gonna be. I also asked her if she could get back to me that day and she said she'd try. As I ready mentioned I needed to make his appointment for his teeth. Here we are 3 weeks later and NO RETURN CALL. TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL. My daughter had work done her a couple years ago and this was never an issue. Lost a customer now and I will not be referring them to anyone ever again.

The lady that called would ask a question, cut me off before I could finish. Plus, the way she would ask a question….she made me seem like I was stupid. Don’t recommend just off of one call.

Experiencia negativa: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The front desk staff was noticeably rude—not just to me, but also to customers calling in with questions. Because my insurance wasn't accepted, they made a point of asking if I still wanted to be seen, which felt like an implication that I couldn't or wouldn’t pay out of pocket. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM. I was the only person in the waiting room (which, in hindsight, should have been a red flag), and I wasn’t seen until 9:45. The doctor looked in my mouth for maybe two minutes, then left and returned with an estimate. The assistant then told me the doctor said I wanted to start with molds that day—which I had never agreed to. I had clearly stated I was doing several consultations before making any decisions. The overall attitude of the team was off-putting and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable proceeding with any treatment at this office.

Experiencia negativa: I wanted to give 1/4 of a star but that’s not an option, I see most of reviews are a year ago SO WHAT HAPPENED! First time patient, gave my insurance information over phone when I made my appointment. Appointment was scheduled for 9am on a Friday this past January of ‘25, arrived on time to the Merrillville location, I had to be buzzed in (?), the door was broken, so I had to push it open and push it closed behind me, my first impression already not good, then it was freezing in the waiting area, mind you it was 2 degrees outside and the heater was broken, the receptionist was pleasant enough, handed me paperwork, copied my insurance cards, in the paperwork I had to sign a paper that said I will not engage in any physical fighting, have a verbal altercation or use profanity while on the premises (what tha hell?), I turned in my paperwork, sat there and literally froze to death for the 1 hour and 49 minutes til I got called to the back. Finally the X-ray tech called me back, she did say sorry, that she was the only one that day, then she showed me to my exam room, which was as cold as the waiting room. After several minutes the Dr came into the room, did an brief exam then proceeded to ask me if I will be using insurance? (Well yeah, it’s right there on my info sheet) well “WE DON’T HAVE A FRONT DESK PERSON SO THEY CAN’’T RUN YOUR INSURANCE!” So they can’t tell me how much it will cost! And “ I’m not certified to give general anesthesia”! WOW (cause I need 4 extractions) and when I told her I need antibiotics prior to my procedure because I have a knee replacement, she said “oh! WE don’t do that! I advise you to find another dentist or wait for us to call you when we get a front desk person!” At first I thought I was being punked! The front desk person should have lead with all that, he’ll the lady that called me the day before to confirm my appointment should have told me ALL OF THAT! after 2 hours and damn near freezing , I ran out of there, never ever to return. So take head, this is a cautionary tale. It was a nightmare , find yourselves a real dentist!

I still can't believe the prices and the friendly staff. If you're looking for a deal and quality, and really nice staff, come for a visit and see for yourself.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible! Paid in full and dr. Couldn't get me numb. Felt everything and was absolute torture. Had to hold my own suction for 30min while she was pulling for some reason. My face had dried blood all over it. Assistant gave me a wet towel to get it all off. Horrible experience in every way .Last tooth hurt to bad after she tried 2 different times and days. sent me to another dr who numbed me no problem and got it out. Then had to get another set as first set wasn't fitting anymore. They had to take the mold 4 times before they got it right. They offered me 5k refund as I paid in full but I would of had no teeth so that wasn't gonna work. Sure hope no 1 else experiences this as it was absolute torture!!

The health and fears of black women are never taken seriously, I was so comforted in knowing that my dentist was a black women who could empathize with my fears and nerves. I can't stop gushing on how great the experience was.We received such care, compassion, amazing treatment plan, and affordable prices. I will definitely make sure everyone knows we're to go when you need a new smile, confidence booster, be able to eat, talk, without feeling pain or covering your mouth to talk. I will not missed another photo opportunity with my family. I feel like all those years of feeling like the ugly duckling are in my past now. Every were I went , I never got a plan that was affordable. Until I went to this specific location with Dr. Irvine and staff. Experiencia negativa: I went to my first visit and it would be my LAST. I was dragged along for a week apparently waiting to see if my insurance covered.I think they treated me very poorly, especially when I was in ALOT of pain. Shame on them.

If you want a dentist who makes you sign - No Tolerance for Abuse - and then verbally abuses the customer before you and then you, she is the dentist for you. 1st customer had 9am appointment to have dentures repaired. Dentist wanted him to leave dentures and she would call when they were done, her lab tech quit at end of shift, but someone would be coming sometime but she did not know when. Customer upset no one called him and told him not to come in - she let him have it with both barrels Not her fault tech quit, she certainly wasn’t coming in from Chicago just to call him, and she was tired. REALLY, THE OFFICE OPENED AT 8am, SHE COULD HAVE CALLED HIM THEN. He left and she turned to me and insisted she was right and wanted me to validate her logic. NO SHE WAS WRONG. On to me - I was told that I was just there to see my ID and confirm my insurance, no impressions would be done. I said forget the insurance, I would pay cash. Dentist (yelling at me) claimed that was insurance fraud, and she wasn’t doing that. INSURANCE FRAUD IS WHEN SHE COLLECTS MY MONEY AND THE INSURANCE MONEY. When I told her to calm down, she had a NO TOLERANCE OF ABUSE POLICY, she yelled “I am done with you” and huffed off to her office. When I asked receptionist for business card, I was told that they were out. Then the dentist came back out of office and started yelling again - “call 1800denture”. Glad I saw her true nature before any work was done. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST She is rude and arrogant

Unfortunately, I was not in a very talkative mood because of tooth pain, but she was very nice about it. The dentist came in short time and was fast and efficient. I had a consult on a Monday morning, by Wednesday they called me with the good news that medicaid granted authorization for same day dentures! They would have had me in by Friday (all in that very same week!) Due to personal conflicting issues I had to take an appointment about 3 weeks post consult. The ladies treat you like family and make it a comfortable experience. Not gonna lie I am emotional. If you want the best dental experience you've ever had, from people who genuinely care, look no further. The buck stops here, hands down. Forever grateful.

I didn't get a chance to explain about needing 2 teeth pulled. Just referred to another place for low income. (No, I'm not complaining about those who get help). I was paying all completely out of pocket. I'm not eligible, which I knew already. Shame she didn't take the time to listen. Best advice ask before going, wasted 1 hour drive for nothing!

She doesn’t sugarcoat things and is totally transparent about what the process entails which I found to be quite comforting. She is also super helpful with planning the best course of action for individual issues and budgets. There are no hidden fees and the aftercare is amazing. She’s able to adjust and repair dentures quickly with the in-house laboratory. She’s truly an asset to the community. Her staff is also extremely professional and kind.

Experiencia positiva: I made an appointment to have my denture repair I got there at 9am and was waited on lmmediately but there was no professionalism I was asked right at the front counter to remove my teeth and my mouth and hand it to them put it on a little tray most embarrassing but I did it anyway they had me wait 10 minutes and then said they could repaired immediately I could come back and get in a couple hours I said great again another problem and I returned to get my denture it was again given to me the same dirty little black tray didn't attempt to put it in a bag or bottle anything and again front counter in front of everyone waiting their turn I think she thought I was going to put it back in my mouth if I don't know how many sets of hands have been on it when they presented it to me . If I hadn't got an insurance policy for 3 years on the team I would definitely not be going back to this place someone from affordable needs to check out this location in Merrillville it's

Experiencia negativa: The dentist at the Merrillville location was Unprofessional and belligerent. Partials still do not fit properly after several adjustments. Please stay away from this place. I reported them to my insurance company for a refund and to the BBB.

Experiencia fantástica: These people are true angels!!! (Merrillville location) Even after having several teeth pulled, there was no pain!! A very to relaxing environment. If you need dentures immediately for any reason...this is your place!! You will NOT regret it!!

Experiencia negativa: My mom went in for a consult and thought everything was fine. They fitted her for a little insert, they messed it up and kept giving her attitude about fixing it. The staff had nasty attitudes when she would call it see if they can fix it. It took them almost 4 days to give her a call back to get the new insert and she only got a hold of someone is because she called their office. This place doesn't need to be up and running if helping someone is going to be an issue.
