Fantastic experience: Very happy with this office and Dr. Gordon! We brought the whole family here and they took great care of us. It was our first time bringing our kids to a regular office (instead of pediatric) and I'm so happy we chose here. They treated our kids well so they felt comfortable, they have a great kids play area, and a snack bar which they loved. I'd highly recommend this office!

Negative experience: I would not recommend Logan Peak Dental. At appointments, you are handed a clipboard asking what you value most about your experience and offered things like an aroma diffuser to make your visit more comfortable. That would be a nice touch if the actual interactions felt equally thoughtful. Instead, I found the dentist rather dismissive and condescending. I did not feel listened to or particularly valued as a patient. I would gladly trade the performative extras for genuine communication, respect, and competent service. Unfortunately, the billing experience was even worse. During my cleaning, I was offered a treatment for tooth sensitivity. I specifically asked what I would owe BEFORE agreeing to it and had the office check the amount. I agreed to the treatment based on what I was quoted and paid before leaving. Despite that, I have since been repeatedly contacted about an additional balance, with the billing information not even clearly identifying the treatment I actually received. My husband experienced similar problems. He ordered a new mouth guard, was quoted a price, and was told he would pay when he picked it up. When he returned, they informed him they had LOST the mouth guard and then still attempted to charge him more than double the amount originally quoted. After refusing to pay and contacting our insurance company ourselves, we learned that Logan Peak Dental had not even submitted the claim to our insurance provider and was instead attempting to bill us directly. What made this especially frustrating was their communication. When we questioned these charges, we were told they would look into the issues and get back to us, but they repeatedly failed to follow up. Our calls frequently went unanswered, and voicemails were not returned. Then, weeks or even months later, we would suddenly hear from the office again demanding payment and, at times, threatening to send the balance to collections. It is incredibly frustrating to be threatened with collections over a bill when the office has not followed through on its own promises to investigate the charges or, in our experience, properly process the claim through insurance first. One billing mistake can happen. Multiple incorrect charges, failing to submit an insurance claim, losing a patient's mouth guard, attempting to charge more than the quoted amount, and then repeatedly pursuing patients for questionable balances is a pattern I find unacceptable. After our experiences, I have very little confidence in this office's billing practices or patient care. We will absolutely not be returning.

Negative experience: Every day when I drive by your property, the park strip sprinklers are running from around noon until at least 3:00 p.m. Given that our state is experiencing a severe drought, it's frustrating to see water being used during the hottest part of the day, when evaporation is at its highest. I understand your response may be that irrigation is managed by a separate company. However, as the property owner or business occupying the site, you still have the ability to contact that company and ask that the watering schedule be adjusted. It seems like a simple issue that could be addressed. I hope you'll look into this and make the necessary changes. Responsible water use is important, especially during a drought

Fantastic experience: I have never been so comfortable at a dental office in my life! I have a lot of trauma when it comes to anything medical or dental and they have been FABULOUS about making sure I feel comfortable and safe!

Fantastic experience: Last year I was having pain in one of my teeth. I figured it was related to my filling that fell out once before but Dr Gordon figured out it was due to poor contact. He fixed it and sent me on my way. I had experienced pain on and off in the same tooth for about twenty years and always figured it was related to the filling, none of the four other dentists I had seen in that time had properly diagnosed this issue. Additionally, I brought my family in after the above experience, the staff (including Dr Gordon) and environment are committed to creating a personalized comfortable environment. My kids absolutely love it and are asking when the next appointment will be. They've also been so helpful when we've had illnesses and stories come up unexpectedly and have helped us get back in after having to cancel.

Fantastic experience: I don’t say this lightly—Logan Peak Dental is hands down one of the best dental offices I’ve ever been to. From day one, they’ve been upfront and honest about everything. They sit down with you, go over your treatment and costs in detail, and make sure you actually understand it. It never feels rushed, pressured, or like they’re just trying to get money out of you—which is rare. Every visit, I’m greeted warmly and treated with genuine kindness from start to finish. That alone makes a huge difference. What really says it all? I don’t dread going to the dentist here. I actually look forward to my appointments—even when I know it might be a tough procedure. Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the Logan area and had an old crown come loose. I contacted Dr. Gordon’s office on Monday and they scheduled an appointment for me on Wednesday morning and reattached the crown in less than 30 minutes. The environment is very well done and puts you at ease right when you walk through the door. The staff is extremely friendly, courteous and very accommodating. Dr. Gordon was professional, friendly and has a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend Logan Peak Dental, They will definitely be our new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned early December and I cannot say enough good things about this place! I had a panic attack that morning unrelated to dental work and by the end of the cleaning my mind was totally at ease! They offer so many things to make your visit comfortable, from weighted blankets to lavender oil diffusers. The dental hygienist Kierstyn made the experience so easy, and Dr. Gordon was so insightful. If you’re wondering where to get your teeth cleaned don’t even think twice, just book the appointment!

Negative experience: I really wanted to like this office, especially because they started my first visit with a presentation about their values and even asked what I valued, and I said “time.” Ironically, that first appointment ended up taking 1.5 hours, most of it spent waiting, and I had to leave to get to work before the dentist ever saw me. They offered a complimentary comfort package, which I thought was a nice touch, but it didn’t make up for how long everything took. When the dentist finally came in, I told them I had to go or I’d be late for a meeting. I was told I could just come back another day, so I did because I still wanted to have my teeth checked, especially a minor chip I wanted them to look at. The hygienists were extremely kind and professional, but my appointment with Dr. Gordon was disappointing. He didn’t acknowledge the fact that I had already been in once for 1.5 hours with no exam, mostly because I was waiting on him, and the entire exam lasted maybe 2–3 minutes. There was no explanation, no visuals, and no time for questions. He didn’t mention anything about the chipped tooth I had brought up previously, and he walked out so quickly that I had to ask the hygienist, “So… no cavities?” because nothing was communicated directly to me. I had asked if my results could be given over the phone after the first visit, but was told it had to be in person. After how rushed and uninformative the actual appointment was, it honestly felt like a waste of time. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I do think honest feedback is important. The hygienists and front desk ladies were lovely, but the time management, communication, and overall patient experience really missed the mark for me.

Originally found Dr. Gordon in our search for someone who could help with myofunctional therapy and breathing disorders for two of my children. That has been completely life changing for my two kids. After our first couple visits I quickly realized I wanted all of my kids here, and eventually switched myself and my husband over to Dr. Gordon as well. The staff are genuine friends - they know me and my kids and call us by name. Dr. Gordon is thorough, kind, great at answering questions, conservative on fillings and watches before jumping to fill something which I so appreciate. He’s awesome with my kids (ages 12, 10, 8, 6, and 4.) Office is very comfortable and kid-friendly - some offices make me feel like kids are not necessarily appreciated, but not the case here! Fantastic experience: The way that Dr. Gordon and everyone there genuinely care about my comfort and connecting with me and my family is so wonderful. My 7 year old daughter who was truly scared of our last dentist says she feels like she is going to a spa filling out her comfort menu and getting her neck pillow and blanket. Those perks are appreciated, but the treatment we get every time from beginning to end for my whole family proves this office is the best in the valley!

Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment to repair my chipped front tooth. They made me wait for over a half an hour when they pulled me back. The dentist took a look at it said he would try to make it “blend in” so that I could not see the chip. He drilled down my tooth to the point where the chip was 10 times worse. I was in shock and said that that looked way worse and he needed to fix it. He informed me that he didn’t have time to do anything on my tooth even though he spent not even five minutes with me. I also scheduled to repair my front tooth a week in advance. So if they didn’t have time they should have scheduled me for when they did have time. I am very unhappy with the care I received. They did nothing to remedy the situation but keep calling and texting me asking me to come in for x ray. This is easily the worst dentist I have been to.

Fantastic experience: I think this place is great. I had a tooth that was hurting so bad and I didn’t trust my old dentist. They were able to squeeze me in same day that I called them as a new patient and they pulled the tooth for me. They made sure I was comfortable. They were very kind and honestly, they’re just amazing. I would recommend this dental place to anybody. They deserve the hype.

Fantastic experience: I've never had anything but good experiences coming here to get teeth cleanings done. They are very professional and the prices are affordable for me as a broke college student. Kierstyn did my most recent teeth cleaning and she is very thorough, kind, and good at answering any questions I had. You can tell that she studied very hard in school! Everyone who works here does an amazing job.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I are full time RVers and we make cleaning appointments wherever we are at the time. I always worry we’ll be treated differently because we most likely won’t be in this area again. From the moment I called, the receptionist was so pleasant, understanding and helpful. It only got better from there. When we arrived for our appointments, everyone was very friendly and they offer services (their comfort menu) that I’ve not seen at any other dental office. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a place that really cares about you and your dental care. Ask about their new patient special! We might just have to make our way back here just so we can return for future 6 month check ups.

Negative experience: was going here for over a year. Paying the $30/month in house plan. 15% discount on work. However when I went in a few months back I was quoted $304 to fix a cavity. I failed to get to it in time and my tooth cracked. Upon next visit I asked about extraction and was quoted $344. I got upset and left as they were unwilling to work with me. When I left I went to another clinic and was quoted $314 without any previous information. So where is this discount Logan Peak offers? Dentist also gave unfriendly vibes as he walked away saying the financial department will discuss with me.

Negative experience: Latest update: they sent me a letter to discontinue care with a poor excuse about waiting for preauth when I received it through mail. It’s in poor taste not to just admit you messed up instead of acting like I’m some difficult patient to work with. My providers have loved working with me literally everywhere else without issue. And I have chronic health issues so I see many providers weekly. Update: back to 2 they only got in contact after the review. They made improvements in keeping me updated, which is why it isn’t a 1-star but I still find things out through snail mail from my insurance faster than they will call and follow up with me. I finally got this mouth device approved and it’s been a few weeks since I got the mail and I still haven’t heard from them, it’s like they don’t want my business (1) I know my insurance mails us at the same time but (2) they have a provider to find things out sooner. ——— Update: to 4 stars They got in contact with me finally. They apologized and took responsibility, which is a big deal to me. I appreciate one of business can recognize their shortcomings. Part of their lack of follow up was because it can take up to three months for my insurance to pre-authorize something so in their mind, there was no news to report, which I can understand. I appreciate that they then asked me how often I want follow ups. We will continue to see if they will improve but I’m happy they were willing to try! —— When you do manage to get in contact and get an appointment, customer experience is top notch. I’m rating this business a 2 because of 2 different times they told me they’d follow up with me and they didn’t…and I had to follow up multiple times a month later. It’s unprofessional, either don’t promise to follow up on something or actually follow through. I’ve been waiting over a month this time to hear back about insurance approval for my mouth guard. I’ve called them twice and left a voicemail. Don’t bother texting them like their voicemail says, they don’t respond there at all. They might be too busy to follow through but that’s a red flag for me. Even if they haven’t gotten news yet, why wouldn’t they at least call back or let me know they’re still waiting too? Fantastic experience: Dr. Gordon has changed my daughters life! He has taken her smile, her confidence, her love for life and changed it to fit her amazing personality. Not only did he fix all of it for her, he did it out of the goodness of his heart. His work is amazing. I can not thank Dr. Gordon and his wonderful staff enough! I would highly, highly suggest taking your family to Logan Peak Dental! They are one of a kind!

Negative experience: I called to try and set an apoointment and the reciptionist was very rude. I tried asking a couple of clarifying questions and they acted really annoyed to answer them, and if we were being trated that way on the phone now way were we going to go in person. Granted they may have just been having a bad day, which I understand we all have, but I felt like it was not necessary.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing place. The staff have gone above and beyond to make going to the dentist a pleasure not a pain. The detail that Dr. Gordon has installed shows the man his heart has created. From essential oils to the kindness of giving back to the community working closely with the domestic violence shelter. I'm beyond humble from my experience.
