They even worked with me when I was inbetween insurances so I didn't have to pay entirely out of pocket. Couldn't have picked a better dental office.

Fantastic experience: Let me just say my visit here was amazing, everyone there was so helpful and sweet. They understood I was anxious. After calling early this morning in hopes they could see me as a new patient soon, they were able to get me in early and have X-rays done. I was seen this past week at Robinson Dental group where they told me 500 things were wrong and several of my teeth needed things done and root canals were needed. As someone who is crazy about their teeth and has never had ANYTHING wrong with them I was confused. The dentist there didn’t seem to care, very rushed and not thorough. So to have someone like Mrs. Christy and her awesome staff help calm my nerves and reassure me that it was not as bad as they told me, was very helpful and I could not appreciate them enough. If you are anyone you know experience Dental anxiety I would go here, they are so gentle and caring.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Christy has been my dentist for 30+ years. Love the caring/understanding she and her staff always show! Ms. Linda is my favorite tech. It's always a joy to visit with them! Had to get a crown today. It was a relatively good experience. Granted, I took a sedative before my appointment, so I was pretty relaxed. I go back in two weeks for the permanent crown. Can't say enough about how good these people are!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr. Ammons for years. Is it because she has a very professional staff, no. Is it because she is conveniently located on W. McNeese, i.e, right around the corner from me, no. The main reason is because, when it is your appointment time, you are in the chair or will be in the chair within two minutes. I have stopped seeing doctors in Lake Charles because of wait times. I've also gotten up and walked on these doctors. I also have been with her for so long because she is a great dentist. She sees every patient everytime they go, even if it is just for a simple cleaning. I recommend her to some close friends just today, because they are self employed and are looking for a new dentist after their guy retired. They don't have dental insurance and where looking for a good dentist with reasonable pricing.

My immediate problems were addressed & necessary referrals for further dental needs were given as discussed. Attended my scheduled appointment on Thursday, 1/25/24. Comfort needs & intake of pre-med ensured prior to commencement of dental procedures. Dr. Ammon & her staff kept me informed throughout the ongoing process to completion of applying the temporary crown. Discussed dental hygiene to use until permanent crown can be placed. Return visit discussed. I am very pleased with my personal/dental care received today. Thank you! I highly recommend Dr. Ammon to any future clients
