Experiencia negativa: This is the worst dentist office in Westchester. They booked an appointment for a root canal but it didn’t happen and are not trying to send me into collections when I said I would not pay since they did not provide the service.

Experiencia negativa: I was going here for about 5 years and although I had good experiences with their actual work/dentists- the billing department messed me up TWICE in 18 months. First time was a surprise bill and second time more recently I was told a crown was covered— they kept calling to see if I could come in, before the mail came with the pre-determination letter reached my house..so after the first incidence and “learning my lesson” I asked the girl on phone multiple times if she was sure it was covered?!? .. she insisted it was and continued to confirm if I would be coming in. ….then after the procedure was finished she called to tell me I now owe $500 and they have been hounding me since then. Twice they have lied when asked about coverage—and wound up costing me money I wasn’t expecting to pay! I will NOT be returning to them, as I heard from many local ppl in a neighborhood group, about similar experiences so it’s definitely a pattern with them.

Experiencia negativa: I am extremely disappointed with this dental office’s billing practices. Before my crown procedure, I was clearly told that the treatment would be 100% covered because the office is in-network with my insurance and that I would not have to pay anything out of pocket. After the crown was completed, I was shocked to receive a large bill, with the explanation that their fees are higher than what my insurance covers. This was never disclosed in advance. Had I been informed that I would be responsible for additional charges, I would have made a different decision. Patients should be able to trust what they are told before agreeing to treatment. Transparency about costs is essential, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly advise others to get everything in writing before proceeding with any treatment at this office or find different provider

Experiencia fantástica: My 12 year old needed a root canal. They did an amazing job. They didn't accept my insurance and were reasonably priced for the quality of work they provide. My daughter was in no pain post root canal and im a forever a thankful mom. I will def return thanks again Central Park Dental team!

Hygienists are always approachable and doing an excellent job… Administration staff are so efficient! They are on top of reminding patients with their appointments days prior. I really like it that there’s always someone who’ll pick up the phone when you call the office… Making appointment is a breeze… Had incident of dental-related emergency and staff tried their best to accommodate the emergency visit. They were so helpful! If something is prescribed during the visit, they are so quick that ~ an hour will get a call from pharmacy that medication is ready for pickup… It’s even a super plus that they are open on Saturdays as I don’t need to take an off from work nor my child to be off from school for dental visits. Dentists are very professional, knowledgeable and wonderful! They take time to explain their assessments and their recommendations with all options… But never intimidating… They always listen to patients’ concerns… Only good things… More power!

Loved that their facility is equipped with up to date technology and services (one stop shop!). I saw generalists and specialists all in the same building. Great for a busy professional with limited time like me.

Update from 5/2025 Had a cleaning with Jillian and she was amazing. Jillian was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and educated me about the process she was doing. At the end, she provided some recommendations and had the doctor confirming them. Thanks Jillian.! Dr. Farah saw me for a root canal and was helpful. I was very anxious and she was so patience and educative. She walked me through the process and helped me feel comfortable. She took her time and did an excellent job. Amarilys, is the face of the clinic and a valuable asset to it. She goes extra miles to accommodate the patients. She is very knowledgeable about the clinic, services, and doctors. She is also very helpful with the insurance process and makes sure she follows up with the patients. Thanks Amarilys for all your help.

Happy to now make this office as my dental office :) I only do wish that they will tell you any payments due before the service starts. Edit: 4/17/25 Down to 3 stars. Good but I have an issue with my root canal for months now and it has to get redone with their root canal specialist. tread carefully if you need a root canal here.

Experiencia negativa: Don't Trust your information with this Place!!!!!...Really deserve 0 Stars! Very Bad communication! Also when you already set up an appointment a month prior with all the Insurance information you get a call 2 days prior to your appointment to hear we don't accept your insurance. They try to explain about the insurance how big of a company, no kidding that's your job to check if accepted. Spoke to the reception to discuss about the phone call gave the person information and they couldn't find in there system it took her 15 mins to try to see and she said several times I don't see in the system. Manager got on the line as I requested for the frustration of the whole experience and she try's to down size the situation. very bad communication go somewhere else!!!

I was greeted by dental assistant Lorie and she was absolutely wonderful. Her happy, calm, and friendly demeanor put me at ease, which is difficult to do because I have extreme dental anxiety. Lorie was beyond kind and supportive the entire time. She made me feel comfortable in a situation that I would usually be shaking with fear. I cannot say enough good things about Lorie. The dentist was also very patient and thorough and took time to explain all my options. Thank you again, Lorie, for making a very difficult thing so much easier for me!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Central Park Dental (CPD) are professional and efficient. Also important to know is that everyone at CPD are friendly and helpful from the reception area to the dental hygienist, dental assistants, and the dentist. CPD also appears to accept all dental plans. I say this because my husband had a difficult time finding a dentist that would accept our former dental plan and CPD did. So, everyone should seek CPD for dental treatment.

I usually ask for numbing cream because I have sensitive gums and it’s never an issue. The dentists are all very professional and knowledgeable as well. Experiencia negativa: I don’t understand that if you are running 45 minutes late, you don’t inform someone in the waiting room, especially after having to confirm your appointment several times. I asked and was told very shortly, yet continued to wait. Very inconsiderate and ended up costing me money due to this.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to Dr. Farah for a second opinion, previous dentist wanted to cut out my crowns and replace for an insane amount of money. Dr. Farah popped out the crowns, examined the implant and said it’s fine, the cement loosen, which was why the crowns were lose. Cemented the crowns back in and accepted my insurance. Can’t say enough good things about this dentist.

Today Narby did my teeth whitening and Eloisa checked out to make sure that the procedure went well Narby really did an excellent job! I only wished that Dr. Fatouh still worked at this location as he’s not only an exceptional dentist but also an extremely caring individual in the most professional way. UPDATED REVIEW (April 2024): Unfortunately for an extended period of time, due to travel, work & an abnormal amount of family emergencies/circumstances which kept me away from the area, I did not go back to restart my original treatment plan up to the desired standards for a while. After returning there, approx 2 years later, I must be honest & say it did feel overall a bit different & not as tranquil of experience as the standard @ “very beginning” back when began an extensive work-plan with Dr. Fatouh. I had that exact same feeling going back in time, years back, this also after the primary practice dentist/owner’s departure…dealing with a number of dentists & not necessarily knowing who I would work with, things of that nature, it felt different. I worked on some teeth with Dr. Moosvi (General/Cosmetic Dentist) who also did not lack in anyway as far as professionalism or kindness on part of the aforementioned treatment plan…the work included a crown on a “difficult tooth”, & the crown used as a replacement was one that was made “in house” with the in office machinery. Unfortunately due to the material (as the Dr predicted) the crown broke within less than a month, I assume cause of the material of the crown, hence waiting for a stronger/better option & not having to go through steps again would’ve been BUT NOT the end of the world! & something he had predicted. I will return asap & trust Dr. Moosvi to fix & have a chance to finish his work on “x” section he began .The staff is still VERY helpful & friendly + objectively speaking each of the dentists with whom I’ve dealt (over the past few years (including before my long absence) all have been professional and certainly polite. During my “most” recent visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Davidson, who was VERY quick and efficient performing root canal on “3” of my teeth! the dentist with whom I followed up upon referral, said that the root canals were all 100% on point! (unfortunately, I had bit of an issue with the temporary filling material used, as early as the evening of the appointment & felt a little concerned...I was later explained that it was a bit the way my mouth reacted to the specific kind of filling material used as well as the specific teeth that he worked on, that are particularly difficult ones to deal with a temporary filling, due to their position) not in anyway his fault! and easily solved! I will go back, but surely wish that I could count always on the “same” dentist…however it has become a more sporadic and less personal type of care. It does feel however, that what’s changed mostly from when I started going there is that especially if there’s something that is time sensitive (I guess understandable) but you will be assigned to work with a dentist that you have never even have met before so personally, being someone that by nature feels “outside of my comfort zone” in this environment @ any “dentist” certainly the change from how things were in the start plays a big role. Dr. Fatouh was the main reason why I kept on going after a first random visit years ago to the office & this practice so having extensive work on my teeth done & so always brilliantly. Every other dentist with whom I have interacted following his departure has been very professional & I cannot nor do I have complaints. Again it does feel that you do not have that same relationship with one practitioner having to interact with many given the changes.

Experiencia fantástica: Central Park Dental provides exceptional care with a warm and friendly staff, they make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. I have the best dentist, she makes every visit go smooth and she’s really funny. I’ve came for multiple fillings and a root canal, not once did I ever have a bad experience. 10/10!

Experiencia fantástica: It was a great experience and I would definitely refer anyone to this dental office on Central Park dental 876 mile Square Rd. and the doctor FATOUH was very compassionate made me feel very at ease not nervous and I had a very excellent experience with the doctor and I would definitely refer him to anyone and everyone I would say he is an excellent doctor one of the best doctors if not the best that I have had

Experiencia fantástica: I had an extraordinary experience at Central Park Ave Dental on 5-01-24. I walked into the office without an appointment and needed to get a broken tooth fixed asap. I was asked to fill out new patient forms and was seen by Dr Tinaj within 15 minutes. After expressing how important it was to have the tooth replaced , Dr Tinaj had a call made to the lab and was told it can be done by the next day. I cannot express how absolutely wonderful the entire staff was .I was very impressed by how professional and knowledgeable the young staff is. I have already recommended CPA dental to 2 friends and will do so to all my family members. I am extremely happy with the job Hector did with the replacement tooth

Experiencia negativa: Would give a zero if I could. I’ve been there 3 times and each time it got worse. The last time I went, I gave my insurance card to the front desk staff member PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT. She gave it back to me without saying a word. AFTER THE APPOINTMENT FINISHED, she had the nerve to tell me that they didn’t accept my insurance and I had to pay for the routine cleaning. Of note, I changed insurance between the last visit and I did not have to pay for routine visits previously. I mentioned my change of insurance prior to the appointment to make sure they accepted my insurance. The cleaning itself was also not good. The hygienist didn’t place the suction correctly in my mouth, so saliva went all over my face, eyes, and jacket. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience. The dentist was nice, but was only in the room for 3 mins tops. Overall, this place is a dental mill that lacks consistency or quality.

They are not flexible with appointments many cancelations also no saturdays appointments The front desk talked to me in frustration voice with attitude like I did something wrong to her. Nice location but that's about it. Also most of the reviewers are correct they try to tell you something about your teeth wrong to get more work done. Not professional at all 0/10

Experiencia fantástica: I had to write this review. Today I had the pleasure of having Maggie as my Dental hygienist. She was pleasant, welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. She provided compassionate care and made me feel like she cared about my overall health and well-being. She was thorough and throughout my care she educate me about oral health and like icing on the cake at the end she ensure I have the correct technique in flossing which is important. Additionally, Dr. Petal is great, attentive, and patient. This was a great encounter from the introductory phase to the end. This is how you retain your clients. Thanks you Maggie see you at my next appointment. Also, never a long wait, overall the staff is pleasant, and very clean environment.

Experiencia fantástica: It was my first visit here, but I've had a great first impression. Very clean, nice waiting area, and the wait wasn't long at all; the staff were very polite as well. The meeting with the dentist himself was very brief, but I attribute that to my not having many questions/worries. He was very friendly as well and did hold space for any questions/concerns. Great visit!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Patel and DA were great this evening! They talked me thru my procedure, deep cleaning and crown. They made sure I was comfortable and pain free. The office is friendly and pleasant. This office is wonderful, Dr. Patel is amazing super nice and the staff are so sweet. Thank you all for a great experience. I’ll see you guys in six months.

Experiencia fantástica: After a small misunderstanding, my husband and I were able to come here as first time patients - my long and exhausting journey to find a great dentistry is over! This place came highly recommended and I am so glad I made the choice to do so. Lorie is such a sweetheart, greeted us with a beautiful smile and such positive energy. Dr. Fatouh was absolutely amazing. My previous cleaning at another location was not good, I knew I had my work cut out for me for this one and although my pain threshold is high, I was expecting a lot of pain. Dr. Fatouh's hands were magical! We felt right at home, thank you all for having us - we look forward to staying with you all for years to come! **Update 3/8/3024** Had my first teeth bleaching via Zoom with Laurie - she was amazing and very thorough on the entire process. I am so happy with results and can’t wait to celebrate my upcoming birthday with my dazzling smile!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a damaged molar and I needed it pulled out like yesterday. They seen me the same day and the atmosphere drew me in. The professionalism, the tentative care made me feel this is the place for me. I made my next appointment to clean and take care of my teeth. Mind you it’s been 10 years since I seen a dentist but Central Park has changed my attitude. I am a client / patient on a normal basis.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional very nice good work the only thing is they need to fix their front driveway. My car is low and it scrapes the bottom of my car and this time it dislodged one of my fog lights, but this has nothing to do with their dental work, which is excellent, but you need to fix your driveway lol

Experiencia fantástica: All of the staff at Central Park Dental have been wonderful - so friendly and courteous. Dr. Halpern is amazing! He put me at ease right away and addressed all my concerns. Maggie, the hygienist, is awesome as well! Looking forward to my next cleaning in 3 months!
