Fantastic experience: I had been saving for a long time to get a lot of work done. I had three different consultations and I am so grateful that Dr Burke was one of them. Besides feeling the most confident that he was the right one for the job, he also happened to be the most affordable quote, which was not the deciding factor, just the cherry on top. Throughout the entire process, which took about 9 months from my initial consultation to the final product, Dr Burke and his staff were perfect. Professional, kind, flexible, clean and welcoming environment, I really don't have anything negative to say. I am SO happy with the final result. Dr Burke really took the time to listen to me when I asked for slight changes as we were going through every iteration of the temporary sets to get to the final, permanent teeth. I get compliments on my smile now all the time and it looks natural. Thank you to Dr Burke and his entire team!

Fantastic experience: I truly can not give a high enough review for Dr. Burke and his staff. Dr. Burke has such a kind and sensitive chair-side manor, and yet you are quietly aware of his amazing level of knowledge, skill and experience. He takes a true interest in his patient's lives. He is an instructor for dental students and stays well informed on the most current technologies and developments in dentistry. His staff is also very professional and still kind and caring at the same time. They all are genuinely interested in taking care of their patients. The depth of experience and commitment reflect a well run team environment that seem to be genuinely happy with what they are doing and where they're working. An environment like this can be so rare among today's caregivers. The office is sleek, modern, and clean. It's not like some offices with 40-year-old carpet, ancient dentist chairs and fixtures and a ginormous dirty fish tank in the wall. If you know you know. I also want to take a minute to acknowledge the staff that I have worked with. When you're in the office, you can see that the staff is active and busy and highly cooperative and communicative with each other. The energy is upbeat and positive and they are getting things done. You don't have the feeling of unnecessary delays and lethargic staff that don't seem interested in being there. Elva, the office manager has one of the most challenging jobs because insurance companies want to deny everything and make the approval process more challenging than an act of Congress and patience are there just trying to get their dental needs taken care of. She invests so much time and energy into helping them. Her communication is great and the support that she provides is exceptional. Kristina, the hygienist I worked with, is unbelievable!! If anyone reading this has ever had an uncomfortable teeth cleaning experience, you need to consider coming to Dr Burke's office and working with Kistina. I have had hygienists from other offices where I felt like I was being interrogated and tortured and I was ready to disclose whatever National Secrets they were looking for. It seemed like the goal of their depth check was to see how far they could push the needle into my gum before I would scream 'uncle'. Kristina makes deep tissue cleaning as close to enjoyable as it can get. Nicole at the front desk is a calm, engaging and pleasant person to connect with each time I come visit the office. It is just very nice to come into an office with people that work hard and are generally interested in providing the best service possible for the patients. Obviously, I really can't give them a high enough rating and I hope my level of detail let you know that I'm a real patient. And if you made it this far thank you for reading everything.

Fantastic experience: 2024: Kyle is no longer working at the office and it took some time for me to adjust since I have seen the same person for over 5 years now. However, all of the staff that have performed my dental cleanings and X-rays have done a very thorough job and are professional. The office is very clean and it is easy to schedule or reschedule an appointment. I am always taken back by my appointment time. They take care of all the insurance claims and confirm coverage prior to the appointment. Dr. Burke is a a great doctor - my husband and I plan on being patients here as long as we can. 2019: I have been a regular patient at Dr. Burke’s office for a few years now. Compared to other dental offices, this office is by far the best that I have been to. The office is clean and the entire staff is very friendly and professional. They take care of the insurance and never make you call insurance for your benefits/copay, etc. I have never had to wait for my appointment, and have always got called into the room before my scheduled appointment time. I can always expect my teeth to be taken care of. Kyle and Dr. Burke always cleans and polishes my teeth thoroughly.

Fantastic experience: I found Dr. Burke after a very disappointing experience with my previous dentist, who wanted to remove my tooth and charge thousands of dollars for an unnecessary implant. Dr. Burke was dedicated to saving the tooth and referred me to Dr. Cohen, an excellent endodontist, who did just that. Dr. Burke also handled my crowns, and as someone who’s usually anxious at the dentist, I felt completely at ease with him. He’s a highly professional and trustworthy dentist. The staff is fantastic—always helpful and ready to answer any questions. I can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Today I received two fillings and Dr Ishfaq did an incredible job. She really helped me to feel calm. She is genuine and kind and really cares about her patients. Stacey assisted Dr. Ishfaq and was very kind as well. She told me what she was doing before she did it the entire time. I really appreciated both Stacey and Dr. Ishfaq. The insurance company kept denying the claim for three months. Dr. Burke and his team consistently and persistently kept resubmitting the claim with the appropriate backup. Fantastic experience: Just got my tooth extracted and bone grafting placed in preparation for an implant in a few months, and as someone who used to even be terrified of cleanings (LOL) I cannot rave enough about how quick and painless the whole procedure was!!! Dr. Burke has such a calming chair-side manner and it’s now 8hrs post op and I still feel great! Nothing a little Advil can’t help! Out of all the implant dentists I know of around Contra Costa and the immediate Bay Area, Dr. Burke for sure has the absolute best turnaround for implant surgeries. I wouldn’t trust myself with anyone else!!!

Because when you enter through the frosted glass doors into the office, you're suddenly in a beautiful oasis of a space that's tastefully appointed and is oh so pleasing to the senses. Your presence is acknowledged right away. Everyone at reception is incredibly courteous, swift, and professional. And all safety measures are observed (mask req, temp check, etc.)! If you're there for a cleaning, it's a treat to have Kyle . He's so good at his craft; he's thorough, yet gentle. And I feel like showing off my teeth for days after the appointment! If you need fillings or crowns done, Dr. Burke is a master at those (among multitude of other specialized procedures), making you forget you ever had tooth issues or pain. If you ask any and all questions about your condition, he'll share every detail because he knows very well what he's doing. Bottom line: great office, great staff, great service.

Fantastic experience: I always feel very welcome, they take great care of me. It isn’t quite like going to a spa but I walk out feeling great. They educate me on what needs to be done and I feel comfortable having them coordinate and implement my dental health. Plus, Dr. Burke is warm, considerate, easy on the gums.

Negative experience: I was referred to Dr. Burke from an existing patient who said he was great. I wanted a second opinion and to possibly have Dr. Burke do the work. I called to make an appointment and was told there would be a +90. charge for the consultation, even though his website claims to offer complimentary second opinions. I think I'll just stick with my dentist.

Fantastic experience: I first saw Dr. Burke for a consultation for full mouth dental implants. I had already been to 3 other consultations and had pretty much already decided on another dentist. My consultation was so thorough and so detailed. I had no idea there were so many options for final teeth material. So I chose Dr. Burke and I was anxiously awaiting my date of 6/15/21 for full mouth dental implants. My procedure was long, over 8 hours. Dr. Burke is absolutely amazing. Yes I have some swelling and some soreness, but nothing compared to what I was expecting. This is only day 2 post procedure and I can already see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am so excited for my new smile. I will update my review as healing continues. I highly recommend Dr. Daryll Burke to anyone looking for the best cosmetic dentist. This office has a warm and welcoming staff led by AN AMAZING dentist whom is a master at his profession.

Fantastic experience: I loved my old dentist but her office was horribly ran. It was hard for me switch because my three littles liked our dentist, too. Dr. Burke and his staff are GEMS. The office is clean, staff is so sweet, and my children, husband, and I really love Dr. Burke. He is soft spoken, funny, non judgmental, knowledgeable and quick. The awesome hygienists are so great with my kids. They take my 5 year olds one at a time to the back by themselves (it’s a fairly open office, so I can see them and go back when I want to check on them). They explain the procedures and make sure it’s ok with the kids before they touch them (amazing, right??). Between the 5 of us we’ve been to his office several times (different appointment dates) and we spend little time in the waiting room. I highly recommend this office. From reception to technicians to doctor to atmosphere it’s a 5/5 kind of place. I’m so thankful my children are comfortable coming here.

The front desk staff was very welcoming when I came in, and Kyle was wonderful for my cleaning. He listened to my concerns and did a fantastic job of being thorough, while also taking the sensitivity into consideration. Dr Burke was very friendly and efficient, and I'm so glad I found them and have a dentist that I like and will continue going to!

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoyed my visit today. The hygienist and dentist seemed very knowledgeable. The hygienist was very kind and encouraging. She spoke to me like a friend which I like being able to relate to someone. The music was nice and at a good volume not too loud and not too soft that I hear all the drilling in the next room. I liked the x-ray is done in same room as the examination room. I think they had good COVID preventive measures as well. Looking forward to my next appointment even though it's a cavity filler.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had nothing but positive experiences during my dental visits. Every one of his staff members I’ve come across are professional and very friendly. Dr. Burke is also a wonderful dentist for many reasons! Overall, it’s a nice and clean pleasant office with an awesome team!

Fantastic experience: I always have a good experience with Dr. Burke. He’s friendly and attentive and so is his staff. My veneer fell off during breakfast this morning and within two hours I had not only had my veneer replaced and feeling good as new, I was also greeted warmly, barely waited for any time at all and observed strict Covid protocols in the office. I felt very taken care of and safe in their hands. I have been one of Dr. Burke‘s patients for over 10 years and have never been disappointed by his excellent service, or that of his staff.

Fantastic experience: I recently went in for my 4 month cleaning. I have been Dr. Burke’s patient for almost 5 years now. It cost $130 out of pocket for my cleaning (since I schedule my cleaning more frequently due to personal choice than what my insurance covers). Kyle is very professional, friendly, and always does a thorough cleaning. The office is very clean and organized. The staff is following COVID measures to ensure safety for their patients.

Fantastic experience: I have major anxiety surrounding all dentist visits ... couple that with an emergency situation and I am a basket case but doctor Darryl and his staff are so awesome, accommodating and compassionate. It was an emergency situation that 1st brought me to his office years and years ago and because of the care I received that time and continue to receive there is no reason to ever consider another dental professional ... unless, of course, he refers me to one which he has had to do in the past. Highly recommend him!
