Fantastic experience: Always friendly, always patient with my kiddos, and we are always in and out depending on what needs done.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is amazing! My 5 year old had three cavities filled. He was nervous at first, but was quickly put at ease. He left with a huge smile, and ready to return in 6 months for a checkup!

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my son here for 5 years and my almost 2 year old has been seen here twice! It’s always a great experience for the kids! They make them feel super comfortable! Dr. Dan is literally the best pediatrician dentist I’ve encountered before. Very personable, knowledgeable, and makes you feel like family. Highly recommended for sure! The office is always decorated so nice for whatever season or holiday is coming up.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dan did an amazing job with having our daughters tongue tie lasered. He was very reassuring, answered all our questions but wasn’t pushy about the procedure, leaving it up to us on if we wanted it done or not after his evaluation. It was clear he is very compassionate about his patients and their well being. The whole staff there were very sweet!

Negative experience: This dentist office has been home for 15 years. I had been so thankful for the staff always making my kids feel so comfortable. In the past couple years we have started seeing a shift and we really started questioning the change in the office with the same people. It started with we were always being offered to buy things. We need THEIR toothpaste, some sort of procedure that maybe would help. I had mentioned looking for some options to help with build up….the answer to that was veneers. Could you imagine offering fake teeth to a child?!?! We had been referred to an oral surgeon and they laughed at why we were sent there. My child was often made fun of for gag reflexes by STAFF!! One child had been having some pain when I called the office on a Friday some answering service picked up. They never asked for name or birthdate they just went off their caller id. When I questioned this answering service of who they are sharing our patient records they all of a sudden had no idea what I was speaking of. Then the last couple months……we started watching the billing extra close. We had been charged for one tooth multiple times. I called them to let them know we had decided to changed offices. The only thing said was that the remainder of our bill totaling $60 needed paid that day! I said okay. Well life happened and I paid it within the week. They sent out a letter the next day saying my family was no longer welcomed at their office due to the unpaid balance. You know that big $60. The billing was also terrible. Picture below. We had to question it because we knew the pricing didn’t what our insurance paid. I’m not sure how many times this was a thing. After questioning billing, getting a second opinion on something they were ready for us to leave after so many years. It very much felt like a you can’t fire me I quit moments. You can’t leave our office we are kicking you out. This poor office went down the drain! I am beyond thankful that money never got to the head of the original owner of this office. He truly had a good thing!

Fantastic experience: His dentist, Dan is very exceptional. Got his tooth pulled with no problem and my kiddo is very squirrelly. I wish they had a better discount than 10 percent for self pay, no insurance but other than that service was great.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Allen is so caring, great with kids, really explained everthing when we had our newborn assessed and corrected (frenectomy) for lip and tongue tie after our lactation consultant recommended. We will continue to take our little girl to him for pediatric dentistry when her teeth come in. He is also a wealth of knowledge for tools/homeopathic meds to help raise kiddos healthy.

Fantastic experience: Dr Dan was great for my son and daughter’s tongue and lip tie releases. He took his time to make the kids feel comfortable, he complimented my son and encouraged him when he was nervous, and he took time to answer all our questions.

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal bedside manner. Doctor dan and his assistant did absolutely wonderful with my daughter. A cap and a few fillings were done in about 30 minutes. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Hendricks Pediatric Dentistry is amazing. All the staff is friendly. Dr. Dan is an amazing dentist and today we got to meet Dr. Wells he was so nice and personable. They always go the extra mile to help make my daughter who is autistic comfortable cheering her on for being brave and being patient when needed. We are thankful to have found this place.

Fantastic experience: Seriously the best pediatric dentist! The team made us feel so welcomed and made the process easy. Special shout out to Dr. Dan and Ms. Sami - my daughter loved them right off the bat with how sweet they are! She hates the dentist (3.5 years) and they never once made us feel bad for her screaming but continued to reassure both of us and it felt at home!

He explains everything clearly and has such a calm, reassuring approach that makes dental visits stress-free. A special shout-out to Sarah, the hygienist! She was absolutely amazing with my kiddo—so gentle, friendly, and encouraging throughout the entire appointment. She made the experience fun and helped my kiddo feel completely at ease. The entire office is welcoming, clean, and kid-friendly. It's obvious that everyone genuinely cares about their patients. We couldn't be happier with the care we received and highly recommend Dr. Jon, Sarah, and the entire team to any family looking for an exceptional pediatric dental office!

My youngest has had issues with gagging and vomiting at the dentist before but they have helped her get through those struggles with so much kindness and today she was EXCITED to go to the dentist. After I spent my entire childhood and then all 3 of my kids started seeing dr henette as well, it was hard making the change to go somewhere else. Positive experience: The ladies at the front desk are lack-luster. They seem like they are just barely tolerating parents questions. At checkout, the receipts don't show the portion covered by insurance. Dr. Joe treated my daughter today. His bed-side manner is not nearly as good as Dr. Dan's (he's incredible by the way). His technique for handling a nervous child was just okay. For a pediatric dentist, I expected more. If we come back, we will be sure our appointments are only with Dr. Dan.

We have 5 children and they accommodate us, make my children feel very welcomed, safe, and create an environment all of our children ask when they get to go back. They provide great direction and insight into my daughter’s needs, and always take time to hear my questions and answer well. Dr Dan Allen is especially friendly, professional and caring. He intentionally offers direction and guidance, listens to questions, and makes himself available for after hours questions/concerns. Personally, I love how he intentionally interacts with my child to make her feel comfortable and like an important patient as well.

Fantastic experience: Dr Dan was so helpful in taking the time to explain the options for our daughter’s lip and tongue tie and solutions. I would highly recommend. After the procedure she has been sleeping better and isn’t mouth breathing anymore so I know the procedure has made a huge impact. He is very thorough in explaining everything and making you feel comfortable with the choices for your child. Staff was all friendly and welcoming as well!

Fantastic experience: My kiddo needed a tooth extraction and was understandably anxious, but Dr. Dan and Paige handled it beautifully. They kept him calm, distracted when he needed it, and still explained everything in a way he could understand. We always have great experiences with this team, especially with a neurodivergent little I really appreciate that they meet my child where he’s at instead of making a tough situation harder.

Fantastic experience: We got right in for our visit today, the dental hygienist was very friendly to my child and made him super comfortable. The whole atmosphere was very friendly and laid back. The kids get fun sunglasses to wear during that cleaning, it is usually my kids favorite to tell each other what color they get for their visit. Honestly this all helps my children not be too worked up about seeing the dentist. We’ve had the privilege of seeing both dentist and both are terrific! Friendly and converses with the kids about themselves, and thorough in their care. Great advisement for keeping the children’s teeth healthy. My kids LOVE going to the dentist and I attribute it to the friendly, laid back atmosphere! Another perk is the fun toothbrush care bag sent home! My son loved his Harry Potter toothbrush this morning!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely LOVE this place! Every nurse and doctor has been so kind and understanding of our spns special needs. The office is very welcoming for kids, and clean. They are very accommodating. Weather you do or don't like fluoride, they have an option with no judgements. They got my son in quickly. It has been an incredible experience for something alot if parents probably stress about. I would recommend this office to everyone, but especially if you have a child with special needs.

Fantastic experience: I have had a rough time finding the right dentist for my autistic kids. I came across a post on Facebook that has several comments about Dr. Dan and decided to make an appointment. The comments we're not lying! Hendricks Pediatric Dentistry is top tier!! Everyone was so kind amd accommodating to my sons special needs. They we're very open with communication about everything that was happening and needed done. They we're understanding about our preferences and offered alternatives. All my worries quickly disappeared and the relief I feel was well worth the 45 min drive. I would give 10 stars if I could. Dr. Dan and Dr. Joe were both wonderful. I'm so glad I found this place and I'm confident my kids are in good hands.

Fantastic experience: Both of my children go here, and I’ve had such a great experience with them. My little one is autistic, so dental visits were very challenging at first. But over the past three years, the staff have been so patient, gentle, and compassionate with him. Dr. Dan is amazing. never rushed him and always made sure he felt safe. Now he’s able to lay back in the chair while they work on him, which is something I never thought would happen. You truly become a part of the family and I’m grateful for the care they give my kids.

Last fall, Dr. Dan helped us finally figure out the source of my children’s tooth abscesses, which was a huge relief after searching for answers. Today we returned for our 6-month checkup, and once again, they were absolutely fantastic with both of my girls. One of my children is very anxious and has a strong gag reflex, but the staff handled her with so much patience, kindness, and understanding. They took their time, explained everything, and made sure she felt safe and comfortable the entire visit. It’s clear that this team truly cares about kids and knows how to work with even the most nervous patients. We are so grateful to have found them and would highly recommend Hendricks Pediatric Dentistry to any family looking for compassionate, high-quality pediatric dental care. ✨

Fantastic experience: This has been the best pediatric dentist experience I have ever had! They were able to give us a soon appointment because my son had tooth pain. Dr. Dan took the time to explain not only the problem, but how to prevent further decay. He uses as holistic and natural dentistry as possible. He answered in detail every question I had. Fantastic experience: I have 2 children on with autism spectrum disorder. One is nonverbal and has sensory issues with his face and mouth being touched and looked at and one who is verbal but has sensory issues with pressure and noises and light. The dentist and staff are all amazing with my kids. They take their time and work with them. Both Dr. Wells and Dr. Dan do amazing with them and talk through everything and don’t push too fast. I absolutely love taking my kids there.

Fantastic experience: Went recently with all 3 of my kids and the dental hygienists were all so kind, informative to the kids of what they were doing, and patient. They were very lovely. We saw Dr. Joseph and he was also great with the kids. Overall, excellent experience!

Fantastic experience: We have had a fantastic experience at this office. Dr. Dan and his entire team are so wonderful. We were planning on putting my four-year-old under for sedation to get his crowns completed, I decided to get a second opinion. After our consultation, I felt very confident that we could do this procedure without sedation. They have different techniques that do not require needles for numbing. Dr. Dan had us in and out of the office in 30 minutes. Very efficient and knowledgeable, I highly recommend.

His assistant was amazing during the procedure and before, helping distract our toddler. We are grateful we went to a great team at Hendrick’s.
