But the experience I had today at Lake Charles Family Dental was so unforgettable, I had to take some time to share. Rating from 1-10, it was a 20. Everyone was very kind and informational. “Denise” the wonderful lady that took care of my cleaning today, was absolutely amazing. The entire staff was a breath of fresh air, definitely recommend!

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible visit. My cleaning was rushed! I was sprayed with water ALL OVER my face! She kept slamming things down and making noises. Complaing that she was ready to go and she was too hungry. I will be looking for another office!

My son is 32 and has an autistic disorder (very mild) and he was at ease with all of them and they were all so nice to him and making him feel comfortable and not nervous. Our assistant today, Kaitlyn was so sweet and explained everything to me and what our next course of direction would be. She was also great with my son and I really admire that. They all really care about their patients and Dr. Chaumont was also very nice! Thank you for the great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star treatment

Negative experience: Receptionist LIE ! I've been waiting on a letter for 2 months for my daughter from them and they tell u ( I'm sending it over in 20 min) and finally after talking to a lady name SHELBY the dentist doesn't want to see my daughter after her 2nd visit because she had anxiety when her tooth was pulled out . I wish he or WHOMEVER Would have made that clear instead of stringing us
