Fantastic experience: Always Professional. Mindful and dedicated to the craft. I had a Implanted tooth done there. Every step was explained plainly and well planned. I love my teeth and I enjoy my twice yearly cleanings. I've gone from "long in the tooth" to a pleasing smile, even as I age. Thanks to the Doctors and staff.

Negative experience: I am so bummed to write this as we really enjoyed our appointments there. Unfortunately the gal I spoke to while scheduling appointments said that my insurance was in network and so my entire family booked appointments there. We did our cleanings and I even had another dental procedure there only to get a surprise large bill. I called to discuss the situation with the office and explain that I was told they were in network otherwise I would not have scheduled appointments and got met with, "I understand that is a big bill, we can set up a payment plan for you." There were no answers, no apologies, no conversation about it, nothing. My mistake was not getting the original gal's name that told me they were in network. It is incredibly unfortunate and as such we will be finding a new dentist office.

Fantastic experience: The doctor and staff was probably the friendliest and most helpfull group of people I have ever delt with. I was totally taken back with the friendly and positive attitude.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with Advanced Family Dental! Dr. Raben did an amazing job on my root canal, and all of her helpers were so kind. The team got me scheduled so fast and got me antibiotics before my appointment, and they even called to remind me of my appointment which was so nice! I definitely recommend Advanced Family Dental and Dr. Raben!

Fantastic experience: Dr Larsen is the best. Took care of me with the least amount of pain possible. His nurse and him work well together. The nurse was very consciences in her job and of me, her disabled patient. The front desk staff enjoy working as a team and were empathetic with me and my situation. Fantastic experience: Advanced Family Dental is amazing! From the minute you walk in the door everyone has a welcoming smile. The calm, clean, happy environment immediately puts you at ease. Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable and professional and friendly. You can tell everyone really enjoys working there. I also very much appreciate Advanced Family Dental is not owned by a corporation. This allows them to provide more personalized dental care without the huge bill. I recommend Advanced Family Dental to everyone.

Negative experience: Just gonna leave bad feedback. But I will say Dr Larson doesn't know what it looks like when another dentist forces a crown on a 3/4 erupted tooth and creates swelling.

Fantastic experience: This office and EVERYONE in it were AMAZING!! They were all so kind and ready to give me their time after traveling all the way to them from Gillette. And did not one time try overcharging me doing procedures they didn't need to do they just filled my tooth and did an amazing job.And my doctor made sure that he made sure my bite was perfect before I left. Because he knew I couldn't just come down at an instant.for one I was out of town, for another, I was getting ready to go out of town for 2 weeks.They are simply amazing.I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a fantastic dentist because they are all fantastic and the girls up front are amazing!!!. At first, it sucked because I had to drive so far to find someone who took my insurance, but once I was there. And the care I got was superb. I highly recommend them to anybody.Looking for a great dentist that doesn't try to upcharge you and do things that you don't actually need done.I'm amazed, and they are my people!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had an old crown break off on Sunday. I called to make a appointment on Monday and they found a way to get me in on Tuesday. On Tuesday, I checked in and was in the chair in two minutes. After an hour, I had a tooth pulled and a small cavity repaired. Dr. Larson and staff are the best you could ask for, friendly, and caring. My problem was taken care of fast and without pain. If you are considering dental services, Advanced Family Dental checks all the boxes

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Advanced Family Dental since first moving to Casper in 2008. My experience tells me this is perhaps the best dentist/dental offices I've had in my life. Whereas most of the time Dr. Dacus was my dentist, this has changed as has his work hours. However, my hygienist Jamie has always been there for me -- she's the best!

Fantastic experience: We were ready to transition to a new dental practice, things that were important to us are a professional office setting, multiple dentist and hygienist options to allow better scheduling flexibility, a very positive, upbeat staff to help make a positive atmosphere and finally accepting of our insurance carrier. We feel like we checked every box (plus) at Advanced Family Dental. They were super accommodating to get me right in as a new patient, made me feel like I was most welcomed and worked with me amazingly to check my insurance coverage and provide the best possible care. I had a cleaning, exam and a crown all in the first visit as a new patient and they all made me feel like I had been a long term patient and right at home. Our search for a new dental office is over. Tickled w/ Advanced Family Dental and so happy to have that throbbing cracked tooth repaired!!

Fantastic experience: What an amazing team of people. I hadn't been to a dentist in many years because, well, who really likes going to the dentist? However, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the waiting room is very comfortable, and all the ladies at the front desk were fun and friendly and seemed to enjoy what they do. Nicole and Jamie were absolutely fantastic during my routine cleaning, and the doctor, whose name I regrettably didn't grab since he was in and out quickly just to look at my wisdom teeth, left a great impression in that short amount of time. We found out they aren't in my insurance provider's network, however, I'm likely going to keep coming back regardless simply because of how great this visit was!

Fantastic experience: I needed a crown and Dr. Storrud & his Assistant were very accommodating. The work was exceptional and I am very pleased with the results. Everyone at the practice was friendly and kind making a stressful situation pleasant.

Fantastic experience: Great team at Advanced Family Dental. Was passing through on a trip to visit family in Sheridon and had my tooth severely fracture the night before. They were able to get me in immediately and extract the tooth, saving the trip. Highly reccomend to anyone in the area or visiting from out of state!

Fantastic experience: Advanced Family Dental is full of great people! The receptionists were welcoming when I got there, and the three ladies who worked on my teeth were so friendly. They not only helped me understand what was going on with my teeth and gums, they also taught me about better lip care (and gave me lip balm!) because my lips are always so dry. I am excited to have found such a great dentist office!

Fantastic experience: Love this place! They do a very nice job, scheduling is easy, and I’ve never waited at my appt time. I was in and out in 80 mins total for cleaning and X-rays. You can get appts as early as 7 am which is nice when you’re working.

Fantastic experience: From the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist, every member of staff I encountered was friendly and kind. I hate going to the dentist due to terrible past experiences, but this was as pleasant an appointment one could hope for. My lovely hygienist took time to make me as comfortable as possible, and routinely asked if I was doing alright. If you have any kind of dental/dentist fear, I suggest this office. They will treat you exceptionally well and not make you feel stupid or dramatic for being nervous.

Fantastic experience: I really like the dentist office, they are so nice, greeting me as I walk in! There charges are reasonable. I make my appointments ahead of time so I get the best time for me. When I have an urgent need they get me in ASAP.

This has been the standard since I started going there years ago. I had an unusually sensitive tooth that my hygienist was careful with and put all my worries to rest. Fantastic experience: My first visit to Advanced Family Dental was for a cleaning and consult on replacing teeth. Right off the bat I had an issue with my insurance saying I am not active, I was getting stressed trying to figure out what to do and not getting any help from the staff checking me in. I told her to just let me self pay and I would contact them for reimbursement later. Then one of the front admissions staff; Megan offered to help and she was able to contact Aetna and get it straightened out for me!!! I appreciate her time and effort so very much; it made me feel cared for and important. My teeth are very sensitive and I hate cleanings because of it. But the dental hygienist was very pleasant and she brushed a substance on my teeth that numbed them and made it an easy experience. I wont dread getting teeth cleaned again if I have it done there! Dr. Larson consulted on my options and was very knowledgeable and caring. He helped me decide on the best option for tooth replacement for me. Overall, the experience was very good, staff impressive, office space wonderful. I highly recommend seeking dental treatment THERE! PS they didn't try to up-sell me! Now I trust them.

The other dental practices in Casper tried to charge me $350+ because they required a full exam before even getting a cleaning! Not Advanced. Wendy cleaned my teeth and she was amazing. And their office is super nice. Lots of windows and very comfortable.
