Fantastic experience: My fiance Thanasis had to have some dental work done. The whole staff is super friendly, the office is clean and smells wonderful! During the visit I was able to sit in the back and talk to the hygienist and dentist it was actually a nice visit. I COULD NOT recommend this office more for your dental needs

Fantastic experience: First time going, broke a tooth today on a Friday and needed work done to fix it, got me in at a reasonable time for being so sudden and they got me fixed up and on my way! Haiden was my assistant and she did a great job along side Dr. Duplantis!

Fantastic experience: I love this dentist office. The employees are very well trained and knowledgeable. They are gentle. The dentist is amazing. I was really nervous to go to a dentist but they are great. They made my top plate and now we are going to do my bottom plate. I’m not worried any longer. They get you in soon if something is wrong. Can’t say enough about them.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first appointment with Dr. Ben and Hayden. I was anxious finding a new dentist. The entire office staff were so professional and personal at the same time they made me feel at ease took x-rays and evaluated my teeth. They gave me options for my dental care And helped me to choose the best option for my teeth when you walk in the front door, you feel very comfortable. The atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing. The young lady at the front desk greeted me with a huge smile on her face. When I finished she reviewed all my dental plan again to make sure I didn’t have any questions. overall experience a 10!!!! Fantastic experience: I missed my original appointment but they where able to get me in the same day cause I has a toothache. Doc took care of Me really quickly. The dental assistant was great she talked me thru everything and explained the prices and the aftercare for My procedure. The ladies at the front desk got me outta there quickly too. Overall it was 5 star visit I don’t have a fear Of dentists but if you do the place is great and they make you really comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love how nice and friendly the staff is. The office is clean. My husband has had bad experiences in the past with dentist and pulling his teeth and then breaking it in his gum so he had only wanted to have a tooth removed if he was put to sleep. Dr. Ben promised he could get it out without him being put to sleep and he did exactly that he was able to pull his tooth and get it out in one piece. Definitely will return and all our family is going here now.

Fantastic experience: I have always hated going to the dentist. I successfully avoided going for about 8 years which I don’t advise. This is the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. The office staff is nice and informative. The dental hygienists are really friendly and do a great job of putting you at ease. Fantastic experience: I came to the office with a broken tooth. They immediately worked me in to help save my tooth and help me with my pain. I felt very comfortable and I usually have terrible anxiety with dental visits. I love this office and I am bringing all my dental care here from now on. Fantastic experience: I broke a filling. Called and explained and since I was in pain they were able to schedule me the next day. They were very kind and explained what they were going to do. They didn’t give me extra x-rays or what not, that was not needed. After the exam they had a treatment plan to fit my needs. Very appreciative of them. They came recommended to me from a friend and I am glad I followed through.

Fantastic experience: It’s not often I find a person in the medical field that I trust and feel comfortable around. (I have had a few bad experiences in the past.) Dr. Ben is one good dentist! He is genuine and patient with me. I hate needles! He’s made that fear so much easier for me to deal with when it had to happen in the past. I was sad when he left Carencro to open his own practice in Lake Charles, but I know it was a good move for him. Family is important. After my long trip to see him yesterday for a second opinion, I know that the trip there for his services was worth it and will be in the future.

Fantastic experience: My old office shut down, and I was referred here by a friend. The team at this office loves what they do - thorough, consistent, communicate quickly and well, and willing to listen to concerns and answer questions. They are also friendly and compassionate; I'm happy to give them my business. The office itself is also nicely decorated, which might not seem relevant, but it does helps you feel a little more at ease and relaxed. If you're like me and don't have dental insurance, they have payment plans that they're able to set up (upon approval) - 6 month or 12 month interest free, if you're approved. They also have a membership (something along those lines, I think?) that saves you money on check ups.

She explained everything she did while taking x-rays Dr.Ben came in introduced hisself a very pleasant young man. He told me about hisself. He cleaned my teeth and explained my x-rays. I have always hated the cleaning or drilling part and I actually dozed off for a sec during my cleaning lol! Fantastic experience: Renewed Family Dental has the most pleasant atmosphere I have ever had the pleasure of being invited into. That’s exactly how the entire team made me feel, from the first conversation with Tiffany riddled with concern over my painful tooth. I had neglected my teeth far too long due to cost, leaving a broken tooth, a tooth with a hole, and a multitude of cavities. I was greeted excitedly by name even though this was my first visit at this office. I knew then I had found a new dental home. Dr Ben patiently went over a game plan with me, from most urgent to least, while Kaylin constructed a list sectioned into manageable pieces based on the urgency placed by Dr Ben. Allowing me to manage my dental health in smaller bites considering I am paying out of pocket. Kaylin took the time to carefully deep clean my teeth as it had been years, before my impending extraction, taking care to not aggravate any sensitivities. She conversed with me the entire appointment, taking care to make sure I was ok the entire time. Dr Ben was just the right amount of serious and playful, truly listening to me and being extremely careful to my allergy to numbing medication. The extraction was painless, the first I have ever experienced, as most dentists have always brushed me away to not take the risk of a severe allergic reaction in their office. I cannot thank the staff enough, from the first call to a warm check in by Kate, to my checkout with Tracy. The pricing I received was definitely manageable, even out of pocket, and the staff did everything possible to make my dental health a priority in a way I could afford. I appreciate this team more than they will ever know!
