Fantastic experience: We started using Dr. Will Current in 2006 after moving here from Charlotte. We had been with a similar family oriented dentist for over 20 years in Charlotte and assumed that we wouldn't find that type of dentist again. Well, it's been almost 20 years that we have been using Dr.Will Current. He is our dentist as well as our children and grandchildren's. That's success in our book.

Negative experience: I have been a patient at this office for some time, but unfortunately my recent experiences have been disappointing. I paid approximately $250 for a custom night guard and have returned three separate times to have it adjusted. Despite those visits, it still does not fit properly. Additionally, I recently called to cancel my daughter's appointment. During that call, the front desk staff member spoke to me in a condescending manner and informed me that I would need to pay another $50 deposit to reschedule. I was told this was due to previous appointment changes and the office's cancellation policy. However, one of the appointments they referenced was originally scheduled for April 3 and was rescheduled on April 1 while the office was open, and I received a confirmation text for that change. While the dental hygienists have always been kind, professional, and pleasant to work with, my interactions with the front desk staff have consistently been unfriendly and unwelcoming. As a family that chose this practice after moving to the area, this has been disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, as the quality of customer service at the front desk has significantly impacted my overall experience

From the scheduling to the cleaning to the examining etc., all procedures are timely and responsive to any dental needs that might arise. Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic dental office! Dr. Current is genuinely the best dentist I’ve ever had. He and his staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and provide top-notch care. He truly goes above and beyond for his patients. He worked closely with me to fix my tooth pain using Invisalign and was so patient and attentive while fitting my caps after my root canals. Even when I had to return several times because my bite felt off, he made sure everything was perfect. What impressed me most was when I was in pain; Dr. Current personally called the endodontist to get me an appointment the very next day. This team really cares about your well-being. I can’t recommend Current Dentistry enough

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Current Dentistry for more years than I can count, starting with Dr. Bill and now Will. The only way I would go to anywhere else is if they deadbolt the door to lock me out. Walking into the office is like walking into Thanksgiving lunch with your family, everyone is happy, smiling and it’s all so contagious. What’s not to love. Sitting for a cleaning is almost a chance to catch a nap, you are made just that comfortable. If you can hold your mouth open, they do all the work, painlessly and with great attention. Will always comes in for a final inspection and takes the time to share his thoughts on what issues he anticipates you will have and how he plans on tackling them. Knowing my bite was worsening, a year ago he recommended orthodontics; with that process completed, he just checked my bite, alignment and level. He’s happy and I couldn’t be happier with my bite.

My teeth were misaligned which caused me to clench my teeth that created jaw pain, it also caused unusual wear patterns, and other damage to my teeth. Dr. Current created a comprehensive treatment plan and the results are amazing. I no longer clench my teeth and my jaw pain has subsided. Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this practice to anyone!
