Fantastic experience: I had all my teeth removed and dentures made and put in in one day. These folks are the most professional and polite! Made sure I was ok every 30 seconds! Explained everything before the process and did exactly what we discussed! Very glad I choose DDS!

Positive experience: 5 stars for yesterday because Sheneka actually looked at my gums to see where the red spots were from the new dentures rubbing my gums. She then removed some material from the dentures to stop the pain whereas the other person didn’t do it last week. The dentures are not yet perfect but feel so much better than before. I go back next week for another adjustment and a soft liner and give an update.

Fantastic experience: Incredible same day service! I chipped my front tooth and came to Dr Peavy to see what my options were. He recommended that I get it capped. They had an opening later that day. So, I was able to get a temporary cap looking just like my chipped tooth, until they could get the mold impression back! Now, I can confidently smile! Thank you, Dr Peavy, along with all of your technicians! Great job!

Negative experience: I was told insurance would cover my dentures. Now they say I owe $400 before they will adjust them. I draw a check $1000 a month. There’s no way I can pay in full! So now I have dentures I can’t wear and a $400 payment I can’t pay.

Fantastic experience: I knew eventually I would have to get dentures. I made an appointment with DDS Dentures & Implant Solutions. The first appointment went well they xrayed my teeth and then I was told that my best option was to get full upper and lower dentures. Made an appointment for 1 week later to have the uppers pulled. It’s a whole day process of getting impressions, then taking a break and getting a good lunch before returning to have the teeth pulled. The whole time I was being reassured that it was going well and I was doing well. They made sure I was comfortable and at ease.

Positive experience: Denture feels better than the soft liner did. It's still going to take some getting used to. The technician did a good job . Over all,it was a good visit.

Positive experience: Denture broke 2 times\n My first upper denture was not made very well. The second one was made incredibly better than the first. How can that be Is that person still work there?\nWith that being said\nYou have to give them your denture , and then face the world without your denture but I'll repairs, made\nAnd dentures seem to be finally\nWell.\nLots of time lost.

Positive experience: The upper dentures are manageable. They require a significant amount of adhesive to stay in place, but I can get through a meal with them. Unfortunately, the lower dentures are a completely different story—they have never fit properly. They will not stay in at all and tend to float out as soon as I try to wear them. At best, I can keep them in for about 15 minutes if I’m not eating. This is especially frustrating because I’ve had a similar experience before—tops that were acceptable and bottoms that simply would not stay in place. I was encouraged by several people to come to DDS because I was told they would work with me until I was satisfied. Instead, I was told yesterday, “This is the best we can do.” That was incredibly disheartening to hear, especially after spending $690—a significant amount for me, as I am on a fixed income. I cannot understand why this couldn’t have been identified earlier, before I committed all of my money. My gums and jaw have not changed since my initial evaluation, so this outcome was not unexpected from a clinical standpoint. I want to be clear that the staff were kind and professional throughout the process. However, despite their friendliness, the end result is that I did not receive a functional product. I am left disappointed and wishing I had been given more honest expectations before moving forward.

Fantastic experience: They are very professional and courteous. My wife and I had our top teeth pulled and got a temporary dentures. Then after 9 months we finally got our permanents. They look great and we are finally able to smile with confidence. Thank you DDS!! You guys really did a great job and we really appreciate it!

Fantastic experience: Loved it. I was way early but they got me right in. Pumped my tooth with no pain and it only took about 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again. I need a couple of permanent implants

Negative experience: DO NOT go here if you want something done right. They will half ass everything they do and the assistants are VERY rude!! They not know what they are talking about and will lie to your face to get you to go away. Just don’t!! Yes they have good prices but you get what you pay for!!

Positive experience: I’ve had a lot of ups and downs since I started this process. There’s one hygienist who is an absolute jerk she has seat 6. She’s bad enough they refused to give me her name. I haven’t had my final plate a year and a tooth came out. However, I called they got me in same day and fixed it. The sweet lady that had me in seat 4 was so kind and didn’t get mad when I said my bite was off a bit and she went and fixed it. Just know if you get the heavy set white girl at seat 6 and you have a concern she’s going to talk to you like you’re a waste of time and air. I’ve talked to three other patients that had the same experience with her. Management didn’t care. I have a partial bottom plate I haven’t worn a single time because it doesn’t fit. Said heavy set lady told me it was what it was that they don’t adjust those and I needed to train my tongue or not wear it all. So I have a $400 plate I can’t wear.

The office itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained, which always makes a big difference. Everything felt hygienic and up to date. Fantastic experience: The only thing I did not like was: Not being put to sleep or any type of gas or nothing. All I had was 2 Ativan, an hour apart, before having 19 teeth pulled n 2 implants put in, all in the same day. I’d suggest you take some kind of pain medicine before you go there to get teeth pulled. Ativan is a relaxant, not anything for the pain. As far as the staff, they were wonderful, especially Savannah & Alyssa.Overall, no other complaints. I’d definitely use them again!

Positive experience: First adjustment was terrible but the second was great she took the time to see all the sores in my mouth. First adjustment I left with as much pain as I came in with, second adjustment no pain at after!

Negative experience: Girls in the back-fabulous The two ladies in the front, careless and childish. They checked my grandmother in before she was even there (30 mins before her appointment time) I called to make sure we had her appointment time correct and was told they checked her in by mistake. We get there and they “check her in”. After 30 minutes and watching others after us go back, I went up to the window where I was greeted with a finger “wait one minute” until she got off her personal cell phone to answer any questions I had. I was then told they had forgotten about her and would let them know in the back that she was there. I expressed small amounts of frustration and they made sure to close the glass so I “couldn’t hear” them giggling and talking about me. We finally were called to go back and the girl asked us if we had been waiting in the car this whole time. We told her “no” that the front had forgotten about us after their mistake so this entire 45 minutes of waiting to go back, they were waiting on us in the back. I asked for the office manager and she clearly had better things to do than to address her staff’s poor behavior as she walked right past me several times. I just wished the administration cared about the patients as much as their certified employees.

Fantastic experience: For me, I used to be afraid of the dentist, but every since I have been going to DDS, it has been so much different. I love the way the DA RDA,CDA, and the EDDA tell you you are okay. You are doing well. And let you know what's best for you. ❤️

We laughed talked an laughed some more.now maybe 2 years ago I got implants on the sides an I had the best and greatest experience. My dentist he was the best i will always choose DDS. Positive experience: Easy to get appointment on the same day. Tech was friendly and cheerful however I noticed that there weren't many staff members. It took a minute or so to fix my issue.
