They are always a phone call away if we have any issues (wire poking, rubber bands not cooperating etc) from the dr to the assistants to the front office just very friendly.

I do wonder if the patient information could be improved by changing to an online form because it was a little difficult to juggle with the kiddo but overall I loved our experience here!

Fantastic experience: I have been impressed from the moment we were recommended to Smile Doctors from our family dentist. It was easy to set up the initial consultation appointment and Mariah was very friendly and informative in making sure we knew everything that we needed to come prepared with for it and explaining the process that was required for my son's Type 3 bite to get taken care of. She answered all my questions as did Dr Chorak and they helped me make sure I knew my financial options. The building is clean and has a warm welcoming environment. A little kids area, hot cocoa/coffee and snack area, and massage chairs took it over the top amazing! Everyone who helped to take care of the beginning process of my son's braces have been kind, helpful, and overall awesome! I am spacing the sweet gal who helped prepare putting on the top braces and spacers for my son, but she rocked it with Dr Chorak! I enjoyed watching how it was done. :) I appreciated the goody bag and more information to make sure we knew how to take care of him when we got home. We look forward to the future appointments! We are super happy to work with them and recommend them to anyone who needs the kind of care they offer!:)

They have multiple things to help keep parents comfortable while waiting. I'm so glad we went with them to get my daughter braces. They were priced similar or much cheaper that other orthodontist in town. They are also very timely, and we haven't had to wait to be taken back.

Fantastic experience: I came in because my permanent retainer that I have was bugging me and I thought it needed to be glued again. Once they checked they realized it was just a small little strand of wiring that got loose. Even though I didn’t get my braces here (I got them when I was a teenager in the Netherlands), they were able to just remove the little piece of wiring and they didn’t even charge me anything! Amazing and super friendly staff all around. Thank you!

Also, now that I’ve experienced a different orthodontist with my daughter, I know this is the best and most comprehensive ortho in our area. Very honest, cost effective and dedicated to and end result.

Fantastic experience: I was originally a patient of Dr. Wetzle’s at Bozeman Trail Orthodontics MANY years ago. When it transitioned into 307 orthodontics, I stayed because I truly enjoyed the experience from the staff! My teeth looked great even though I had Dr. Erickson take my braces off early. Within two years I’d lost both retainers and for eight years, my teeth shifted until I hated my smile. Invisalign seemed like the best option for my busy lifestyle so I reached out to Smile Doctors wanting to do something to boost my confidence. To my surprise and delight, a ton of the staff were familiar faces that had seen me for six years during my treatment with braces! It was amazing that they all remembered me and better yet, the facility runs so efficiently!! Dr. Chorak has been so helpful in guiding my Invisalign journey, which has taken a little longer than anticipated.. His staff are so knowledgeable, personable, and understanding that it’s one appointment I actually look forward to! If you’re in the market for a smile you can be proud of or have a child that may need braces, then Smile Doctors is definitely the place to go! My kids will all be getting braces from there at some point and it’s a bit more nerve wracking being a parent rather than a patient, but they have helped ease a lot of my worries. Not to mention, they offer payment plans that are actually affordable for single parents! I wish I could give ten ⭐️s to Dr. Chorak and his amazing team, they deserve it!
