All of the staff members are so friendly and I find myself looking forward to seeing everyone when I have an appointment. As an added bonus I am also able to bring my kids there for their dental appointments. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Negative experience: I went to Dr. Bagley for a toothache. He referred me out to have the wrong tooth pulled plus he charged me a $109, and didn't even come in the room. It was a office charge. I asked him to help out. With having the wrong tooth pulled? And he said no, that he's not in the wrong. Additional, his office is not handicapped accessible. This is against the law

Searching for someone new after seeing the same dentist for many many years and anxiety after a bad first experience elsewhere was scary but I'm so glad I found somewhere where my children and I feel comfortable! Fantastic experience: I was ashamed for not taking care of my teeth for 20 years and it was very difficult process for me to start. Then I was recommended to dr Bagley office and it has been a remarkable experience. I have never once felt judgement from any staff member. Everyone is very kind and authentic. The atmosphere feels like home and safe and not scary! Dr set me up on a treatment plan and I’ve had multiple appointments and I still have more to go but my anxiety eases with every visit. Yes it’s uncomfortable, yes it’s not a glamorous task, but Bagley Family Dental makes me feel at ease, and they have great communication, and I’m looking forward to getting my oral health in order. I do not believe I would feel this way if I hadn’t gone to Dr Bagley office. I will be recommending them to all of my family and friends in Greeley

Fantastic experience: I could not say enough good things about Dr. Bagley and his office. I broke a veneer (that he did not put on), they got me in the very next day, and helped me sort it all out. I wound up needing to fix quite a few of them. Dr. Bagley did not make me feel pressured in any way and offered me many solutions, even some that wouldn’t bring him a single cent his way. My family and I were leaving the state in less than 3 weeks and Dr. Bagley made sure it would all be in from the lab and on before leaving. In order to do so his dental assistant even offered up her kiddos spot so I could get started that same day. Every single staff member here was so kind, so caring and so amazing, including Dr. Bagley. I cannot convey enough the amount of appreciation I have for Dr. Bagley and his staff. I would recommend them 1000000 times over. Thank you Dr. Bagley and every staff member for what you’ve done for me

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bagley and his staff truly are incredible. I first started seeing them in 2023 and have had an absolutely wonderful experience every time I go for a visit. This most recent visit I finished off a very long process of getting crowns for cosmetic reasons. Dr. Bagley absolutely transformed my smile and fixed an insecurity that I’ve carried my whole adult life! All the 5 star reviews here are well earned by this team and I will continue to recommend them to anyone in search of dental care!

I was given detailed information about my dental needs, the best sequence to approach my complete care and what my cost would be. Fantastic experience: It can be difficult finding a new dentist after 20 years . However, I had a really great experience at Bagley Family Dental during my initial exam and x-rays. I would highly recommend. Going to the dentist always makes me a bit nervous. However, the dentist and everyone on the team made me feel at ease from hello to goodbye. I’ve made a follow up appointment for cleaning and feel very comfortable going back. This dentist is located in Greeley and close to my home. My follow up cleaning was done by dental hygienist, Brittany, who is friendly and very thorough. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. My teeth look good after the cleaning and it wasn’t painful at all. I have found my new dental office!

Decided to make an appointment., and when I called, the lady I spoked with, guided me on what I needed to know, with professionalism, knowledge and courtesy. Appointment setted up in minutes, for a couple of days later. When I went for the visit, I found out WHY ALL those stars. The staff, very polite, attentive professional! But with everyone being so calm, friendly and especially patient with me I felt my trust growing by increments. They've made me feel very comfortable and I believe they truly value me as a customer and their relationship with me as a patient. Our conversations, both in and out of the treatment chair, have come easily and naturally and have been both engaging and, at times, entertaining. Dr. Bagley is able to do the majority of dental treatments in-house, including root canals and crowns; the elimination of multiple referrals has been very convenient.
