Fantastic experience: Who can honestly say, I love going to my dentist. But after at least 3 years of getting dental care, I can. Professional, friendly and super clean. Dolores, my hygenist, is so professional and gentle when cleaning my teeth. I can relax and actually enjoy the process as well as feeling like she really cares about meeting my needs. Fantastic experience: Dr. Brown and staff are brilliant. After years of tooth issues, I bit the bullet and had a completely re-engineered mouth. All teeth, several posts and complete patient satisfaction. Actually, I'm ecstatic. I can eat everything now. My bite is brutal ( just ask) nuts, beef jerky, overcooked steak are now a pleasure. I have not had one issue in 8 months. I could ramble on but do yourself a favor and let Dr. Brown and staff do the driving. My only regret is that I didn't make the move earlier.

Fantastic experience: I walked in today to “pick up my retainer.” I received the message weeks ago and hadn’t had time yet to pick them up. I arrive at the office not knowing I was supposed to make an appointment because they had to check that they fit. I was accepted and was seated within 5 minutes and while my bottom retainer didn’t fit they were able to use my last retainer mold to make a new one. My teeth shift so quickly and when they took the final scans my crowded teeth shifted so slightly. I’m thankful Laura was able to listen to my relationship drama FIRST (because they all care about me and my personal life!! It’s so amazing to have great listeners at my side!!) and then she consulted with the doc and they agreed I didn’t need an expensive new scan. THANK YOU EVERYONE!! I’m a client and now a FLOSSER for LIFE!!

This tells me they not only have a good working relationship amongst each other but that Dr. Brown is a nice person to work with. A Dr. who doesn’t mind laughter in the office is a breath of fresh air!. Dr. Brown always puts me at ease by explaining everything and I truly believe he has my best interests in mind. Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. My family and I chose this practice because they are listed as an in-network provider with our insurance. However, we were presented with treatment plans using UCR (Usual, Customary, and Reasonable) fees, and ultimately charged full UCR rates—despite the fact that they are contracted and should be honoring negotiated insurance rates. When I contacted the office to address this, I spoke with the office manager, Claudia, who seemed inexperienced and was unable to provide a clear explanation. I specifically asked to speak with Dr. Brown directly regarding this matter, but I never received a response or follow-up. This experience raises serious concerns about their billing practices and potential violations of their insurance contracts. I’ve since reported the issue to our insurance carrier and will be submitting a formal complaint to the dental board. I recommend others double-check all treatment plans and insurance benefits carefully if you choose to use this office.

Fantastic experience: I used to see a previous dentist who, every time he gave me a local anesthetic injection, the area would stay swollen for weeks. On top of that, his prices were extremely high — at one point, he quoted me $2,000 for a procedure. By pure luck, I ended up visiting Dr. Austin Brown, and the experience was completely different. The staff was friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. Dr. Brown took excellent care of me, gave me a painless injection, resolved my issue quickly, and saved me from paying $2,000 — I only paid $30! Dr. Brown is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. What impressed me the most is how much attention he and his team give to even the smallest details that make the patient feel comfortable during the procedure. If you’re looking for a great dentist who truly cares and doesn’t overcharge, I highly recommend Dr. Brown. He’s the best I’ve come across.

Fantastic experience: I had a procedure done with the utmost , professionalism and care from Dr. Brown and Eduardo. The backstory is I have an implant that the bone did not adhere to and we had to remove it and restart the process over. As you can imagine, I was having anxiety throughout the day. Without my knowledge, Eduardo was put me at ease with small talk and care as he understood I was a bit Nervous and uneasy. The procedure was smooth, painless and I left Dr. Browns office once again confident that I am in great hands. I’ve been a patient at this location for a decade now and I appreciate the entire team who genuinely cares about their patients!

They also cater to folks that require sedation dentisty. His office offers all facets of dentistry so you can make this your one stop shop. No need to be referred out. Their office is so nice and state of the art.
