Positive experience: Very friendly group of employees, I got in very quickly to see the dentist but the price to fix a broke tooth was $485. Way, way too much. I couldn't see my regular dentist and since it was a front tooth, I paid the extra $$$. But again let me say, they are a friendly staff and so was the dentist.

Negative experience: I left crying but thanks for asking. First time 20yrs using Dr Ardoin NEVER felt uncomfortable and now since he retired a new doctor and I'm left scared.

Fantastic experience: Appointment reminder system is very helpful, even on the day of, we received a courtesy reminder. The staff was very friendly and informative before and after the tooth extraction on cost and anything otherwise necessary. The cost was very reasonable. We arrived, tooth was extracted all within 30 mins. Even tho it was a quick visit, they were very thorough with everything. My son had zero complaints upon finishing the tooth extraction with little to no pain. We will definitely be returning to them for cleanings and any other dental needs necessary.

Fantastic experience: Quick, high quality service. My case involved a broken crown which required grinding off the sharp point which was sticking into my tongue. I was not a patient at the time, but after being rejected by three other clinics, the staff "worked me in. I am now pain free and upon reflection, I will spend my money at this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I always have excellent care here. They are very polite and patient as I try to explain any issues I have. Old teeth with lots of old fillings mean a lot of time in that chair. Dr Ardion was very thorough,fixed me up nice. Gonna miss him when he retires.

Fantastic experience: I have to leave a review on this place!!!! I have severe dental anxiety due to some childhood trauma from way too much dental work when I was younger. I had enamel issues caused by acid reflux topped by poor hygiene habits, parents didn’t keep on this boy to brush his regularly lol. Anyways, I neglected a cavity but knew a storm was brewing in my mouth and made an appt to be medicated and then have it pulled. Well, the storm formed before my appt and they rushed me in on Monday at 8:00. No time for the meds to assist my mental state concerning the extraction. I said we have to do it now, nothing was relieving the pain. They got me in and took sooooo much time topically numbing it and even more time to inject the numbing agent deep. I felt, only one time, a little pressure from the needle. I didn’t even feel the pinch of the shot. They got the tooth out so easily and I can’t even say how appreciative I am of their extra effort to make it as least traumatic as they could. Thank y’all so much!!!! Will recommend anyone I know that needs dental work there, I promise!!!

Fantastic experience: I am a 60 year old woman who does not like going to the dentist at all but sometimes you just have to. My teeth are difficult to get out of my mouth which I found out from the past 4 experiences of having my teeth pulled. But the dentists and staff at Lake Area Dentistry certainly go above and beyond to make this experience as pleasant as possible. Even for the adults who fear the dentist. This is the place to go. Negative experience: Just left there and I'm going to be hurting this place did not give me anything for pain for afterwards for the extraction of wisdom tooth.staff is friendly though.thats a plus
Thank you for your review! After reviewing your case, the doctor did not think any medication for pain would be necessary as it was an easy extraction with no unforeseen problems. However, if there is any residual pain, please feel free to give the office a call and we will be happy to reevaluate that area!
