Orthodontic Experts Merrillville

Experiencia fantástica: Shimada was excellent! She was so helpful during the entire process!

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you guys for the patience with Ms. Morgan we were all on deck to make this experience great for her and US THANKS SO MUCH.

Experiencia negativa: I drove an hour and 40 minutes to get to my daughter’s consult. I was never asked any questions of her past medical record or anything regarding her limited airway due to a narrow pallet. I DID NOT see a doctor the whole visit when I was told I would when making the appointment. I was told my daughter has too many baby teeth to start any early intervention. I work in the dental field and know how offices should be ran and how providers must see every new patient. I’m kind of baffled. phase 1 orthodontics can be done while primary dentition is still present. AS A PREVENTATIVE. I will be checking with my insurance to see if a comprehensive exam was completed even When I never talked to an orthodontist. My daughter’s dentist office could have sent the same radiographs taken today if I knew it would have been a virtual exam and not been told I would see an actual provider. Very unprofessional and just inconsiderate. I expect a follow up from the with this review.

Overall, we are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you It was his first appointment we were excited for this new journey unfortunately it began with the lady who was going to put his braces on. I did tell them he does suffer from vestibular migraines and he can’t be positioned all the way flat because he will start getting dizzy. I was finishing signing the contract when the lady who took my son comes in saying that my son was having like a anxiety attack and not sitting and was moving to much and she wasn’t going to be able to start his braces etc.. because she mentioned she can’t be stoping something about contaminating etc.. I did get upset because I had mentioned about his condition and I know my son doesn’t ever have an anxiety attack. I feel like she didn’t even try to accommodate him in his situation. Thank you to this very lovely person name Janae H. she said don’t worry I’ll take care of him. She had the patience to accommodate my son and got his braces done. We definitely be seeing her again. Thank Janae H for making my son journey 100% better you made his day. Definitely recommend this place. They Amazing people there to accommodate your needs.
