Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to Watertree dental. The front desk ladies were friendly, warm, and helpful. I was there for a cleaning, x-rays and check up. The hygienist was friendly and thorough. Dr May looked at the x-rays and examined my teeth. He gave me some helpful advise and answered my questions. I really enjoyed their staff and the office has a nice combination of efficiency and warmth. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Dr. May's for years. I am one of those scaredy cats that doesn't do well with dental work, but Dr. May and his team are always kind, caring and patient with me. They are friendly and genuinely care about you and your well-being. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone, but especially with anyone that might deal with a little (or a lot) of anxiety like me. Trust me, they can handle you. (Sorry again to the staff for every panic attack I get while getting cavities filled. Y'all are the best!!!)

Fantastic experience: When I first got there and I had told them that my husband’s insurance kicked me off and I had no idea why, the people at the front desk were very nice and polite with our situation and thank goodness I was still able to pay the amount but they were very understanding. And when I got my teethe done they were very kind and gentle and letting me know step by step on what they were doing and the side effects would be as well. But they did charge me the fluoride when they didn’t even ask me if I wanted it or not which I never do, but it was charged to my receipt. Please double check your receipts before leaving to make sure they didn't extra charge you for something you didn’t ask for.

Fantastic experience: They are very kind and accommodating. In the past I have had dentists that 'found' any issues they could so they could sell you a procedure. The great people at Watertree are honest and do a good job. (They also have a Pina colada flouride that taste pretty good)

Fantastic experience: I was so happy with my service this morning, I felt compelled to take a few minutes out of my day to share my experience. I've been a patient of Dr. May for many years now, and have always been thrilled with the attentive and expedient care I've received from Watertree Dental. I chipped a tooth recently and was stressing unduly about getting it fixed. I called Watertree Dental and they got me in for an appointment immediately. Dr. May fixed the problem in under twenty minutes and got me on my way and off to work on time. Perhaps more importantly, he did it for a price I was more than happy with, even without insurance. Any service that makes you ask yourself why you were ever stressing to begin with is a service worth vouching for! I'm a huge fan of Watertree Dental and Dr. May, and will be a loyal customer for many years to come.

Fantastic experience: The whole crew is great and do a very good job. Their knowledge of 80's music artists is lacking though. Other than that they are tops when it comes to teeth. I highly recommend them.

Then, he put a crown on so I had a whole tooth again. It looks great, feels great, everything! They all do an awesome job over there! Everyone did a great job today! They did a great cleaning and my mouth feels so nice and clean! They are all very professional and kind. The following is the previous review: Everyone was really nice! Dr. May put in an implant and he did a great job! He is also very nice and friendly. He seems to be very experienced as well. Everyone, the dental assistants and the front desk, were very nice and helpful. I'll be going back to them! Today, March 25th, one of the assistants, I can't remember her name, was very patient with me when trying to get the xray device into my mouth. It hurt so much! But she was good about it. Dr may is always really nice! Last week, My bridge had broke and some of it came off, but what was left had a few areas where it was very sharp and it was cutting up my tongue. I called and asked if Dr may could shave the sharp parts down, but they would not squeeze me in, and it would not have taken more than 5 min. I was in so much pain and disappointed. So I called their emergency dentist and the girl there said she wasn't aware that Dr. May was using them as their emergency dentist. And they would not squeeze me in either. I think that all dentists should be willing to squeeze their patients in when there is a lot of pain involved, especially if it would be really quick. I hope Dr May and his emergency dentist will make an effort to do this for all his patients in the future. Today is may 7th. Today,Dr. May and Ashley did a great job putting my bridge back in. Dr. May was very careful and precise and I appreciated that.. they were fun to talk to too, when I was able to talk to them. Yesterday September 24th 2024, everyone was very nice as they always are! They all make me feel very comfortable. In the past there has been a little dishonesty with a couple things. But overall they've always been very great! Today in particular, McKayla the hygienist did an excellent job! She explained things to me and told me some things that I could do to improve like the taste in My mouth and nobody has ever in my life Explained something so well and gave me information like she did. It was very beneficial and I was very lucky to have her work on my teeth! Also she was very nice! Very knowledgeable and very professional as well. I'm usually always very impressed with watertree dental. They do a great job and they are all just so nice! Everyone, from the front desk to the dental assistants and hygienists, to Dr. May are just great to work with and keep me coming back! On 12/11/2024, everyone did a great job! Dr. May and his assistant were very nice and made sure my crown was fitting right. They finished it in a good amount of time, as well. Also, they worked out a payment arrangement with me. I'll keep going back!

Negative experience: I got and tell them I need a route canal done and another tooth that needs done and a regular cleaning they want you to go through all these hoops and gum cleaning they don't just do what u ask they want to collect more out of your insurance and not do what you ask what a joke will never go back that's for sure...

Fantastic experience: I love Watertree Dental. We have patients of Dr. May for 15-20 years!? My latest visit was outside of the normal 6 month cleaning and check up. They were able to get me in quickly, asses the problem and fix it all in the same visit. Front office is top notch, assistant Gabriella was super friendly and helpful, and Dr. May is kind and always addresses all my concerns and never forgets to ask about my family. Thank you Watertree!

Positive experience: I was happy with Dr May but the staff not so much. One of the dental hygienist did not take enough time and was rushed in making the final bite for my crowns The other staff member at the front desk was quick to ask for payment for work that hadn't even been done and not willing to work with me with a lower monthly payment to pay the final balance. I actually left scared and crying, feeling like I paid more than than I the estimate and worried I would be sent to a collection agency when I have worked very hard for my current credit rating. Going to the dentist's is scary for some people in the first place. I don't feel that they should have to feel threatened by the staff no matter what income or disabilities they may have. I would like to let others know that Dr May is willing to work with me and provide free services for any imperfections I feel are needed on my teeth. I also feel secure in knowing that he will find where the problem lies and correct it.

Negative experience: I’m a new patient and have been treated like royalty. I stopped in to pick up a prescription for my wife and mentioned a problem with a tooth. They had a cancellation and took me right in to see the dentist.

Negative experience: Laura did an excellent job... careful and professional. However, the girl who did the easy part the polish was exactly the opposite...in a pretend hurry... sloppy..did a terrible job..and slopped on the fluoride laquer..she barely touched each tooth and then called it done.. I would like to have the polish part redone...to finish up correctly..and make my teeth feel like they should after a good cleaning...smooth and clean. Please let me know when would be. Good time to have the polish part finished correctly. Thank you.. Then it would be a true 5 stars.. review.
