Fantastic experience: I usually am very skeptical about going to the dentist because I get very nervous but Dr. Duchrow and the hygienist Stephanie and all the staff at Centerplace Dental Care made me feel at ease and were very helpful in planning my treatment plan with no hidden fees. They were very upfront of what the costs for my procedure would be. I am very happy with the care I received and will continue to receive at Centerplace Dental Care!

Positive experience: I really got lured in because they extracted two of my wisdom teeth for like $200 even though at the time I had horrible insurance that only covered cleanings and xrays. My first crown with them was around $800 (same insurance), this second crown (no insurance) was going to be $2000, but I qualified for the Care Credit so it was $1600. They come up with a treatment plan where they want to do the most expensive stuff first, and then wonder why you don't come back for minor things like fillings. Like between the root canals and surgical tooth extractions I got referred out for, I've spent a lot of money on my teeth. Why are you shocked if I only come in for an emergency? I dont have a money tree. The front desk staff is pretty great actually. The dental staff is kinda a toss up. Half are super nice, and half are pretty judgmental and rude. There are better places you can go.

Fantastic experience: What a pleasant experience! Very light handed, zero pain, no anxiety or discomfort. Staff put me at ease and was so professional. Shout out to Dr. Frey and his assistant (can’t remember her name so nice and sweet) and Jennifer for the cleaning. 10/10 recommend to anyone needing dental work

Negative experience: On the window of this dentist office it says free X-rays and cleaning. Not true. All they did were the X-rays then said I needed an extensive cleaning for $763 per side. Today I received a bill for $20. I thought X-rays were free. Just another dental gimmick to get you to come in again. Usually I use CU Dental school in Denver for about 1/3 the cost. Check them out if you need crowns, bridges or implants!

Fantastic experience: I’ve never experienced a more thorough visit at a dental office as I did at Centerplace Dental Care. The office is clean, warm and welcoming. Everyone was extremely friendly from the front desk staff to the hygienist and the dentist. They took their time, answered my questions and helped me feel comfortable. I’m usually very anxious going to the dentist, but this was a wonderful first time experience. I have found my new dentist and would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Recommend this dentist for all of your needs. They always taking great care of me. Explains everything to you so you know what's happening to your mouth and teeth. Always very friendly.

Negative experience: Very pushy about services to purchase. A bit of bait and switch going on where no one will ever qualify for the lower cost cleaning.

Fantastic experience: The dental clinic saved my life when I had a Diabetic low and left there office. They came out and checked on me and long store short I told them I was good and then collapsed by King Soopers and the dentist members helped me get my sugars backup. Also had my root canals, crowns & cleaned teeth thru them and I give them a 10 on customer care and work!

Fantastic experience: Very professional and thorough. I liked that when I came to an issue with my teeth it wasn’t about fixing it necessarily for look but how my bite would be affected later on. Also went over options and was recommended to another office to have my bite evaluated further to make sure the next step we take is the right one. I really appreciated that.

Positive experience: I had a great experience at this dentist! The team takes good care of any issues and makes sure you’re comfortable through the process. The cleaning and exam was very thorough and the team was super nice. I started Invisalign 5 months before my wedding day feeling confident that I’d be happier with my smile before the big day because they were able to move quickly and even get to look forward to a refinement before the wedding. When I accidentally popped a button off, they got me right in to replace it, quick and easy. Accepting care credit as payment helped me be able to afford it without stress as well.

Fantastic experience: Great appointment with new staff. Impressive dentist and hygenist.

Negative experience: I verified insurance status two weeks prior to my "New Patient" appt. Went in for a clenaing, received xrays and scans (no cleaning). When leaving the office, I was told I was NOT in network, and they wanted $119. I disputed it, but had to settle at the end of the day, as they would not be honest about a simple mistake on their part, and would not respond to anything other than "how would you like to pay that". I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Positive experience: Doctor and hygienist were professional in their actions, personable in their accommodation that I was comfortable numbing sensitivity to the cold and drilling by blocking the air, patient by allowing time to numb. Again, they were kind to numb my mouth to remove the really well made temporary crown while protecting the integrity of the work to place the permanent crown.

Fantastic experience: We came to Centerplace Dental when our previous dentist sadly closed 2ish years ago. They’ve been really good to us. Non-judgmental about any dental issues, upfront and transparent with costs. They’ve been great with my 5 year old daughter. Making sure she’s comfortable and not pressuring her. They are flexible with appointments. Overall they are great.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend these folks strongly enough. I had a decade of neglect, and a number of problems from a car accident. They are friendly, professional, and are great working with my sensory issues. I'd give more than five stars if I could.

Negative experience: I am a new patient only been in the office 3x and I will never return very poor professionalism. I had a crown put in yesterday and the tech assistant dropped the crown in the back of my tongue I almost choked on it! They scraped my gums so raw I was bleeding and Dr stated I need to do more salt rinses making it out as if I don’t take care of my gums. When you’re getting stabbed and carved at your gonna bleed I had clots with how hard they were carving in my mouth it was painful! The tech kept saying how she was checked out and ready to go home she couldn’t clean it properly so the dr came in and dug more then he couldn’t get it. So then he’s said well it’s not perfect but it’ll do maybe at the next hygiene appointment we’ll clean it better. They sent me on my way I got In my car and cried! I will Never return to this office!

It’s rare to find a dental office that feels so fun, welcoming, and relaxed. Every visit is a positive experience, and I genuinely feel like my care matters—it never feels rushed or transactional, as I see them every 4 months for cleanings. The team is also fantastic with my children, making their dental visits smooth and stress-free. Lora, Dr. Duchrow, and the entire front office staff are consistently thorough, respectful, professional, and incredibly kind, the list could go on! Most recently, I went in with a concern, and Dr. Duchrow quickly identified that I had an infected wisdom tooth. He referred me out, and thanks to his fast action, I was able to get it taken care of within the same week. Thank you, as always, to the amazing team at Centerplace Dental Care! I’ll continue recommending your office to anyone in need of excellent dental care.

Fantastic experience: The Service I received was excellent, I was definitely taken care of well, great Customer Service, the Dentist Provider, the two Dental assistant and the Hygienists showed good quality of care. They were great at explaining each process and why, which I liked. I had No issues with any of the care during or after. All very Professional. Fantastic experience: This was my second visit to this office. (12/05/2024) I came in for a cleaning and I had Kit for my Dental Hygenist. She was personable and made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. She was gentle, professional and described to me in detail her findings. Dr. Duchrow was soft spoken and gentle as well in his exam and explained to me what he would recommend me doing going forward. If you’re looking for a dentist and great office staff don’t hesitate to make this your choice. The front desk employees are very helpful and try their best to accommodate you. They are all so nice here!

Negative experience: The dentist and assistant seemed very confused about my treatment plan and had significant trouble fixing my denture locks plus when I got home I discovered a sponge like object between gum and tooth that was fixed for cavity

Fantastic experience: I came to this dentist office in pain from a tooth that had the filling come out exposing the root. I was extremely anxious and was having trouble calming my nerves. Everyone was so patient and kind. I was super embarrassed about my reaction but they reassured me it was not unusual. I found my forever dental office.

Negative experience: I came in for a cavity to be filled. The first shot to numb me, Dr. Dan had somehow poked himself and made his finger bleed. He apologized and said that was an unnecessary shot. There were at least 3 more shots to get my mouth numb for the procedure. During this time I had heard Dr. Dan say that a needle was bent. Dr. Dan started the procedure and started drilling. All seem to be fine until I felt pain. He stopped and attempted ANOTHER shot. As he was giving me a shot, I felt a sharp pain. At this time I was EXTREMELY upset. I had to calm myself so I wouldn’t say anything I would regret. I had said that I was done and wanted to leave. Dr. Dan basically explained that it would be best if he filled what he had already drilled out. I allowed this to happen. I am a GOOD patient and do not mind going to the dentist. I have NEVER had a problem in the past with multiple cavities and even a crown. I will not be returning and cannot recommend the dentist office.

Fantastic experience: My first experience with the office and dentist was very friendly and professional. I called to make an appointment for TMJ problem. They got me in the next day to see the dentist. He explained what was going on with my jaw, and what we could do to help. Then left it up to me, as what to do. I decided to wait and see if it would get better on its own. I called them back the next week, again they got me in to see the Dentist. We discussed the plan again and I asked him to go ahead and continue with his suggestion. He took of my jaw and I feel much better. I couldn't be happier that my husband and I found this dentist office.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here, especially with Laura who is very funny and personable, and makes a point to explain everything before it happens. All the staff members were reassuring and made it clear that each step would happen at my pace, and they checked in regularly. The whole staff was very gracious and efficient, and they were able to work scheduling magic. I am satisfied with the results.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been pretty hesitant of dental offices in the past. Usually filled with so much anxiety it has instilled a common and fairly unwarranted fear of dentistry. My visit here was incredibly welcoming and although my visit was expeditious they ensured I was safe and calm through the whole process. I would like to thank everyone in the office that was involved, both directly and indirectly. Also I would like to thank Dr. Mateo for having patience with my ignorance. They helped me with getting my Invisalign all set up with them as I had started the treatment previously at another dentist in another state. Fantastic experience: This place is a pleasant experience. They are honest with you, don't pressure you into things like getting wisdom teeth pulled to quickly as an example for me. My last dentist made it sound urgent, while these guys told me I have another year at least. I felt they were very professional and tried not to poke your gums too much while cleaning. I definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Missy and the rest of the staff are very kind but the actual dentist was so rude and condescending. He made me cry after talking down to me and accusing me of not doing my part in my dental care. He was unkind to me even after learning I have anxiety, especially surrounding my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Recently moved to Greeley and I needed to find a local dentist, gave this place a shot and let me tell you I don’t regret it one bit! Everyone is super friendly and helpful got about 6 different things done recently and they were done perfectly in my opinion! The dentist was very fast and made sure to check if I was in any pain or discomfort at all times. Will be making them my regular dentist office.
