Fantastic experience: Dr. Neff was highly recommended to me by a family member, and I found him impressive in both his experience and his conservative approach. Rather than pushing unnecessary procedures, he recommended a “wait and see” approach on a few issues I’ve had with some teeth. There was no pressure and no attempt to sell treatments, which was greatly appreciated. The dental assistant, Kelsey, did a thorough job and helped numb my cold-sensitive teeth before the cleaning to make it more comfortable. After going four years without seeing a dentist since moving to Arkansas, I’ll now be returning to a regular schedule thanks to Dr. Neff. Even with a longer drive from another county, it’s well worth it.

He helps you with getting the perfect smile, but also ,that he always and I mean always greets you with a smile. He will be my Dentist & my Smile Dr. until he retires.

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much Dr. Neff and staff for having me. Loved your amazing hospitality and all your works from step in to step out. Definitely a must recommend place to go get checked out and taken care of

Fantastic experience: After moving to this area three years ago, I needed to find a new dentist, and tried out four different ones based on highly favorable online reviews, but found each of them to be a big disappointment. Dr. Neff was my fifth try, and my search for an excellent dentist in NWA is now over. He has experience, knowledge, and skills that most dentists don’t come even close to matching, as demonstrated by his ability to successfully perform an uncommon procedure on my bridgework which the prior local dentist had failed at. Dr. Neff’s extraordinary skills alone would keep me a loyal client, but he also has another unusual and desirable quality, in that he actually tries to save money for his patients on the dental work he does. His integrity and sincere caring are very refreshing, and he has a wonderful support staff as well. Before I was even an established patient, Connie at the front desk made an exceptional effort to get me on his schedule quickly for my first appointment, to fix the botched work from the previous dentist. Even though there are many dentists much closer to where I live, Dr. Neff is well worth the 3-hour round trip drive I have to make to see him.

Dr Neff is not only a very compassionate caring person but a Master at cosmetic dentistry! There’s been times recently, even where I had an emergency repair. Neff is no stranger to Triage, and made a way to fit me into his schedule. And just to be clear, this is not a one time occurrence I have been coming here for years. I would also say he’s a pretty good judge of character because his entire staff has been some of the best people I’ve ever Worked with as well. Special shoutout to Amber as well. Despite a heavy schedule she was able to get a replacement night guard made In record time. I should also thank Connie, genuinely a good person, Can you just? she has made Scheduling and billing easy to work with. Thank you Dr Neff, I hope you continue to serve this area for years to come.
