Fantastic experience: I’ve had my braces off since ~2010. My permanent retainer broke last night. I panicked and requested an appointment ASAP. Alexis called me — she was so kind and worked to get me in as soon as possible. It was honestly the smoothest process from requesting an appointment to getting my retainer fixed. I didn’t even wait longer than 5 minutes when I got to the office. 10/10!!!

Negative experience: Hayden was rude and very rough when adjusting her braces. We have never been treated like that . Everyone is usually very friendly. With in a hour of leaving one of her bands in the back popped off.

Fantastic experience: As a parent to a child who I knew needed braces I was terrified. However I knew exactly who I wanted to use to help fix her smile, and make it perfect. GoOrtho WITHOUT A DOUBT! We walked in and was immediately taken back, then took to talk about financing (which can be scary) however, GoOrtho has the BEST financing option. I paid a down payment, they gave us a military discount thanks to my husbands service, and we were in the back getting braces the next minute. The experience was amazing, my child felt so nervous but their team at GoOrtho made sure to help her feel more comfortable! The best experience, and when my son is old enough, we will be a repeat customer! Great job GoOrtho!

Negative experience: Not the best experience! My daughter got her braces off one day, and the exact same day, we had to go get a second opinion on what she wasn't happy with! She had and appointment one day to have something put in to have the "flare" in her teeth fixed, a few weeks later we had to return due to it popping out only to find that it was put in upside down and completely wrong! I called to see if there was anything that could be done and the office manager was very rude and informed me "there was nothing else they could do" my daughter had her braces on for 3 years! We are now currently continuing treatment from another orthodontist!

Fantastic experience: GO Orthodontics was my second stop in shopping for braces for my daughter. They were quick about getting her in and the difference between the facilities was clear immediately upon entering. The office at GO Orthodontics was clean and visually appealing. There was a large waiting area and my three other kids were not seen as a problem as they quietly colored and played. Everyone, I mean everyone, from the front desk to the doctor, were just absolutely friendly, cheerful, and ready to take extra time with me. Dr. Radford clearly went over what needed done in much greater detail than the other provider I saw. He didn't make me feel rushed and allowed time for me to think over things and to ask more questions. I truly appreciate that because while I know doctors have limited time, patient families have to process a lot of new information and sometimes we need more than a few rushed minutes. Dr. Radford exemplified the kind of doctor/patient interaction that we all desire. While the quote ended up being the same as the other facility, GO Orthodontics won me over in every other way. Then I found out they had a January discount going, and I was able to save $1K with my down payment! What a blessing! They also started treatment same-day and my daughter went back for her braces as I was signing the papers. She was done incredibly quickly. I was absolutely floored. The speed and efficiency of this practice exceeded all my expectations. In the end, my daughter was also able to chose a prize, and they weren't cheap rubber trinkets. There were nice shirts and sweatshirts, pretty key rings, speakers, and wireless chargers. GO Orthodontics has their business plan nailed down and is a shining example of patient friendly professionalism in the Tupelo area. They are friendly, clean, visually appealing, quick, and have a wealth of expertise. You won't regret giving them a try.
