Fantastic experience: Five star service, Dr. Jabbour did an excellent job for my implant. This is the third implant in my life, much better satisfying job this time. Very friendly staff too. I would recommend any one for dental service.

Technicians escort me right on schedule to a comfy chair and offer a blanket while preparing me for X-rays and cleaning (including a BP check). Mehwish, the hygienist, arrives with her own shining smile! She softly engages with conversation and begins a very thorough exam and cleaning. I’ve noticed how clean, modern and efficient the office is run~~ even the music is contemporary! Equipment is the latest in technology! A special coloring is used to highlight the location and intensity of tartar. This visual for me emphasized where I need to work a little harder with flossing! Mehwish gets to work bringing a glossy shine back to my teeth! Dr. Jabbour enters for final exam. A very pleasant gentleman who makes one feel like the entire focus of his world is the health of your teeth and gums today and always. There’s no rush. A friendly chat about overall health and dental plans for the year. Bottles of water and chapstick and a goodie bag in hand…off I go til next cleaning! I’m a happy camper!

On the day of the appointment I was temperature checked as well as my driver/daughter since I walk with a walker and she wanted to make sure I arrived safely. The dental procedure went well. Since I have more visits, I will be back.

Fantastic experience: The moment you walk into this dental office, you truly feel like family. Every single person on the team is so skilled, kind, and genuine. It actually makes me look forward to going to the dentist (which I never thought I’d say!). I originally came in to redo my peg lateral veneers. Every other dentist said I’d need 4–6 veneers, but Dr. Jabbour really listened and said we could just do the two I wanted. The results are perfect and I’m in love with my smile! The whole process was smooth, from billing to working with their recommended lab, and I felt cared for every step of the way. Now he’s my general dentist too, and I honestly couldn’t recommend this office more, especially if you’re looking for a cosmetic dentist who’s both incredibly talented and genuinely caring. I went back to Dr. Jabbour; they help with the billing to Delta so its pretty seamless. I had a chip on my front tooth.He put a little matching piece and filed it that you can't even tell that it's been chipped.. had a little filling in the back that needed to be filled and all of this was done pain-free! They are so professional on how they explain things before performing work and the quality of service is above expectations! Recently I have asked to come for just a polishing treatment to remove some stains and there was no time and date available before the holiday season but they managed to fit me between their appointments and got my teeth cleaned today and was so happy when I noticed that doctor Hani did my treatment since my hygienist was busy doing other treatments. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who wants to take a good care of their dental health.

Fantastic experience: I have never liked the dentist, I mean who really does, but I literally get anxiety and avoid at all costs. Covid was a great excuse to "miss" a few appts, so I was in need of a cleaning and experiencing sensitivity in some of my upper gum line. The Dr was so accommodating and sensitive, followed my every ask and helped me build a solid dental plan. I had been searching so hard to find a sensitive dentist and I finally found a great place with a lot of friendly, caring people, thx Dr Jabbour!!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to Kwon & Jabbour. I felt welcomed from the initial call to schedule my appointment and all the way through my appointment. My hygienist was Mehwish and Dr. Kwon performed my exam and both were very friendly, they throughly explained what they were doing before beginning, and made me feel very comfortable. It can be challenging for me to find a dental office I feel comfortable in, because I don't like to feel like I'm being upsold dental treatments, but I did not get that feeling at all today. Everyone in the office I encountered was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about me and my experience. I already have my next cleaning scheduled and am I'm looking forward to my returning.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Kwon & Jabbour for a number of years now. All the people from the front office to the dental assistants and hygienists and the dentists themselves are the nicest and most professional people. They keep up on the latest techniques and so I always feel I'm getting the best advice and care for my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jabbour and his staff are very thorough in their exams, and they do great work. A big bonus is that their dental clinic has all of the latest technology. In the past 10 years, unfortunately, I have seen several dentists. Dr. Jabbour is by far the best I have seen.

Negative experience: My personal experience with this dental office has been disappointing, insensitive, and uncomfortable. My first appointment for treatment with Dr. Jabbour he made insensitive comments before we even got started. And halfway through, his assistant James laughed when I told him I my tooth was bleeding. He laughed and said “yeah it was deep” rather than help me. I got up from the chair myself to grab myself a tissue. The entire experience was awkward and uncomfortable. There’s also NO privacy, the entire treatment people were coming in and out of the room, so beware. I also had a payment plan scheduled, but was asked to come in for a second deep cleaning I said yes, but asked the price before hand. Chris provided me the price, which I paid, but then received a bill for nearly $400. When I called to question it, they told me the amount I paid was and “estimate” and I signed a financial waiver, so regardless of the price I originally paid, I now owe them more. I feel cheated, because I made sure to ask, but the rep Chris, never mentioned it being an estimate. The reviews for this office fooled me. The office made me feel like they cared at my first visit, but that was short lived. I’m already insecure about my smile, it doesn’t help going to practice that heighten my insecurities and trick me into paying more than they originally asked.

I knew the health of your teeth is important for health in general but I did not really get it until them. I’m confident that I won’t have any future large expenses or problems because everything is addressed at every appointment. Their technology is also the best I’ve seen. Their very organized and efficient. I couldn’t say enough about them. If I had found them when I was younger, I wouldn’t have had to do some of the procedures I ended up having. Don’t hesitate, call them!

Fantastic experience: Dental work! Who really enjoys going to the dentist at all. Well aside from the clean feeling after it’s all done, I would say very few. I was getting all my dental hygiene done for over 15years at a place ways away from my current home. I never thought about changing as it was comfortable to just keep doing what I had been. For my last cleaning I thought I would try a place much closer to my home as they we’re highly recommended by a family member. This was my second visit and just as great if not better than my first visit. Rachael was my hygienist this time and it was such a great experience I definitely am glad I tried something new and opted for a change it was well worth it. Moving forward, I’m going to continue with her and the Kwon & Jabbour Dental practice. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

Dr Kwon goes beyond the extra mile to make sure the work is right, done at the highest quality with the most appropriate treatments, and will do whatever it takes to make that happen. Beyond “customer service” and “client satisfaction” everyone on the K&J team makes sure you are not treated like a transaction - they treat you like family! I’m in love with my teeth again!!! “Been with Dr Kwon for a little over six years. My whole mouth was a miracle rebuild from an ortho in AZ. Dr Kwon and her team have given me equally amazing care and guidance in preserving a very precious resource and I guess investment - all my teeth! I trust her implicitly. She is frank and sensitive - a rare combination. Her team is well trained. Whoever she refers me to is done so as if she were in their care too. Can’t be thankful enough for finding her!!”

Fantastic experience: Every time I come in here, I feel like I always leave loving it even more than before! I always rave about this place to all my friends and family in the area. They really do go above and beyond here at Kwon & Jabbour Dental. The staff is amazing, they’re all so sweet, and take the time to get to know you. It makes going to the dentist not so “scary” and I actually enjoy going now! I highly recommend! Update: i still love it! Plus they really care about doing the job correctly, and carefully!
