Fantastic experience: I was referred to Hope Dental that Dr Pate was very good and would take care of me well. Well, my experience was a lot more than expected. I needed a crown and they said they would do a full evaluation first. When I got there, the staff was very nice and friendly. I had never had my mouth examined so toughly ever before. She did a full X-ray, measured every tooth and showed me that my bone was shrinking as well as some old cavities that needed to be replaced etc. She also asked about my smile and suggested that she could fix a tooth that had been chipped on the end etc. I figured it would have been too costly and did not know where to go for cosmetic work on my teeth. My appointment was for 9AM. After the evaluation, they said they could go ahead and do the crown today. I had opted to do the deep cleaning so my bone lose would not get worse and they said I could do that after lunch today as well. So, I spent the whole day at the dentist office. Dr Pate said you will be here during lunch and so she bought me some soup to eat for lunch. The staff and everyone I interacted with was so nice and friendly and well trained and knew what they were doing very well. This is a God send for me. If I had stayed at my old dentist and just kept going to him, I would have never known about the bone loss and, in a few years, it would have become evident and it would have been too late to do anything about it. I am so thankful for Hope Dental that my life is going to be a lot fuller now than it would have been otherwise. Thank you, Dr Pate, for such a wonderful office and staff. Steve

Fantastic experience: I have been in this wonderful Dental Office and I only have wonderful things to say about Dr Pate and ALL of the staff. Everyone is very personable, caring and proffesional.The Dental Hygienist are very informative and care about your experience.I have worked in the Medical field for many, many years and the patient has to except responsibility for knowing thier own insurance information. If you have ever called your insurance to get bennifits or to ask a question it is very time consuming. It is not always possible to get every patients insurance information. Also, a patients ex-rays from your previous Dr is not always effient in taking care of the patient. It is our responsibility as patients ... when asked and even decribed as to what ex-rays were taken to take resposibility for our answers. If you do not know simply say so. This is one of the most wonderful, Christian Dental Offices you will find in NWA in my oppinion. Dr Pate is a very caring, gentle, talented dentist. So if anyone is looking for a Wonderful Dentist & caring dental staff please make an appointment. And again we as patients can not expect our Dental Office or Doctors offices to know all of our insurace benifits.
