Fantastic experience: Dr. Feddock is a very caring, gentle dentist to terrified patients (like me!) The hygienist, Shelly, is very friendly and gives great advice on better brushing, flossing, etc. The receptionists at the front desk are very knowledgeable and so kind. I don’t fear going to the dentist near as much any longer!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Feddock is the epitome of a truly professional Doctor. It is a shame that more Doctors in other medical professions do not have or even care to have Dr. Feddock's knowledge, craft and etiquette. The man is not just a Dentist, he works on your teeth with the precision of a sculptor. He updates your progress during the entire procedure and makes great effort to assure that you are comfortable the entire time. I know....it is hard to be comfortable in a dental chair, but he somehow succeeds. Dr. Feddock makes you feel like you have a trusted friend looking after your overall healthcare rather than JUST a dentist working on your teeth. I currently live in Harrisburg and won't even consider changing to a local dentist even though I personally know a Dentist two miles from my home who is a friend of a friend. The 45-minute drive with that horrendous Lancaster traffic is worth my piece of mind knowing that I have the best Dentist In the State. His entire staff is amazing!

Fantastic experience: I just got crown down yesterday. I have an extremely sensitive gag reflex and I needed crown done on last tooth on lower left. I was so worried it would be so difficult to get through it without major gagging/possibly vomiting. Dr Feddock and his assistant were so understanding, explaining every step, completing job in 1 hr 10 min! I felt no pain, no gagging. It was amazing! Highly recommended.

They take the time to make sure you understand your treatment and take the time to teach patients proper dental care. Dr. Feddock is excellent. Negative experience: If you don’t know the perfect language, run away. I got really bad experience with the Doctor. When he opened ready the cavity to remove old filling, he took the picture of the correct, but after that him started opening to get approached “the pulp of my molar” even at the next day I got to go back to to regularize the edges because they were very sharp and were hurting my tongue. The Doctor on his face don’t show me “a good face”

Fantastic experience: I am terrified of the dentist because my teeth are sensitive but also because of bad dentist experiences. They made me feel so safe even as I was crying in the chair and offered to numb me to clean my teeth and it baffles my mind how no other dentist suggested that. Getting my teeth cleaned was painless. I cried tears of joy at the end. They even let me get a prize from the prize box lol

Fantastic experience: Great experience. I was very nervous but everyone from the receptionist to the dentist were so nice. I highly recommend them. Update: It has been about 2 1/2 years since I started going to Feddock Family Dentistry. Still 5 stars for sure! I love the text reminders and they always have been so gracious when if I need to reschedule. If I could give them 6 stars I would, I can't recommend them enough!

Negative experience: I've never posted a negative review about anything. However, if zero stars were an option, I'd choose it. The only crown I had done there is the worst job a dentist has ever done on my teeth. The tooth wasn't sensitive before and now is incredibly sensitive and in worse shape than before it was done. I even needed to come back four separate times to get the bite adjusted afterward. In addition, the tooth exactly above the crown was whittled down to half its original size because this dentist is in the habit of chipping away at other healthy teeth to make room for the work he's needed for (happened with multiple teeth over a two-year span). I regret ever allowing him to whittle teeth down to make his work correct because that one whittled tooth is sensitive for life unless more expensive work is done. In August of last year, I had a cleaning done at Dr. Feddock's office and the hygienist even thought a crown needs to be done on that tooth (having no clue why it looks so whittled down). Also, I had a recent separate crown done by another dentist in a situation where last year Dr. Feddock told me a root canal is needed. This other dentist knew a root canal wasn't needed so it wasn't done and I'm fine without the root canal. Overall, these 5-star reviews were a major reason why my wife and I ever went to Dr. Feddock. But, we wish we never did. The receptionists are kind-hearted and the yearly happy birthday texts are a creative touch. But, this dentist isn't anything close to the best in Lancaster, PA. I won't ever step foot in that suite again.

My experience was excellent. They warmly communicate in support of you during the whole process. I felt well cared for and well informed the entire time. The staff and doctor definitely care about people AND are excellent in their skills. Thank you for helping me find peace and preventative care after years of anxious avoidance!

They asked how long it would take to get there and I said 10 minutes then told to come down. He examined me and ground down the sharp edges asked if I had any pain made a appointment for the following week when they got back from a few days planned off. I am so grateful Dr Feddock took the time to help me out. Thank you
