Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at this office! Patty, the hygienist, was honestly the nicest and made me feel so comfortable throughout my cleaning. She was gentle, attentive, and my teeth have never felt this clean! Dr. Carvan was also wonderful and very professional. Everyone in the office was so welcoming and friendly. I really appreciate the care they provided and would definitely recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: My old dentist retired last year, so I have recently started going to Dental365. I have had the best dental experience of my life so far with Dental365. The entire care team is incredibly kind and professional. I’ve seen Dr. Carvan, who gave me a much needed crown to replace a collection of older, breaking fillings on a molar. This previously problematic tooth feels great a month later. She also found and fixed another area of decay that my previous dentist had missed. She even personally called me to check in on my healing :) In my early adulthood, I had a couple of traumatic experiences with dentists. So I am quite nervous about dental work. If you’re nervous or have very sensitive teeth, I couldn’t recommend this practice more. You will be in great hands!

I’ve been a patient for several years for general dental care, but what really prompted me to write this review was my recent cosmetic work. My front teeth had been bonded nearly 40 years ago and finally needed attention. Instead of just fixing the two problem teeth, I chose to do six for a more uniform look—and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Ganci was meticulous throughout the entire process. He paid close attention to every detail and even improved my overbite along the way. The end result exceeded my expectations—my smile hasn’t looked this good in a long time. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I wouldn’t look anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: It had been over five years since I last visited a dentist, mainly because I had been told I had cavities, which I knew I didn’t. However, I needed to get fitted for an oral appliance for sleep apnea, and a check-up was required. I searched extensively, but many dental practices had discouraging reviews. Eventually, I found a local dental office with detailed and positive feedback, and they were not wrong. From the moment I called, the front staff were friendly and informative. I was able to get the appointment time I needed, and when I arrived, there was almost no wait. My dental hygienist was friendly and thorough, explaining everything she was doing. Then, I met with Dr. Deeva Carvan, who exceeded my expectations. I needed two crowns and two fillings, which I was aware of since I could clearly see the issues. Dr. Carvan created exquisitely measured and perfectly fitting crowns; they are truly lovely. Also, the fillings were done so well that I couldn’t even tell anything in my mouth had changed. Dr. Carvan is a perfectionist and a delightful person. I am so happy with the results that I felt compelled to share my experience without being asked to write a review.

Everyone is super nice and Dr Ganci is an amazing dentist. The equipment is all modern and 1st rate to really be able to see what treatment you need and what to be aware of moving forward. Your comfort is also extremely important to Dr Ganci and he checks on your comfort and explains what he is doing, so there are no surprises. I cannot imagine myself and my family seeing anyone else. I'm sure you will feel the exact same way.

Fantastic experience: I have to admit I put off going to the dentist because I had always been afraid, but eventually, one tooth got so bad I had to. After shaking in the waiting room (for a short time) the kind staff told me it was my time. I mentioned my nervousness, and everyone was so nice. Dr. Ganci not only took care of me but when he saw I needed a root canal he made sure I was sent to a specialist he trusted, even it being an emergency and urgent (late afternoon) his team got me into an appointment. I returned to his care for my crown and with 2 easy visits my tooth is perfect. It's safe to say I will be returning for all my dental needs. I have to say as someone who was so afraid to face the music of going back to the dentist after a few years, the hospitality I felt in this office makes me feel like a fool for ever being afraid.

I was incredibly impressed by the warmth and kindness of the staff-from the receptionist to the dental assistant to Dr. Ganci, plus friendly smiles and “hello’s” from other staff members who did not work with me. Fantastic experience: I am not scared of the Dentist, but I am terrified of needles. Although I had been going to this office for many years prior, it was my first time with Dr. Ganci. He took extraordinary time and care in oh so gently numbing the area in small doses so that it was easy and care free, and the filling is beautiful. His dental assistant Debbie, who I know from many prior visits, helped me calm down from needle anxiety, and was reassuringly by my side. My prior office cleaning by hygienist Dana was exceptional as well. Best part, is that if I need future work, I will not be scared, as Dr. Ganci took excellent care every step of the way.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff at Dental 365 in Port Washington are so nice, thoughtful and friendly. From Patty the hygienist who is so warm, makes you feel comfortable and always checks in to Brenda at the front desk who follows up, and is always so accommodating. Of course Dr Ganci too-he is patient, answers all of your questions and listens to your concerns. These are just some of the people in the office, but everyone truly stands out.

After surviving some truly nightmarish dental visits with other dentists in the past, I can say with full confidence that no one compares to him. Dr. Ganci, swooped in like the tooth fairy I never knew I needed! He’s got the precision of a surgeon, the patience of a monk, and the ability to make you feel like you’re not in a dentist’s chair but at a spa (okay, almost). Not only does he fix the mess other dentists leave behind, but he does it with such ease and care that you’ll wonder why you were ever nervous about going to the dentist in the first place. If your mouth is a dental battleground, Dr. Ganci is the hero you need. Five stars aren’t enough for him!

Fantastic experience: Dr G (and staff) are awesome. They are personable, attentive and present. You are not just treated like a number and don't spend hours in the waiting room. Whatever your needs may be - No matter near or far - Dr Ganci is worth the trip.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Dental 365 in Port Washington for a while now. The front end/financial person, Brenda is outstanding. She knows her stuff and is exceptionally kind and compassionate. I won’t see any other hygienist than Dana. She handles my dental phobia like a champ and makes me comfortable every time. The dental assistants, Rudy and Barbara work with Dr Ganci hand in hand and make a great team. Lastly is the dentist himself. Dr Ganci is among the most knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate, funny and kind dentist I have had work in my mouth. I can’t say enough good things about this office. Well run, compassionate employees, easy to schedule appointments, clean and knowledgeable, that’s how I describe Dental 365-Port Washington & Dr Ganci.
