Fantastic experience: This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had at the dentist. They were gentle and explained each step. I couldn’t even feel the numbing. I was full of anxiety before this visit. Now, I have no worries about any future procedures.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit at Ridgeview Family Dental and let me tell you it was a wonderful experience. The office is so clean and all the technology is current. The staff, Tracy, Jessica, Gracie and Dr. Lunsford were so friendly and put me at ease. Gracie and Dr. Lunsford thoroughly explained my dental health. Fantastic experience: I was reluctant to switch dentists after a lot of years. I'm glad that I did. My doctor and tech were great. Explained everything to me and I never felt like they were in a hurry to get another patient into my chair. They fixed work performed by my previous dentist.
Negative experience: I had an emergency where half of my tooth broke off. I did not have an established dental home that I was comfortable using (dental anxiety has been a huge factor in adult life) and was recommended Ridgeview by several people close to me and heard they would definitely fix me up. I read pages of positive reviews before picking up the phone. I called nervously for assistance this morning and was told it would be 8 weeks wait to fix, in which I mentioned the website does state that they help with dental emergencies and my half tooth with nerve exposure and sensitivity could not wait that long. The front office informed that emergency services are ONLY for established patients. I did want to mention this somewhere as the website is very misleading listing this as a service that they provide and it does not mention that in the slightest. I would want others to be aware of this when calling with an emergency such as exposed nerves like myself. My hope was with so many positive reviews, that I could establish a dental home here with a group who truly listens and cares and takes dental anxiety into account (as many truly do not). However, it felt defeating to hang up the phone after reading such incredible reviews and getting my hopes up. I did attach 3 additional reviews where I read same day or next day services were offered and all seemed helped tremendously. This is why I have so much confusion after hearing differently when I called.

Negative experience: BEWARE- Ridgeview Family Dental sells maintenance plans to customers who don’t have insurance, $400 per person. When you move and didn’t use it after 2 months, they do not refund any portion of it back. This office claims to be sympathetic but they actually are greedy. BEWARE

Fantastic experience: It’s a rare thing to encounter a business as special as Ridgeview Family Dental. My initial visit was for a cleaning. Renita was thorough, kind, and personable. During the visit, it was discovered that I needed a follow up appointment for a procedure with Dr. Wes. That appointment also exceeded my expectations. Dr. Wes was approachable, knowledgeable, and friendly. The assistant, Briley, was great as well, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Trey also came in and spoke to me for a few minutes, exuding charisma and passion. Needless to say, my family and I won’t be going anywhere else, and we will recommend them to everyone we can. They are a true pillar of the community!

Fantastic experience: I truly cannot say enough kind things about Carrie. On a day when the office was closed, and I was in pain from a tooth being extracted soon, she went above and beyond to help me get medication and relief. Fantastic experience: After a bad experience at a previous dental office, almost 2 years later, I found myself at Ridgeview Family Dental and I am so glad that I did! From the initial phone call to make the apt, to the ladies at the front desk, to the amazing and kind Hygienist Gracie, and Dr Lauderback, this was the best adult dental experience I have ever had. Fantastic experience: my appt. was made and the staff was super friendly, which speaks volumes for first impressions. Negative experience: I have to sadly say while I like the office and staff, they do not offer Invasalign as advertised. I had the images done.... twice. In November 2024 and again in Feb.2025. 5 weeks later, they tell me they don't do much of this type of work. Yes. I am upse. They were polite, but like the Bod Dylan song,, "It's ok, you just wasted my precious time." I needed this minor straightening of my bottom teeth for a wedding. No calls, no contact and now it's too late. They offered to refer me, but really? I had to follow up every time. Very, very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Ridgeview Family Dental has beautiful, immaculate facilities with very up-to-date technology and equipment. My hygienist, Gracie, is gentle but very thorough and keeps an eye on any problem areas, always remembering that I have a lot of sensitivity. Dr. Lauderback recently placed a crown for me using a cerac machine (so the crown is done all in one day) and I couldn’t be happier. This is a terrific office and a wonderful team of dental professionals!!

Fantastic experience: WONDERFUL STAFF! Pleasant greeting upon arrival and virtually no wait time. My dental hygienist, Gracie....very pleasant, knowledgeable and answered my questions with a keen understanding of her profession. My dentist was also very kind and understanding about some crown sensitivity I was having and provided some options going forward. Facility is very well run and quite CLEAN. I give them 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency - Broken Molar. Everyone in the office was fantastic in the way they provided immediate attention to me. They scheduled an appointment for 15 minuets after me contacting them by phone at 7:45 this morning. The tooth was cared for by Dr Lauderback. Nothing but great comments for all that cared for me from the minuet I walked in the front door until I walked out +/- 1hour later.

Honestly I was on a bit of a tight schedule and my hygienist really cared .. my concern was how long x-rays would take but she took it a step further and asked the Dentist to come in when he could for my examination, and he did come in earlier! Definitely didn't want them to feel rushed but so happy with the effort and care they took just knowing I had to get back to work. Really appreciated! Thank you !

Fantastic experience: They were able to squeeze me in very quickly when my regular dentist couldn’t and that would be irrelevant if the service was bad. However, they were terrific from front desk to assistant to the dr. And they were fast without sacrificing quality of care. I’ve scheduled my next appointment already.

Fantastic experience: Talk about state-of-the-art equipment, Dentistry has changed in five years. I went in for a crown, no pain and in 45 minutes they made a new one in house. I left with a new crown and a smile on my face. This is one of the best Dentist offices I have ever been to. Thank you, Ridgeview Family Dental!
