Fantastic experience: We have been going to Heritage dental since 1988 when it was Dr. Samaroff. Always had great service and the staff is top notch. Love the front desk, hygienists and doctors. Shout out to Dr. Madison, Darlene and Kim ,my personal teeth team.

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit with "Sam", the dental hygienist, as my long-time hygienist had retired. Sam was professional, thorough, and very pleasant. Her critter stories made the time in the chair go much more quickly. She appears to be good at her work. The time with the dentist afterwards seemed much shorter than the usual brief check-up.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with Heritage Dental and specifically Dr. Madison Weigle. I needed a new crown and had scheduled my appt for after the new year (due to insurance purposes). Dr. Madison explained everything that she was doing and why. The dental technician that worked with her was awesome as well. She explained everything and reassured me about the process. The appt went well and my temporary crown is in and I am having no issues except for some soreness due to the process. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: My former Dentist retired 3 or so years ago. I started getting my dental work done here at Heritage. Dr. Madison Weigle is an excellent dentist. She thoroughly explains what she is doing. My hygienist, Sam is great at her job too. Both are awesome to talk to as well. I can't forget to mention the staff at the front desk. They are so nice. There are a few other dentists as well. I think they are Dr Madison's Father and brother. I've never been a patient to either of them, but I've heard they are both great doctors/dentists too.

Negative experience: Even though I love the dentists and their assistants, the new receptionist was absolutely appalling. She was really rude and demeaning for being 7 mins late where she raved on about 10 mins before and after my appointment. It gives you a bad taste in your mouth from reception that I will never forget. The extreme opposite of kind and friendly!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic practice! From the front office staff to the huge list, to the DMDs. Cannot recommend enough. Dont be rude, all patients should brush their teeth, floss, and mouthwash BEFORE your exam. Its common courtesy for anyone working in your mouth. Bonus points for having a sparkling clean fish tank in the waiting room!

I hate teeth and going to the dentist, but this office makes things much easier and less terrifying. The office staff is extremely helpful navigating insurance claims and approvals. Fantastic experience: My recent dentist retired after I had been with her for over 35 years. I had received excellent reports about this practice from neighbors and my son-in-law. This was my first visit and I was not disappointed. I had a very comprehensive exam and felt very comfortable with the team that worked on me. I also like the fact that it is a family run practice with all three dentists related. Based on this experience, I would surely recommend Heritage Dental practice if you are in search of a new dentist.

Negative experience: Went to Dr. Madison for a crown after a root canal. She opted to fill the tooth with composite. I ended up losing the tooth exactly a year later. Knowing what I know now, I obviously did not have enough of the original tooth structure remaining, so anything other than a crown would have been insufficient. I really wish she had said she didn't know what to do, and simply referred me to another dentist. So disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Madison and her assistant were absolutely amazing in making my daughter comfortable after having a bad experience previously. She needed to be gased for the first time, and they were so kind and made sure she was doing well throughout her procedure. She was way more relaxed and they did small things that I noticed like keeping the needle and syringe to numb her out of her field of view so she didn’t panic. Thank you so very much!!

Positive experience: I have been getting dental care at this office for 40 years (originally Dr Sameroff) Connie my dental hygienist ( now retiring) was the best. Gentle cleaning and thorough polishing. Had new hygienist yesterday. She was pleasant and well educated, but found her cleaning somewhat painful and polishing lacking. I was in a room without a basin, so unable to rinse mouth after cleaning and polishing Hope she moves to Connie’s room for use of rinse options after cleaning and polishing.

Negative experience: Dr Madison is worst dentist myself and my daughter ever been to. She put a filling in my tooth and it was about the size of pin head. It came out a couple of weeks later. She also took the palm of her one hand to drive the needle she was trying to insert into my gum. My face was bruised big time and lasted for 3 weeks. Took pictures. She was non caring because she wanted to do crown on tooth. I wanted filling. I ended up going to a great dentist who did the filling correctly. She had nothing nice to say about the previous attempt to fix my tooth. Repoed it to my insurance company also. Now the better business bureau!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I have ever been to! I moved away and went to another dentist. They worked on my mouth and completely ruined my teeth & only wanted money.. Dr.Weigel fixed everything, told me scheduled more appointments to fix the rest & I am now less stressed about my teeth.

Positive experience: I always feel pressured to do something that I don't wish to do everytime I come in there when I see Dalton. I almost canceled my appointment. When I stressed my concerns, he actually asked me "Why do you come to the dentist" i have major depression and money is very very tight. To be pressured and feel guilty is not very professional. It is the same everytime I come in there. I really would like to see David.

I see Dr.Lubin & as someone who’s had their fair share of cavity fillings and braces appointments, this is the most comfortable I’ve ever felt in a dental office. Dr Lubin has one of the most amazing attitudes when it comes to his job and is extremely personable when it comes to his clients. I am also never one to go out of my way to write a review but this office seriously deserves it. The staff is the kindest staff i’ve ever spoken to and I’m happy that going to the dentist is not a grueling experience for me anymore.
