Fantastic experience: First let me start off with saying My son hates going to the dentist! He was referred for braces because of his over crowding. Our FIRST initial appointment was just an evaluation. Once we got to the zionsville location we were greeted very kindly. The paperwork gave me a hard time on my phone prior to the appointment but the front desk gladly pulled it up for me to fill out on an iPad. I was quite nervous for him as he can’t sit still and gets very anxious at the dentist. When they called him back he got a few photos of his teeth done. He was doing the evaluation and then I was called back to go over his options and how everything would work.. they offered him a cute T-shirt with their office pup which he loved. By the time we left to schedule his next appointment he already told me he had a great experience. He loved the tech that got his photos and the orthodontist that told him how to brush for future appointments ( she was straight up with how he should be brushing to continue services which as a parent is awesome! Because most people just want your money. This orthodontist wants what’s best for you BEFORE the money.) We scheduled the next appointment and were given payment options . Pay in full, pay half, pay monthly ect. Once we got to the car he told me “mom I really liked this place. They were nice and I didn’t feel scared.” We are now currently sitting here at his second appointment in the Lebanon office and the kindness is the same! the office was quick to get him back and start his treatment. So far I give this place a 5 star rating and will continue to review through out his experience.

Fantastic experience: As new patients at Ashcraft and Wong Orthodontics, we couldn’t be more impressed with the exceptional care our family has received. Our 7-year-old daughter has cochlear implants, and the entire staff has been wonderfully thoughtful in accommodating her needs. They consistently make sure she can read their lips clearly, understanding that the office environment can be challenging with background noise. Dr. Wong’s dedication to her patients truly sets her apart. I was amazed when she personally texted me from her own phone the morning after my daughter received her expander, simply to check on how she was doing. This level of personal attention and genuine care is rare to find. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found this practice and have complete confidence that our son will receive the same outstanding treatment when it’s his turn for orthodontic care. Ashcraft and Wong Orthodontics has exceeded our expectations in every way.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic, evening emergency call outs are a life saver for when somehow the wire came off the bracket, and they were there at 8pm! Also, friendly staff, accommodating schedules, and always with a smile on their face! They will also do all of the hard work for the complicated insurances, at once point I had three plans running concurrently, and it was all sorted out through the back office, nothing needed from me at all!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been here twice. Once when I was 14-16 and I had braces. The second time is now at 19. (I didn’t wear my retainer). They were so kind and supportive about fixing my teeth. They are super flexible with my payment plan which is amazing since I am a college student. 10/10 love the environment and the people.

Fantastic experience: I received excellent care from Dr Wong and this office. Part way through my alignment course, one of my 12yo sons was diagnosed with Cancer. Not only was the team compassionate and supportive at this news, Dr Wong immediately offered to switch me to Invisalign with no extra fee for the final months of treatment. This gave me a precious gift for our final complete family photos for which I’m forever grateful. I would recommend this office and group!

Fantastic experience: Amazing, wonderful. Beautifully decorated according to season, bathroom clean and supplied with feminine products. Has a coffee bar, smells good, amazing employees 10/10. Everyone seems so happy and every time I walk in I can just feel the positive energy. Dr. Wong is amazing she fixed my smile :D. After getting my braces off, everyone complimented me and my family said “they did really good! Your teeth are bright and straight, the money was worth it.” Would definitely recommend this place to people! When it was time for my treatment, Dr. Wong took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and answered all my questions with care.
