Fantastic experience: As a person who likes organization this office have been really organized from start to finish, starting from the front desk the girls had everything prepared, Janet Mak & Krista were very friendly, my dentist Dr Sergio was very kind and had excellent bed side manners, he dud my filling that seemed effortless and my dental hygienist Jean-Claude did and wonderful job on my cleaning, they both educated me the importance of mouth body connection especially because im expecting, this place is clean and modern i am so happy i found a new de tal office to call mu own!

Fantastic experience: I Would like to say I've been to a few Different Dental offices and this one Dentist of Pittsburg Has Been The Best! I Had the Pleasure of Working With Miss Krista, Dr. Mahoney and Ariana and I So Look Forward To Them Keeping My Smile up to Date. This Place is Clean, Very Friendly and The Work Is All Professionally Done I Highly Recommend This Dentist if You Are Looking For One insurance Or No Insurance. They also Do Same Day Appointments as Well

Fantastic experience: Jean-Claude my Dental Hygienist did an outstanding job with my deep cleaning, the jazz music in the backround helped and the way he and Dr Ana was explaining about the mouth body connection was really nice bc now im more aware of my oral care, on top of that this place is nice and clean

Fantastic experience: I went to this Dentist that I had found during a Google search, and I went in there with concerns of the problems I was having and I'm glad I did. This office is great from the staff to the dentist. I did a deep cleaning, and I am so glad I did.I am already feeling better.

Fantastic experience: Strongly recommended. The dentist and all of stuff’s are so nice, friendly and most importantly they are knowledgeable. Makaila the finance manager is so good and helpful to get everything done nicely and affordably.

Negative experience: Even if their diagnosis was correct, they still refused to give me my charts, x-rays, notes, etc., which is a huge red flag on its own. To make matters worse, the deep clean didn't take a couple hours. It took only 30 minutes! Yikes! How did they diagnose me? Not with their own eyes and intuition. Instead, they told me, "AI flagged something". This just sounds like a new way to up-sell procedures, doesn't it? They didn't poke around my gums to confirm anything. They sent me straight to the hygienist. Do I need to say more? OK! According to these folks, my pocket depths went from 2-3 to 5-6 in 2 years. I don't recall them measuring anything during my most recent visit either! So my newest charts might have been completely made up! Oh, don't worry about the fake reviews. Just kidding you should worry about it. Come on guys, dental offices don't need fake reviews. Ever heard of transparency?

Fantastic experience: When my insurance changed, I thought I would never be able to find a good dentist like I had before until I met Dr. Patel. He has been wonderful patient kind, and understanding. Takes my financial state in consideration when trying to take care of my dental needs. His staff has been wonderful. If you have any fear of a Dentist or financial problems, this is the dentist for you. Because it was the dentist for me the best dentist I have found in a long time. I will always refer Family, friend, and even my enemies to this Dentist. Finley don’t hesitate to go see Dr. Patel. also, even the two people that I have referred to him have been extremely happy with the service and the kindness that they have shown.

Fantastic experience: I came in last week for a check up with Dr. Mehanny. I ended up needing extractions Dr. Mehanny and her assistant Strawberry were great!! Extractions were done. Will definitely be coming back to see Dr. Mehanny. Thank you Dentists of pittsburg !! They both took there time with me and did a great job even tho they were busy.would keep going back to them for more work if needed

Fantastic experience: My apt here has been short but Amazing from my Dr Ana doing her work and to my Hygienist Jean-Claude doing my deep cleaning the service here is top notch! I love how Dr Ana and Jean-Claude RDH was able to elaborate and educate me on my mouth and body connection and stress the importance of keeping my gums as healthy as possible not just for my mouth but overall health, i feel very happy and beyond satisfied with everything im going to recommend my familh and friends here!

Fantastic experience: BEST EXPERIENCE!! I haven't been to the dentist in a very long time since i was a child. Camille got my appointment ready and i was in the very next day. Everyone there was so friendly and knowledgeable. I just showed up and they did all the work! They were patient and did everything with care. I have a lot of work to do and Dr Ana took care of a lot the same day! Deep cleaning 100/10! My hygenist was AMAZING numbed my mouth and i didnt feel any shots!! Very gentle. Got my filling done as well which was very quick. Highly recommend coming here they are all wonderful and made sure i was taken care of from pain to price!! Qualified easily for credit and didnt pay a dime today. I will be telling all my friends and family

Fantastic experience: My appointment was extra ordinary, as a nursing student my hygienist Jean-Claude did a great job not only with the cleaning but also connecting the mouth body connection which I can definitely relate. He even recommended tools for flossing and toothpaste according to my current condition. I can’t believe this location is nearby! All the staff are great as well from the front desk to the person who took xray of my teeth, I hope she pass her finals! They all seem happy to be there and happy to assist patients. Facility is clean and organize office which is something I look for as a new parient

I regret that I can’t remember the name of the hygienist who did my x-rays, but she made me feel a lot less anxious and comfortable, which set the tone for the whole visit. Dr. Garcia was kind and thorough in explaining everything to me. The hygienist, Teresa, who did my cleaning was also incredible. She was gentle, professional, and checked on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. I came into my appointment extremely nervous but the entire staff treated me with kindness and compassion from start to finish….I highly recommend this office!

Negative experience: The dentist was fine but the hygienist charged over $2300 for her services (before insurance was applied). She must have spent over 10 minutes on me for a "partial deep" cleaning. I've had "regular" cleanings that were much more thorough. Afterwards I asked the dentist to do a real cleaning, which she did, but obviously that would not be a regular thing. In addition to the bloated hygienist charges, they didn't accurately report to Delta (dental insurance) the amount they made me pay out of pocket for the one visit. They reported about $900 when in fact I had to pay around $3600. So for some reason they want Delta to think they're charging fair prices when in fact they aren't. Again, a lot of this was due to the hygienist charges. Ironically, the woman at the front desk said they "honor" what insurance pays. I don't think she understands what "honor" means in this context. For me to stay at a dentist, I need to be happy with the dentist, the hygienist, and see honesty in billing. Only one of those three items was satisfied at this office. Haven't gone back.

Fantastic experience: This office is amazing! Front office person Janet and Mikala, really went above and beyond. They got me in same day, explain my benefits perfectly and they even have payment plan options. Dr. Patel has the latest dental equipment. He when over my X-rays so thrall and gave me dental recommendations I needed. I feel he really had a genuine care for my best dental needs. The office was super clean. I never heard of layer therapy and a saliva spit test but 100% recommend it! I can’t for get Jean-Claude the perfectionist hygienist very gentle, and really did a great job! He has my teeth feeling so fresh. Thank you all for the amazing service. I’ll definitely be back!!
