Fantastic experience: Our first time dealing with Dr. David White and his staff was an amazing experience. They are absolutely wonderful there and calms your worries about dental procedures. My son who is 16 and my daughter who is 12 thought he was great. Definitely Recommend!!!

Negative experience: Last year, we had a consultation with our younger son. It went well, we really like Dr. White and the practice. Dr. White suggested we follow up in a year when his 12 year molars started to come in. At the most recent dentist appointment x-rays showed the molars starting to come in. We reached out to schedule an appointment and have not heard anything back. This would not be as big of a deal but my husband and I have both tried to contact them for a consultation for another family member. We have completed the forms online, called and left messages, and responded to the texts we have received. This is disappointing because we were looking forward to trying Dr. White.

Fantastic experience: We love Dr White and his staff….Its the only doctors office I am comfortable letting my teenager go in by himself. He loves going. The office is nice and they answer any questions we have! I couldn’t say enough! My sons teeth look great already

Inclusion is Active.My faith and self confidence is Teflon,Regardless of method of payment every client/patient should be met with decorum,and couth when entering anyone's proprietary; whom ever the proprietor have employed to greet you is a representation of "how we operate," the waiter and a Dr's receptionist are equal and they should have the most deference.To move your eyes from someone's head to their feet is a rude and a superior way, often as if to say you disapprove of them ,to be overly polite and engaging with other patients is passive aggressive,to have snarky condescending overly obnoxious conversation detects insecurities and/or this is on purpose...... or lack of mental well-being however many people will not take these into consideration or analyze ignorance when they feel like they've been offended and need to defend themselves.I chose this particular practice for familiarity and to benefit my children's smile ONLY, unfortunately we had to terminate the treatment early just short of a year and will not be considering this office for the other children moving forward.Dr.White I bring this to your attention for improvement only.(James 3:5-12)But a tiny spark can set a great forest on fire. Negative experience: I normally have a good experience with this office but they let me make an appointment. I took off of work, got a babysitter & drove a whole hour to get my braces fixed just for them to tell me that the dr wasn’t working there that day & no one will help me til I’m caught up on payments. I just felt like that was extremely unprofessional & should have been handled or even mentioned to me when I originally made the appointment. So once I was there, even if I made a payment, I couldn’t receive care bc the dr was working at a different location. At this point, I’m in a lot of pain constantly. I have a tooth coming in, I’ve had some of my equipment fall out & I feel like my teeth are being ruined & no one cares.

I don’t even live in the state of NC anymore and yet Dr. Whites office has always taken care of my families needs. I can call his office desk staff, any time and they know exactly whose on the line. I may be living out of state and I know that Dr. White, could make some great recommendations, should I ever need, further, cosmetic reconstruction; however, I would rather make the trip home, if possible.
