My experiences there since I have been getting my teeth cleaned and taken care of for a year now have been very good. My dental hygienist is excellent, the office staff and all there, including the dentist, is very amiable and pleasant, friendly always. Though I was little nervous for my appointment my hygienist made me feel comfortable. They explained every step and checked on me constantly. Dentist office was very welcoming and friendly. Fantastic experience: Had appointment for cleaning my teeth today. The cleaning took awhile due to getting rescheduled from late May. I’m one that has lots of stain due to being a heavy coffee drinker. Kristine took pain staking time to make sure all stains were removed and my teeth felt so much better.

Positive experience: Good experience but I was so confused and worried about the new plaque removing drill. I thought they had the wrong person in the chair. A little heads up would have been appreciated because it was new equipment. I had no idea what he was doing to me. That little bit of knowledge would have been great. Besides that he was actually really good.

Positive experience: Since I was asked to participate in this, I will. The two extractions went well with very little discomfort. Rachel the assistant, however, needs to be reminded that she needs to interject a little humanity into her rather cold professionalism. She barked out orders like a drill sergeant and when I asked her why she was barking at me her response was, "I don't understand the question, sir." Obviously not. In all the years I've been coming to Simple Smiles this is the first time I left disappointed with my experience. I don't wish to be assigned to her in the future.

Fantastic experience: Always friendly staff and good service

Negative experience: Had cleaning today. Not good as last time didn't feel like normal cleaning. Tech used water pick to do cleaning some how chipped my tooth. Stated was grit from polish. It wasn't. Disappointed in this visit. Dr bo is great dentist tho.

These folks have helped change all the anxiety. They are friendly, informative and helpful. No reason to go anywhere else for me. Oh, and the music is good, too!

Negative experience: Multiple times we have used the Carington discount but after we received treatment on our most recent visit were informed they no longer accept that and were stuck with a 2x bill for myself and 2 kids.
