Fantastic experience: It is a very professional establishment, and one I enjoy going to. They are by far the best dental establishment in the state of Utah.

Fantastic experience: Last night I had an extraction done on a failed root canal. The root canal had been done several years ago previous to Dr. Walton being my dentist. He was very patient with my stubborn tooth and very accommodating. I had been in extreme pain and to have this done with such great care was a major bonus!

We were treated like they already knew us, obtained necessary x-rays and utilized them to make certain our oral health was good and they made sure we knew what was best for us. Both my wife and I had an examination and cleaning on our first visit. I had lost a bridge which needed some adjustments before it was replaced and this was done accurately and skillfully. Troy Walton DDS is an excellent and caring dentist. His team is exceptional. We are elderly patients and we have experience. We highly recommend this team at Redwood Dental of Providence UT.

Negative experience: Dentist is fair but hygienists are poor. They do the absolute minimum. Tried to just clean and floss for my six month check up. I had to say that they need to get the tartar off. That was done in like ten minutes. She said she was done and I had to say no, these areas still need to be cleaned. She did that for a minute or two and I had to say that there were other spots. After two more times I finally said okay but it still feels only part done. The dentist did not even come look at my teeth. Second rate job going through the motions but not being thorough.

Positive experience: I had a good experience. I really liked how the hygenist took the time to explain things to me and ease my concerns. The final exam seemed rushed and a little dismissive but the Dr was also really busy so maybe it was just a one time experience. When they put on my flouride at the end, a different hygenist asked me if she got it on all my teeth..... Kinda weird. Never had that asked before.

Fantastic experience: 05/2023 Every time I call and to make an appointment, Natalie the receptionist is always so kind and helpful to get me in. I had a rough tooth and Dr. Walton quickly found out why and fixed it that day! He was so kind and patient and always does such a great job. While my tooth was being fixed he asked his assistant what her plans for the weekend were... which I thought was so nice. He truly cares about his staff and his patients. I always have a great experience at Redwood Dental!

Fantastic experience: Everyone at this office deserves a 5 star! Today I went for my routine 6 month cleaning. Morgan did a great job. I let her know that I get cold sores easily and she was very gentle. At my cleaning, they found out I needed a filling and they squeezed me in, right then and there for it. I really appreciate this office and their service.

Dr Walton always discusses all options with his patients and he doesn't persuade his patients to make decisions based on price. Dr Walton understands that dental care is expensive and he try's hard to provide the best care without trying to stuff his pocket with as much money as possible. Dr Walton is very punctual and you never have to wait on him for your procedure. I highly recommend Dr Walton and Redwood Dental!

Fantastic experience: The hygienist named Sophie did the best job of cleaning and checking my teeth that I've ever had! Very thorough! You can tell she takes her work very seriously and is good at it! My dentist was Dr. Taylor Pettit and he was amazing. He caught a couple issues which no other dentist has ever told me! He is extremely thorough, too, and I know nothing will escape his watchful eye. I live a ways away, but I'm going to drive the 2 hrs to be seen by Sophie and Dr. Taylor because it is worth it to me for their excellent care!

Dr. Walton put me on a perscription and gave me instructions for pain management until I could see my regular dentist. I'm very grateful for Dr. Walton and his staff for the help they gave me!

Negative experience: No stars if it was possible. Huge cavity missed in my son, with X-rays! Then had to come back to get redone when it fell out a year later. Horrible bedside manner with him. Ignored him!!! Dirty exam chair. Also hate the constant upselling. Don’t go to Dr. Walton. Save yourself

Negative experience: Everyone was friendly and nice, but the technician was very poorly trained on doing x-rays. Most had to be repeated multiple times and the placement often hurt my mouth. It must have taken at least 45 minutes or more just to do that! Also, the dentist tried to sell me on his services for a procedure I had already begun with my previous dentist. And the cost of a flouride application was $30, as opposed to $8 at my previous location!

I’ve had molars removed and they have all been tricky for him to pinpoint the problem. Dr Walton is careful and weighs your options every time to make sure you’re both making the right decision. He and his staff always professional and great for those who struggle to get themselves into the dentist due to fear. By far the best!

If you want a dentist who is completely trust worthy and who is the most skilled in the art and science of dentistry, look no farther!!!!! Redwood Dental is the very best!!!! I have now finished with my entire regiment of treatment. I had several highly deteriorated teeth that a less skilled dentist would have surely pulled. However, Dr Walton not only saved these teeth but he did with out hardly any pain. He is extremely caring and has the best trained and courteous staff imaginable! In my opinion there is no better dentist in the United States. Redwood Dentistry is Simply the very best!
