My daughter is having braces again to prepare for airway surgery, so we are all a little nervous, but Dr. Willis was the most expert and impressive in every aspect. He went out of his way to use custom brackets so he could accomodate our tricky surgery schedule, and we found how professionally well connected he was very helpful. EVERYONE on his team was warm, skilled, courteous and wonderfully accommodating. Thank you for giving us such a delightful experience so far!

Negative experience: THE STAFF IS GREAT! But…….. Don’t expect to be seen here at your appointment time. Long wait times sometimes exceeding 2 hours due to overbooking and a slow doctor! Would recommend going to a different ortho!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Willis and his staff are fantastic communicators, and my teenage son is so happy with the transformation happening with his teeth and smile. Dr. Willis has kept me well informed and answered all my questions all along the way. The office is beautiful and runs like a well-oiled machine. Good vibes here always. My teen opted for trays instead of braces, and it has worked really well, with much less pain, and I appreciated the ability to floss and keep up his dental hygiene. He was old enough to keep the trays on most of the time, as well as trade out his trays every 10 days on his own without having to remind him. We probably wouldn't have tried trays if he was younger for both of those reasons. It was clear to him that his diligence would determine how long he had to keep wearing them.

My daughters retainers were not lasting very long and Dr Willis agreed to make new ones with a stronger material at no cost.
