Fantastic experience: Dr. Spees office has a wonderful staff that really takes good care of you. And Dr. Spees has great chair side manner and is very knowledgeable about all the new technology and advancements in Dentistry.

Negative experience: I reached out to Kevin Spees Dentistry about four months ago to establish care as a new patient and schedule a cleaning for May 2026. I contacted them well in advance because I know many practices book far out. I first submitted their online contact form and did not hear back, so I followed up with a phone call. I was told paperwork would be sent to me, but I never received anything. In mid‑March, I called again to confirm my May appointment and was told there was no record of me. After I checked my own calendar and shared the details, they eventually found that my appointment had never been entered. Two weeks later, I decided to cancel and seek care elsewhere due to the lack of follow‑through. I’m sure Dr. Spees is excellent, but my experience with the front office was frustrating and disappointing. With so many dental options available, especially locally, it’s a shame that basic communication and follow‑through were missing.

Fantastic experience: Once again, a wonderful experience for my two boys, 13 and 9. This was the first time my youngest did not cry during a visit. Staff is warm and welcoming. Front desk is friendly and helpful. We feel taken care of every time we come.

Fantastic experience: I took my sons (ages 12 and 8) to Spees Dentistry for the first time this afternoon. We are transplants from CA and needed to find a local dentist. I was a little worried as my youngest has struggled with all precious dental visits. And knowing this wasn’t specifically a pediatric dentist, I was worried. I can’t say how incredibly patient, calm and understanding the hygienist and Dr. Smith were. They gave him a fidget to hold. They talked out loud the procedure and what they were doing. Dr. Smith was so kind and related my son to hers, which helped a lot. She’s a mom and it showed today. It was so appreciated. As a mom to an anxious boy, she helped keep my sanity too. Lol. So grateful to have a place like this. Highly recommend. Everyone we encountered from the front desk to other hygienists were just all so nice and welcoming.

Negative experience: Dr. Spees extracted one of my teeth and refused to treat with pain medication, even after the whole side of my face was throbbing overnight. Poor care!!

Fantastic experience: I have had a lot of dental work over the last 38 years. I have also seen a fare share of dentist! That all being said I am over the top impressed with Dr. Spees and his staff. They went out of their way to work around my orthodontic appointments! I had to have shots and couldn't feel even a slight pench. The first picture was right after braces came off. And the second picture was after the numbness wore off.

Fantastic experience: Both my toddler (3) and I had an appointment this morning. My toddler’s appointment was her first time at the dentist and the hygienist was so thoughtful and patient. She made her giggle and laugh so many times. My daughter left the office with a huge smile and a princess crown. Their goal is to have your child smiling as they leave, and they did just that. My appointment was what you would expect. I different hygienist but just as friendly. She made me feel comfortable and was quick! Dr Spees sees every patient (even the littles!). He is quick but thorough. It’s comforting to know that he checks the work of the hygienist, and ensures you don’t have any questions. We are new to the area, but have enjoyed our last 2 appointments here.

Fantastic experience: I had a crown come off on Sunday evening. I called first thing Monday morning to inquire about getting an appointment. I was in the office within 2 hours of my call. I was greeted at the Lebanon Office with a smile and a welcoming environment. After a few minutes of visiting with the staff Dr. Spees went to work and within 20 to 25 minutes my crown had been "put back in its place" and I was on my way. I appreciate the staff, the welcoming environment, the professionalism and the family friendly atmosphere. Dr. Spees and his staff are fantastic!!
