Fantastic experience: Dr. Mathis and his team are great! Molly my hygienist is so kind, and funny, and makes going to the dentist a great experience. Dr. Mathis is thorough and his entire clinic staff is so personable and thoughtful. You can tell they really care about their patients.

Positive experience: Try to sell you insurance-try to set reoccurring appointments before they are needed- try to find anything to get more revenue. Like going to the oil change shop Plus they are high priced. I’ve been recently quoted half their charge for a cleaning

Fantastic experience: Always a good visit to Dr. Mathis’ office (if you have to go). They are friendly and courteous. short waiting time and they ask about what’s going on in your life and how your family is doing. I highly recommend them.

Update, 6/25/26. Great care given to my dental needs again by Dr. Mathis and staff. Really nice clean facility. I even enjoy seeing the well kept landscaping. Attention to detail shows and it carries over into patient care. His assistant saw to that yesterday before letting me go home. The girls in billing and appointment planning work with you well. You have questions, they have answers. If you don’t understand something. (I didn’t) they will help you till you! They have a great in house insurance that will save you money in the long run. If you don’t have dental insurance it’s a great way to save. It’s kinda a prepayment that allows discounts on services provided. It’s worked well for me and my wife. Just budget for it. I’d rather escrow dental money in a line item budget than pay a premium to an insurance company. You earn interest income by planning ahead.

Fantastic experience: Two of my dear friends suggested I make appointment with Mathis dental as they knew about my problems and they both highly recommend I see Dr. Mathis, that he was very good and that I would not be disappointed as they both know how I get so stressed and nervous about going to the dentist. However once I walked in and was greeted by Molly I began to feel a bit less apprehensive. Dr. Mathis was very thorough in explaining the dental procedures that would best work for my problems. I hope to return in the near future to begin the process for improved dental health. His dental assistant also answered questions once she printed out the cost of all the dental work which needs to be done. Everyone was very kind and supportive. Molly and Tina spoke with me as I was making an appointment for my next visit and they were both so helpful in answering my questions.

Fantastic experience: I love Dr Mathis. He has done a bridge and two crowns for me and I have a lot of confidence I’ll have them for years to come without issue. Even the material for the temporary crowns he uses is tops. There was an issue with one of my crowns from the manufacture and I had to wear it a little longer than expected and it stayed put even with brushing teeth and cleaning around it. I had someone else do a crown after he left to start his own practice and that first night when I brushed my teeth it fell off. I was upset and didn’t know what to do and Dr Mathis advised me even though he wasn’t the dentist to do that crown. So when I knew I needed more crowns I wanted him to be the one to do it. He and all of his staff are wonderful so upbeat and positive. I look forward to using them for a long time.

Fantastic experience: Andrea, my dental hygienist, is the absolute best. She knows I have anxiety about any dental visit. She does her best to make me feel welcome. We have much in common and love sharing our family stories with each other! Dr. Mathis is a kind, caring dentist. He knows my anxious feelings about doing my dental work before it’s absolutely necessary. I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care I receive at Mathis Dental Clinic!

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr Mathis for a 2nd opinion. (I had been seen by him a few years ago at a prior dental clinic.). I was very pleased with his concern for me & my dental issue. Without an appt, he was concerned enough to see me immediately (remember-without a appt, I was a “walk-in”). He examined my teeth, went into great detail of the issues I was having & expressed options available for my dental problem. I felt a peace about the impending procedure after speaking with Dr Mathis & his team & I am confident this is where I needed to be. I highly recommend him & his team. I’ll be going back for my procedure very soon.
