Negative experience: When made appointment asked if they did root canal and said yes get there and they don’t do that there so they recommend another place they don’t either but we found one and got it done yea don’t go here for anything but cleaning

Positive experience: We recently started coming to this dentist and we loved it so much until recently. It’s been hard to get an appointment and the most recent time we went. It seemed like new staff they weren’t as friendly and my daughter said they weren’t gentle when they were doing her cleaning so we were kind of disappointed.

Negative experience: My daughter loved this place but scheduling is ridiculous now they moved to AI answering machine, I’ve called literally all day. I won’t be going here anymore. If I could give them zero stars I would. My daughter in pain right now and I can’t even talk to someone in the office or a nurse .

Negative experience: Scheduled an appointment three weeks ago for my son and for whatever reason, there was no attempt until the very last minute, HOURS before the appointment, to inform me the insurance wasn’t accepted. This was AFTER I already requested the day off work, so I just missed 8 hours on my check because nobody can do their due diligence and do their job.

Fantastic experience: We brought our 1.5 y/o daughter here for her first dental appointment. I was expecting she would be too scared to allow the Dr. to do anything. That is why I was surprized Dr. Lao was able to brush, floss, and apply flouride. The atmosphere here is more warm with toys and TVs, so your child will be more calm than at a typical Dr's office. The staff was very nice to my daughter, and I want to praise Dr. Lao for doing a great job.

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. The front desk staff was unprofessional and dismissive. While I was speaking to her, she avoided eye contact and didn’t respond for several minutes, which felt extremely disrespectful. The overall attitude came across as passive-aggressive rather than helpful. I also called ahead about an urgent situation with my son and was told to come in. I drove over 30 minutes, only to be told they wouldn’t see him the same day. There was no attempt to help, no empathy, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. This level of poor communication and lack of care is unacceptable, especially when it involves a child. I would not recommend based on this experience.

Fantastic experience: First time coming in and it was a very pleasant environment for kids, staff where very nice and knows how to deal with difficult situations and keep kids happy.

Negative experience: I got recommendations on this place for my kids new pediatric dentist office. Scheduling was very difficult since they had a answering machine but Once i got through they scheduled me for a month later. I finally show up with my 4 kids ages from 14-2 and they cleaned and did xrays everything was going smooth until a male doctor came to evaluate them and told me about each kids dental problems and fixes. My son had acouple of cavities and a root canal they ended up referring him out. My 2 year old was fine. But my other 2 had acouple of cavities as well. We scheduled them for those cavity appointments. My oldest shows up to her appointment and the procedure took about 20 mins and after the nurse brings her to me and tells me that the cavity looked more like a root canal but they went ahead and treated it like a cavity and if it still hurt her after 2 weeks then to bring her back for a small root canal. I was confused but i said okay and kept it moving. Now my 7year old also goes to her appointment and gets told the same thing by the female doctor that one of the cavities looks like a root canal. That was also very alarming because as a parent now im doubting their professionalism. Well now im currently leaving my sons appointment and was told he looks like he has a root canal also instead of a cavity. (Mind yall i already went to the clinic they referred me to for the firts root canal they saw and they did a great job.). She also proceded to tell me that i should stay with the clinic that did my sons root canal since my son did not complain as much during the procedure. I took that as my son was a bother to her since he complained during the procedure. But i wont be taking my kids here anymore clearly it looks like they dont know what they are doing and are careless. And the doctors communication amongs themselves and analysis is so far off. As a parent when we take our kids to the doctor ANY kind of doctor we need the reasurance that they know what they are doing because my kids life depends on it. I dont need 2 different doctors Professionals at that to give me different diagnosis.

Fantastic experience: This was my son’s first dental visit in Houston, and it was a wonderful experience. The ladies at the front desk were kind and welcoming, and the entire team took the time to explain and suggest the recommended procedures in a clear and caring way. Everyone interacted with my son gently, which helped him feel safe and comfortable. The office is very kid-friendly, with games and activities for children. I highly recommend this dental office!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jilly is FANTASTIC!! Im and adult and I see her because she is so gentle and caring. I HATE THE DENTIST, but Dr. Jilly makes it tolerable with her laughing gas and bedside/chair side manner!

Fantastic experience: I like that I can watch my son when he getting the dental work done, so I know what and how they did, dentist is very helpful and tell me all the details, nurses and staff are very friendly.

Fantastic experience: I have a daughter with autism level 2, and speech impairment. She had done a tooth filling, and that sensation gives them discomfort. Dr. Lao had handle it really well with her. She talks to my daughter all the time while on the procedure. Comforting her with a gentle touch on her forehead and explaining to her what is she going to do and make her feel what is it about (ex: the water/ air pressure and everything). I was surprised that my daughter was very cooperative with Dr. Lao, "HOW"? I guess Dr. Lao's hand is gentle and light that my daughter didn't even flinch or moved. I highly recommend Dr. Lao for the kids specially with a autism child. Dr. Lao knows how to make them at ease/calm, comfortable and painless. Thank you Dr. Lao and Bubble kids team ❤️.

And the office is very clean and fun for the kids waiting to be called back.I Highly recommend this dentist .

Negative experience: Front desk reception needs to work on their attitudes. I confirmed my son’s appointment in the email, but when we came in for the appointment I was scolded for not having the correct phone number on file and was informed they were accommodating me by fitting us in since I didn’t confirm. What’s the point in sending confirmation emails and allowing us to confirm on email if I’m still required to confirm via phone? How about don’t cancel people’s appointments unless they call and cancel them. And surely don’t scold me for changing my number and not thinking to update it with a dental office. It’s a shame too because we really love his dentist here but the treatment from front desk is equally as important. We will be going elsewhere.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. The front desk staff is VERY rude. I came in with my daughter for an appointment and wasn’t greeted for over 10 minutes while I stood at the front desk. Both of the ladies at the front desk saw me when I arrived and knew that I was waiting at the counter to check my daughter in. Due to the unprofessional nature of the staff here I canceled the appointment and have taken my daughter elsewhere. Will not be back to this dentist office.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist in Rosenberg. I called the day before explaining my sons tooth discomfort and was scheduled the next day. Arrived to the office and it was a very kid friendly environment, clean and staff were friendly and fast. Son was seen by the doctor, he was very knowledgeable and assisted us with referral and very informative. Prescription was provided and my son is feeling better and his teeth were well treated and cleaned sooo good. Overall 10/10 ( front desk staff, dental assistance & doctor). I’m Happy we’ve finally found a caring kid friendly dentist in. Thanks

My kids had a great time in the lobby waiting, they didn’t want to leave! lol Front staff were also very friendly! So happy to have found a permanent dentist office for my kids! She was incredibly patience and gentle with our very ACTIVE 3-year-old, making him feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. Her calm and reassuring demeanor put both of us at ease too. She explained everything thoroughly, making sure we understand each step of the process. Our little one absolutely loved her and actually have fun during the appointment! It's clear that she truly cares about her patients, and we couldn't be more grateful for the excellent care she provided, highly recommend! Fantastic experience: If there is a doctor who really cares about the children, it's her! I am so thankful to her and her entire team at Bubble Kids Dental for handling my 2 year old son with such gentleness and kindness. I will forever be grateful and will recommend this dentist for everyone for the rest of my life. My son needed to be put under anesthesia for 8 crowns and i was soo nervous about it before the treatment. But they made the process extremely easy, safe, and kept me well informed about every detail. My son healed the same day and was running around the house completely painfree. They also made the vibes inside the facility very kid friendly with slides, toys, books, and games. I love everything about Bubble Kids Dental but especially the dentist, DR. Shao. Her kindness brought tears to my eyes and she was so gentle with my son. Thank you for everything. <3

But she didn’t take away from the experience we had. Great team!

Positive experience: The doctor and medical staff are WONDERFUL. They’re so patient and kind. You can tell they work really hard to make sure kids & parents are comfortable. I love that I’m presented with options & there’s no judgement to my decisions. I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years and each time my experience is better and better. I will say, there is a receptionist who is not as friendly as everyone else in person & over the phone. But if you can look past that initial interaction, everything else is great.

Fantastic experience: Today was an answered prayer. I prayed to God for a caring dentist office with friendly staff and caring and compassionate doctors and this office has it all. From the moment you book the appointment over the phone to entering into the business you are greeted with professionalism and friendliness. I brought my 3 sons ages ranging from 13 months to 12 years old and they all had a great experience. My 10 year old had been traumatized with dentist offices in the past and he’s already now looking forward to his 6 month check up with confidence. The staff are phenomenal . Fantastic experience: They were absolutely AMAZING! I have a little one on the spectrum as well as being nonverbal and no one has ever been able to get his X-ray or completed a cleaning. Dr.Shao and her team(specifically Claire) were so sweet and patient with him and worked around him. Absolutely wonderful!

Fantastic experience: All the staff were very nice and attentive, and they teamwork to give a better service. My 5-yr old son was panicking when it came to dental cleaning, but another assistant came with a big teddy bear and a big brush to help him calm down. Their effort in making the dental visit a smooth and happy experience is exceptional. The doctor also gave a thorough explanation of the procedures of dental treatment. She is very knowledgeable and considerate. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shao and her staff are amazing!!! The staff knows how to treat and talk to the littles. They take there time to get to know your child and help them keep calm and understand what they will be doing. The office is always super clean and very well equipped to entertain all age kids. Dr. Shao really knows her stuff and goes above and beyond to do what's best for your child's teeth. After my daughter knocked out her 2 front teeth at a splash pad and NO doctor wanting to help me Dr. Shao was there to place the teeth right back into the socket and put her in an emergency brace. Thanks to her action plan my child was able to save her teeth!!! It was a process but Dr. Shao and her staff WERE THERE every step of the way without hesitation and always a warm welcoming. 1000% recommended!!!!

Fantastic experience: We had a bad experience at our previous Pediatric Dentist. This facility did an amazing job at working with us and were very considerate with our little one. She has bad anxiety when it comes to the Dentist and no one ever showed frustration. The staff was very encouraging and helpful with building the confidence that she needs! Ten out of ten I highly recommend! My daughter, even though she was scared, told me how much she like them after!
