They are very understanding and knowledgeable about what is going on with my son's teeth! I am very pleased with their business and will continue to take my son to their office for all his dental needs!

Experiencia negativa: My daughter went in for a filling, with documented need for additional numbing (red-head genetics). When she tried to indicate he needed to stop because it hurt; he told her "it only hurts because you are anticipating it", then pushed harder to "prove" to her it didn't hurt and said she wasn't in pain because she didn't flinch. He snapped at the hygienist who reminded him it was in her chart. We will never be back and will actively discourage anyone from choosing this provider.

Experiencia negativa: Will not allow parents to go in the back with kids no matter how scared or nervous even on first appointment. They will not let you know when you book the appointment either.

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience ever. The doctor was so unprofessional and really rude. Yelled in my daughter face she was in so much pain he didn’t even let the anesthesia pick in before he started to pull her tooth out.

Experiencia negativa: Never have been very happy with this office or their “protocols”. Taking a 1 year old back without a parent will never sit right with me. I always ensure I go back because I am very strong in my decisions. I went back with my mom even at age 12. I was never scared of the dentist, or forced to be alone. I strongly believe their choice hurts kids more than helps. The dr/dentist here is horrible too, they got a new one. He would not take his finger out of my daughter’s mouth as she was begging it to stop (she’s 2). I understand having to check the teeth but there are boundaries and other ways, being patient helps too. My oldest got a fill in and it left a sore on the roof of his mouth at the injection site. The sore is still present and it’s been months, but they pretend there is no issue. They also pretend it didn’t come from that. Also, the filling was not done 100% properly, the site has been rough to my child. This location also did not do what was necessary for my 5 year old when he needed a tooth pulled, the root was dying and the tooth was discoloring. They let this go on a good year+ and ignored my concerns. This place is pretty horrendous. I am not unhappy just from service, but from the facts of them failing to ensure proper safety for their patients, children. Additionally, they will spam you with emails insisting a review, so here it is. I am currently looking for a new dentist for my kids.

Experiencia negativa: I don’t recommend. Took my child here 1 time. That’s all it took, they tried to take my child back to be seen for the first time by this doctor without me. Stated it’s how they do things once the child is hits a certain age! I have a child, not a teenager! Besides that I don’t care if my child was 16… I’m the parent and If I want to go back into the room with my child I should be allowed to and not made to feel like it’s an inconvenience or as if it’s the only time they will allow me to go back. As if the next visit was not going to run the same. Yeah no thank you! Just find somewhere else!

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE My two kids went here for years and it was not a good experience for either of them ever. They caused them so much pain and I didn’t realize how bad it was until I took them to a different dentist. Both of my kids told me they learned more about their teeth in one visit at our new dentist than all the years at this horrible establishment. I seriously feel like a bad parent for letting it go on for so long. Find another dentist!!!

Experiencia negativa: My child broke a tooth and this office quite literally refused to fix it in a timely manner even though they were aware that she was in a bunch of pain and unable to eat. They suggested that my child (10yr old) go FIVE MONTHS in pain and not being able to eat That’s ridiculous. This office does not care about kids or their health. They only care about making money

Experiencia fantástica: They’re very friendly and fast!! They take the kids back alone which I like because it helps them develop a level of independence. Then they come out show you the X-rays they took and discuss them while answering any questions you have. My daughter LOVES this dentistry, it’s the ONLY one I’ve found where she’s not afraid of going and actually looks forward to seeing the dentist.

We’ve never had to wait long to be called back to be seen, and the appointments are fairly quick but thorough. Can’t recommend them enough!

Experiencia fantástica: After calling about 10 different dentists yesterday morning, a friend referred me here. I'm so happy she did. They are one of the very few that I called who take Medicaid, and they were able to make a next day appointment. The staff was very kind to us, and my normally anxious 2 year old was completely at ease with them. We were in and out within 15 minutes, which included looking at a spot on his tooth and brushing. Very very happy and will continue using them!

Experiencia fantástica: First dentist visit for my almost 3 year old, he wasn't exactly cooperative but everyone was so patient with him ! Concerns were addressed that I had and I was told what to look for and what to do. I was allowed to go back with him as I see that is probably the biggest question asked. We were in and out in under 30 minutes!

Experiencia negativa: If I could give this place a 0 star I would. They definitely deserve it. The lady with the dark hair is rude and disrespectful. They didn’t bother to contact us telling us the dentist was sick. They claimed they called my brother but that was a straight lie. They also had my moms and my number. When I tried to question it, if it was true why didn’t they contact any one else’s number. The lady tried to belittle me and she didn’t like it when I stood up for myself. I will not let someone treat me or my family like that. Then she said we need to find a different dentist I will be glad too. This place is completely ran down and smells like pee. I tried to overlook a lot of stuff because at the first visit they seem respectful and willing to help my nephew. Do not recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Loved the experience from the beginning. Front office staff were welcoming. My daughter had her first appointment yesterday with Dr. Konradi and we LOVE her. My daughter went to a previous dentist in Madison who did not address the concerns I had with her teeth, nor was he concerned enough to take x-rays. Dr. Konradi came in, listened to my concerns, and made sure to address every single issue I had concerning my daughter's teeth. Had I not taken my baby here, we would have never realized there was an abscess trying to grow behind her tooth. Dr. Konradi got my sweet girl fixed with an antibiotic and assured me that I did the right thing by staying on top of my concerns for my daughter. We have found our forever dentist.

I also like the fact i was able to come back with her since she is so young and held her in my lap while she got her teeth cleaned. We had a great first visit and definitely recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: this all female staff is the best! our 7 & 4 year old kids were comfortable and at ease the entire visit for their cleaning.... we also had a baby tooth extracted after being dismissed by another bigger Pediatric dental office FOR MONTHS, mostly likely bc we did not have their preferred insurance. anyway, the extraction experience was a little scary but it ended in smiles and hugs from the kind staff. 10/10 telling all our parent friends about this GEM of an office.

All of my kids we’re comfortable except for my 5 year old who never had an issue with a dental office visit before. But for the first time he was freaking out and stressed and scared. They were patient kind and talked him through the process and even said we can wait until he calms down. They didn’t act like hey you need to get him under control or your going to have to reschedule like I’ve seen some other offices say to patients. Just awesome office and staff!!!

You could hear her screaming from outside the building & scared her from any kind of doctor for the next 5 months after that

Experiencia negativa: Beware, if you request to take your child for a second opinion or ask them to explain your child’s xrays, they will “dismiss you as patients.” Any professional that responds this way to a mother wanting more information or a second opinion is absolutely not to be trusted. My two step kids were in their chairs for their cleaning when I decided to pull my bio daughter for a 2nd opinion as the number of crowns was differing between staff and the doctor who saw her said she was treated by another doctor whom we’ve never even actually met. I however remained very polite and simply noted that wasn’t going to work for me that I was going to have to take her elsewhere for a second opinion. We went to the waiting room where we were minding our own business only to be called back told that they pulled my other two kids and we were all dismissed as patients. Very impolite, unprofessional, and honestly disappointing business practice. Please beware and if you have the means to afford better care for your children, definitely do so!!!

I am now pleasantly surprised as he never complains anymore! The vibes there are great, and workers too! I will be taking him here again!!

Appointment was pretty quick and they let me know how my children’s teeth were doing. They answered all my questions and were very friendly and sweet with my kids which made them less nervous. They were happy after their appointment and are excited to go again. Whole staff was very friendly and welcoming. Very much appreciated!!
