Fantastic experience: I just moved to the area and went in for regular cleaning and it went awesome! Very friendly staff all the way from the receptionist to the hygienist. Fatima the hygienist was very gentle which my past cleanings from another dentistry office were really cringe. I will be returning for more cleanings and possibly for some whitenings which the prices are very reasonable. Definitely give them a visit for 5 star service!
Fantastic experience: I have so much to say! I absolutely love this dental office! Every person I’ve interacted with has been incredibly friendly, kind, polite and so very informative. One of my favorite things about this office is that they always take the time to explain what they’re doing and walk me through each procedure. They’re constantly checking in to make sure I’m comfortable and okay. I have TMJ, so I really appreciate how careful and mindful they are of that during my appointments. It makes such a difference knowing that they actually listen to my concerns and take them seriously. When I first started coming here after being away from the dentist for a long time, I had so much anxiety and didn’t know what to expect. I hadn’t gone since prior the pandemic because I went through a really bad depression and didn’t prioritize my dental care. I was honestly very embarrassed and nervous about what to expect. Fatima (I believe that was her name) was so patient and reassuring with me. She always took the time to explain everything, answered all my silly questions without any judgement and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The front desk staff has always been so warm and welcoming and I can’t forget, Dr. Gupta has been so wonderful as well. She’s very professional and takes the time to explain things, as well as to give her best recommendations. Oh and I must include the doctor who performed my wisdom tooth extractions. I've had a traumatic experience with my previous dental office so I knew it wasn't going to be fun. But he was very careful as he could be, made sure I was fully numb and proceeded with caution throughout the entire procedure in case I felt any pain. Truly, everyone here has made going to the dentist such a positive experience for me. If I could name every single person I’ve interacted with here, I would! I’m not much of a phone person due to my anxiety so I love that I’m able to communicate with them through text as well. I couldn’t be any more grateful for this office and I have been recommending them to everyone!

The receptionist was incredibly sweet, the woman who took my X-rays made me feel very comfortable, and the hygienist who cleaned my teeth did a phenomenal job. She was so gentle, thorough, and made the entire cleaning experience so easy. The doctor was also amazing very kind, professional, and took the time to make sure I understood everything. I truly felt taken care of from beginning to end. It’s not often you find an office where every single person you interact with is wonderful. I’m so happy I found this place and would definitely recommend them!

Negative experience: Called because they claim they are an emergency dentist. Needed screws for lower all on four denture prosthetic and they said no they don’t do that. How can you be a dentist and not have screws for prosthetics?

Negative experience: Called their regular and emergency line on a Sunday in the late morning for emergency care and no one answered, so I went online to complete their request form and still no one reached out - I called back again after 2pm and the receptionist told me there wasn’t a dentist in and she couldn’t help me today, despite their hours being listed as open until 5pm on the web. Pretty misleading for someone in a lot of pain, requesting emergency care. They then had the audacity to TEXT me at 6pm (an hour after their alleged closing time on Sundays) back to back about confirming my appt for tomorrow lol not sure where or why they dropped the ball on me but make sure you call a few times if they don’t pickup if you want to be heard. I definitely don’t recommend using their online intake form (took them 7hrs to respond this way)
Fantastic experience: After my favorite dentist retired, it’s been so hard to find a good dentist. Good dentist’s are hard to come by. My search is over with Smiley Doctor. Everyone there from the receptionists to the dental hygienists to the Doctor Gupta were so caring and had great attention to detail. They took so much time explaining and answering all our questions. My son is autistic and they were extra sensitive to his needs. This is our dentist now. They went above and beyond.

Everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming, from the moment you walk in and are greeted by the front desk staff, to the dental assistants and providers who take care of you during your visit. You can truly feel their vocation and passion for what they do — they genuinely care about their patients and make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Negative experience: They never answer the phone. Seems a none working phone. Communication with them so bad. You will never know the date or time of your appointment. No text no email no call to remind you. If you don’t remember the time you make it. They will charge you 50$ if you don’t give them a week advance to reschedule.

Fantastic experience: I came in for my appointment at 12pm and was immediately seen no long wait. Everyone was very polite, the x-rays were taken and within minutes the doctor came in and told me I needed fillings and extractions. I was able to schedule my extractions for the following morning and fillings next week. Everything was fast, efficient, and everyone was so nice and inviting. The morning of my extractions I came in and felt comfortable and it was done with in 45 minutes and they were nice enough to let me stay a few minutes until I was ready to go. Lots of helpful aftercare instructions and I’m healing just fine.

Fantastic experience: I had a routine procedure performed by Dr Olga Kournoutas; she was very patient with me, as I am difficult with numbing. She was careful to execute her skill while providing comfort; cosmetically, I couldn't be happier!!!
