Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Schraner and her team. I have always been absolutely terrified of going to the dentist, but she completely changed that for me. She is incredibly gentle, patient, and takes the time to explain everything so you never feel anxious. Dr. Schraner goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. I never thought I’d say this, but I actually don’t dread going to the dentist anymore. If you’re nervous like I am, she is amazing and I’m so grateful to have found her!

Experiencia negativa: I came in specifically for a tooth that was hurting the most, but instead of addressing that issue, I received treatment on other teeth that wasn’t needed. It has now been 5 months, and I am still experiencing pain in the original tooth I initially came in for. Meanwhile, my insurance has been exhausted on procedures that I did not need, and I am now left paying out of pocket for treatments that was not necessary. This situation is extremely frustrating and disappointing. The staff working there are nice, but I feel like I got scammed. I am extremely disappointed with my experience, and the situation has only worsened after I shared my honest review. Since posting my feedback, I have been receiving excessive and persistent phone calls—up to 15 times a day pressuring me to remove my review. This behavior feels inappropriate, unprofessional, and harassing. In addition to the original issue where I came in for a specific painful tooth but received treatment on other teeth that I did not need I am now also being blamed for the treatment decisions that were made and recommended by the provider. This is unacceptable. Patients rely on dental professionals to diagnose and recommend appropriate care. Shifting responsibility onto the patient after the fact, especially when the outcome has been ongoing pain and financial burden, is deeply concerning. At this point, I am not only dissatisfied with the treatment itself but also with how this situation is being handled. I expect respectful communication not pressure, blame, or repeated unwanted calls. I am documenting this behavior and will take further steps if necessary

Experiencia fantástica: This dental office is amazing. I have been going to Yonkers Dental Arts since 2020 and they are some of the nicest people and the best part is they actually care. For most dental offices they just want to charge you as much as possible and they aren’t even nice or worth it. Every time I leave Yonkers Dental Arts I know if I brought up a concern it was addressed, if I’m having an issue they will tell me. I mentioned years ago I was interested in Invisalign, they were never pushy but they knew it was something that would benefit me, and when I switched insurances they notified me that my insurance would cover part of the Invisalign and I haven’t even brought it up in a few years! This place truly cares about their patients and keeping your teeth healthy and making you feel confident in your smile. I always talk to Alison when booking my appointments or checking in and out and she is the sweetest person , and Dr. Schraner is a very caring woman. I had a few bad experiences from other dentists and this is the only office where I feel truly comfortable and where I stay consistent with my visits. Truly from the bottom of my heart, if you need a dental appointment and you are reading this review to determine if you should book, do it. These people care!

This was my first time at this place, but with every girl I spoke to, was extremely nice and kind, The doctor was amazing and made me feel like I was hanging out with my family and friends. I had a tooth extracted and for some reason I came out happy!!! I'll be honest, for 4 days I had a toothache so bad that was gave me a headache, but what bothered me most was that I knew I had to go to the dentist, something I hated. Since I don't have a predetermined dentist, I had to call several dental offices, and each one I called, terrified me more and more. bad attitude, and zero empathy with which they answered the phone says a lot about their business. Thank God I found a dentist who had 5 stars and everyone were saying good things about them, and now I can confirm that Yonkers Dental Arts are way far on service and kindness from the competitio Another thing, they have very good prices for people who don't have health insurance, like me. While it is still not my favorite thing, I can promise that I would absolutely never go to anyone else but Dr. Schraner. She’s thoroughly, but gentle. Practical, but precise. Plus her office is gorgeous and they listen to good music. I trust her not only with myself, but also my husband and 2 kids. Her office treasure box is legendary for young kids . . . Highly recommend - would follow her anywhere.

She made my initial process as a new patient very easy. Allison did my X-rays and was very quick and professional. Then I met Dr. Alicia Schraner. My first reason for the appointment was to discuss prodedures to even up my bottom teeth. I consulted with 4 different Dentists in NYC and all 4 wanted to either provide me with veneers or invisalign at an average cost of $3000.00. Dr. Schraner offered to simply shave the teeth down to a more even size and to do it during this visit. She explained all risks. She saved me lots of money and I am extremely pleased by the result! She did a fantastic job. I feel so comfortable with her; I know without a doubt that she was not seeking the most expensive way for me to achieve this goal instead she made sure that I received the best treatment for what I wanted at the lowest cost. She truly cares about her patients. I feel so comfortable with a Dentist who communicates what I need to know. I also found her to be very knowledg. She was also very thorough as well as gentle during my deep cleaning. This office provided me with one of the best dental experiences I have ever had in my life. I have now ended my very long search of finding a Dentist right in my area! I felt like a valued patient from the very beginning I walked in the door to the time I left. Dr. Alicia Schraner is truly a God send!!!

I have lived in 4 states across the country, and Dr. Schraner is the best dentist I have ever been taken care of by. I used to live in Yonkers where I found her nearby, yet now that I am much further away in Queens, I still make it a priority to come to her for the care and comfort you do not get anywhere else. Pleasant, welcoming, and fun, are rarely words used to describe going to the dentist, however, Yonkers Dental Arts with Dr. Schraner is the exception. I will continue to go to her for my mouth work until I die or somehow lose my mouth. Highly recommend.

The staff and Dr. Schraner made me feel comfortable and at ease and were so supportive especially after I haven't gone to a dentist over 10 years and was expecting bad news. They showed me what I should be doing from now on and made a plan for the future that will grant me an incredible smile again. I can't wait!. The office is so relaxing and with incredible technology to show her customers what you aren't able to see. I am so happy to have seen Yonkers Dental on Instagram and being able to finally make an appointment with no reservations. Thank you Dr Schraner and her staff. You all are the best and I truly appreciate everything!
