Experiencia fantástica: Lauren was great. I was in last week on Wednesday for my treatment. This is the first time that I have received botox and my eyes didn’t droop. My lips were also touched up with filler, and I had minimal bruising and swelling. She sent me home with complimentary arnica cream, which was a really nice touch and I’ve not had that before at any other places. I mentioned that I had vasovagal issues in the past, and she proactively gave me an ice pack for my chest and the back of my neck. Her experience as being an ICU nurse really showed. She even texted me today to ask how I was. The front desk person wasn’t the most welcoming but Lauren definitely made up for it. Thank you Lauren!

Really talked me through everything, gave me a thorough explanation of how everything works, aftercare etc etc. Really made sure I knew everything. Kept reassuring me that I was doing wonderful and gave me breaks in between when I got a couple hot flashes and got dizzy from my own nerves. Gave me ice packs and helped me get my nerves to relax. On top of that I could not be more happy with my final results. I got half a syringe and the results are beautiful. I highly HIGHLY recommend booking with Michelle! My visit started off with an in depth consultation where she really listened to what I wanted and explained what would work and what wouldn’t work. I really appreciate the time she took explaining the products and how much I needed. I did Botox in my forehead, 11s, and around my crows feet, I also did lip filler and cheek filler. I had the most amazing experience with her and I love the way everything looks. She really helped me achieve a look even better than what I wanted because of her amazing knowledge. Experiencia positiva: This review is in regards to the BBL laser. I had it done on my face, hands and spot treated my legs. I am happy with the way my face came out. A good amount of time was spent going over the brown spots and they did disappear. I did not have good results on my hands and legs. I'm not sure what was done differently but it was not the same treatment as the face, much quicker. The spots did not disappear at all, in fact they are darker. I would not recommend this laser treatment for areas other than the face.

She made my visit so comfortable and went over every step of the process. She was able to pinpoint areas of concern, explain what might cause them, and offer great recommendations. I’ve heard she’s great with lips and Botox, so I’ll definitely be back to see her!
