Fantastic experience: I am the new patient. I have the best experience at Hill Dental office on 7/27 and 7/28/2026. On the 27, the staff who took Xray for me was very accommodating when I said my jaw is small like kid's, she chose the small size for me so the xray went well. Dr. Jeane was so cheerful, welcoming and encouraging. I returned on the 28th for cleaning and treatment. Paige did the work for me. She is the BEST, she did the work very careful, explained all steps ahead and answered all questions I had. I really appreciate how they care for me. I think I have found my beloved Dentist here in Champaign! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time visit with Hill dental. The office was immaculately clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly and professional! My hygienist was thorough, friendly, skilled and explained what she was doing and inspecting. The dentist was efficient and explained what she wanted to watch something that might be an issue in the future. I liked that she said there was no need to fix a minor imperfection if there was no pain.

Fantastic experience: Hill Dentistry has assembled a great team . The chemistry is obvious to me. Dr Faught is outstanding. This is the second crown he has done for me. His work is top notch. Jontasia, his assistant is likely the best professional dental assistant, who has a great personality to boot. Her work is fast precise and spot on and delivered with a smile. You can feel that smile even behind her mask. Karlie, the receptionist is a breath of fresh air from the moment I arrived to the moment I left.

Positive experience: It was just my first time to go to Hill Dental clinic last November 19, 2025. The clinic is clean with modern facilities and well maintained environment. I met the dentist, Dr Jen for the first time and was surprised to learn that she’s also a Filipino who graduated from the same university in college like me back home. She’s very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Her assistant, Sydney is also nice, pleasant, and caring.They made me feel comfortable and I hope the treatment plan will be acceptable and has my best interest in mind.

Fantastic experience: The assistant was so courteous and worried about my comfort and the Dr. Jen was so gentle and knowledgeable. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a very long time. They made me feel right at home and the price was outstanding!

Negative experience: Customer service is very poor. One of their employees, Dawn Marie, is very arrogant when talking with me. I wouldn’t recommend going to this clinic. Front desk told me my wife overpaid during my child’s first visit so they deducted the overpayment from the current bill. The next visit, they charged her again coz they said I only paid this amount. First of all, it was the front desk who told me she will deduct the overpayment from the current bill. I wasn’t the one who said ‘I will only pay this amount’. They told me and my wife they give us a callback to explain why they have to charge her again. The call never came. I requested for the original invoice to be sent to me. They asked for my email address, but they never sent it. Dawn Marie, who thinks she is smart, is very rude and condescending when talking to me.

Fantastic experience: I had a good experience on Oct. 27, 2025 at Hill Dental. Dr. Javier placed two crowns. I am very satisfied with her work. She is an excellent dentist. She’s very personable and was willing to talk with me about any concerns I had.

Fantastic experience: My girl Sydney works over there. I just met her today but she's really cool. She helped the dentist with my crown and she told me her boyfriend needs to "go ahead and propose to her, it's been 6 years!" and then we laughed about it, because she's right. The the doc came in. She gave me that big ole shot in my gums.....didn't feel a thing. No pinch - hands like a feather! Then Syd came back in. I'm calling her Syd cause she said people call her that. This is my first time meeting her so I feel like I'm cool enough to shorten her name. I've only been here for 30 minutes! Anyways, this place is great and the conversation is one of the best parts. Oh and when I was checking out, the pregnant lady at the front desk was so nice. Just glowing and very helpful taking my payment. 10/10 would definitely have another crown done here!

Negative experience: I had been a loyal patient at Hill Dental for several years, entrusting the oral health of my entire family—myself, my husband, and our two children—to your care. It is with a heavy heart that I share my recent experience, which has left me deeply disappointed and prompted me to seek care elsewhere. A few weeks ago, I traveled over 40 minutes from outside Champaign-Urbana for my scheduled appointment, navigating unfamiliar roads with the utmost effort to arrive on time. Unbeknownst to me, or my GPS, a newly opened overpass had altered the usual route from I-74 to I-57, forcing an unexpected detour through Mahomet and adding time to my journey. Recognizing the potential delay, I promptly called the office to explain that I would arrive just 7 minutes late—well within your stated 10-minute grace period. To my surprise and dismay, I was informed by a dental hygienist that my appointment could not be accommodated, and I would need to reschedule. I respectfully explained the unforeseen circumstances: the road changes I could not have anticipated, not living local, and the fact that I had rearranged my workday to make this commitment. Despite this, the response remained firm, leaving me feeling dismissed and undervalued after years of dedication to your practice. Regrettably, Hill Dental has since lost not just one patient, but four. To date, I have received no follow-up call, apology, or effort to address this incident. For these reasons, I would not recommend Hill Dental and I encourage others to choose a different dental provider who values your time just as much as their own.

Fantastic experience: Just had two crowns done. The dentist and Tech made me very comfortable during the procedure. I'm 72 and I'm not as strong as I used to be. They explained everything in detail, so I was at ease. They took their time and were very gentle with me. A good place to go to for your dental needs.

Positive experience: I was seen on time and appreciated the new(for me) instrument used to clean my teeth. It made cleaning alot more comfortable and the hygienist was helpful in giving me suggestions on keeping my teeth healthy.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Hill Dental is so great, especially with kids! All of my kids have had their first dental experience with them and they are ALWAYS so great at showing them the tools and explaining what they’re going to do in ways that help them relax and feel comfortable! My youngest just recently had his first appointment and was so nervous going in. By the time he was actually getting his cleaning he was giggling and loving every minute of it! He was so excited to go back! Definitely recommend for everyone, especially if you need a dentist for your kids!
