Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience. The hygienist julie was very thorough friendly engaging and imparted many educational tips about dental hygiene. And since i am a dog lover i was enchanted by the beautiful well trained golden doodle who with the command pressure put his head on my lap and looked at me with his beautiful eyes. Fantastic visit.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy I found this office a couple years ago! They have always been great in their care, but nothing tops the other evening when I had to call right after they closed because I was having an issue with a tooth. The Dentist answered the phone, after I explained my problem, he asked me if I could come right over since he hadn’t left yet and he “didn’t want me to wait all weekend with this issue”, so I went in. The Dentist, assistant and office personnel stayed after hours to wait for me, and even though I kept them late, they all greeted me with cheerful smiles! After over 30 minutes of wonderful care I was all fixed up and they could not have been more patient or kind! I have never experienced better care anywhere!

Fantastic experience: I've had a full range of dental care (cleanings, fillings and crowns) performed by Dr. Ngan and her excellent staff. Courteous, caring and professional are the benchmarks here. Other medical offices would do well to follow their business model.

All the ladies at the front desk are truly welcoming when you enter the office with their beautiful and radiant smiles. They are knowledgeable, polite and always looking to help you in anyway they can. The entire staff is exceptional and they all work as a well oiled machine. They are a perfect example as a model for other dentists and medical practitioners should follow. Fantastic experience: ( The stars are for Jess ) I really like Jess. She’s professional, but funny as well. Always concerned for my comfort and well being. I don’t interact with the dentists ( which is a good thing ) as often. “ If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it “ I feel the x-rays and exams are excessive, when I'm simply there for a cleaning. This will certainly determine my thoughts on future visits. I’m a senior on a fixed income. This is a community with a high Amish population, I can’t compensate for the possible lack of clients. If this practice were to advance to periodontal procedures it would be worth my while to stay. Negative experience: What should have been a routine filling turned into four visits and a permanently altered bite. Multiple teeth were ground without clear explanation or informed consent. The filling still hurts 2 years later. Billing was misleading, and the office manager was rude and dismissive when concerns were raised. I was repeatedly pressured to approve unnecessary cosmetic work. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this office with your care. Dr. Gnan was my dentist
