Fantastic experience: I feel at home! Everyone and the doctor are like your best friends! Very attentive to your dental needs and not rushing to try to rush you out! A very young generation that are kind and professional! Hard to find these days. I live 18 miles away and would not change practice ever!

She was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything she was doing, making me feel completely at ease. Dr. Wall was excellent as well knowledgeable, caring, and never rushed. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood my treatment options. The entire team goes above and beyond to provide exceptional patient care. Negative experience: I have been going to great expressions since 2018 and I will be finding a new dentist. Linda was a new dental hygienist and she was rude. Six months ago my teeth were great but this time I needed so much done with a long list of issues nothing that was mentioned six months before. It was a total money grab upsell with a mean delivery. It was a horrible experience. All of the long term employees are now gone. Very disappointed and upset by the way they operate.

He really made sure I did not feel any pain. Uses state of the art equipment and techniques. Highly recommend this dentist!

Fantastic experience: Amazing office! I spoke with the office manager, Brianna, and she was incredibly helpful. She helped me overcome my fear of making a dental appointment and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Since I don’t have dental insurance, she took the time to explain the Smile Protection Plan and answered all of my questions. I truly appreciated her patience, kindness, and willingness to help. I’m so thankful for the great experience and can’t wait for my appointment and to meet the rest of the staff. Thank you for going above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and at ease!

I happened to have had more dental work done recently - hence, more visits, so I am basing my write-up on these experiences. Fantastic experience: Great Expressions in Seacliff was the best doctor experience I have ever had. From the staff, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist- everyone was empathetic, professional, and organized. They are all willing to go above and beyond for patients. Doctors and dentists often make me nervous, but this was not the case here. The front desk staff is relentless in making sure patients get what they need, know what they will be paying, etc. Special shout out to Mary, who literally did a three-way call with myself and my insurance to make sure I was properly covered for the treatment I needed. I have never been to any doctors office that worked this hard to make sure I knew my plan and could afford any potential treatments. The dental hygienist, LINDA! :), was also amazing. She actually made me feel comfortable during my cleaning and built a treatment plan that worked for me as a person. I felt heard and listened to. And finally, Dr. Wall was also great! He did not condescend or make me feel bad for waiting a littleeee too long for a cleaning. 10/10 for Great Expressions Seacliff, I cannot say enough good things. The entire team here clearly respect eachother and their patients, and are deeply committed to providing the highest quality dental care and office experience.

Fantastic experience: Words can't describe how blessed I am to have Linda as my hygienist!!! She is God's sent. She helped me get my gums and teeth back into shape. Very gentle, attentive , patient, Brianna helped Linda during the cleaning and made everything so much easier and faster. Book your appointments you won't regret it.

Negative experience: To be honest. I feel like every time I come in they try to charge you more. Always trying to sell something or up your bill. Sad. Thought they were a local place. Yes I need work done but a 500 cleaning is insane.

I had the most wonderful experience and would recommend to my whole entire friends and family. Great energy and Great service! Fantastic experience: Amazing cleaning done by Linda the hygienist !! Gentle & very thorough cleaning, explained all my treatment.. so excited to get started with my perio protect trays.

Negative experience: Lots of high pressure to do extensive xrays, with nothing indicated they were needed. Felt like I was talking to a corporation when interacting with the hygienist - programmed and impersonal. The dentist himself was much nicer. Overall not a great experience.

Fantastic experience: They are all wonderful from the time you walk in you are greeted til the time you leave. I had a cleaning done x ray cancer check and Florida treaty. Then the dentist comes in and checks your teeth before she finishes. They are so through. I am a very nervous person have asthma so it is difficult for me. I also have a small mouth. They do everything to comfort you to go through the process. You will not be disappointed. I’ve had quite a few dentists none that attended to me like this. So now I go regularly every 4 months for my cleaning etc. My mouth has never felt better. Just remember you need your teeth. You don’t want what comes with not taking care of them. Highly recommend.

Leslie who I have known the longest is consistently as kind and friendly overseeing that the office runs smoothly. Had the pleasure of meeting Gail, a very competent hygienist, and she made me feel at ease . Very knowledgeable, thorough . Education provided as well. Saw Dr. Herman who reviewed my X-rays and examined me too. That made me even more assured that I was doing well. Thank you all !

Fantastic experience: It’s very accommodating and everyone is very nice.

Negative experience: After each of my teeth cleanings, I purchase a new brush head for my electric toothbrush. Great Expressions Sea Cliff location charges $6.00, and I pay in cash. At my last cleaning in November, I handed Mary (who works at the reception desk) a ten-dollar bill to pay for the brush head, and she said that they don't keep cash for change in the office. That was surprising, as I'd received change before. What's more, the office sells merchandise, and some people may opt to pay in cash, so they should be prepared. In any case, Mary didn't bother to see if she or anyone else could make change. I asked if I could pay her at my next visit (I had made an appointment for teeth whitening in January). Mary agreed and said she would make a note of that. So, you can understand my surprise when I received a text (no less) from Great Expressions about an unexpected bill after a tiring and challenging commute home in a rainstorm. Initially, I thought it might be a mistake, as I always pay my bill in full at each visit. However, the text demanded a payment of $6.00 by the end of the month. It was a jarring end to an already challenging day. When I called Mary the next day, she seemed to deflect the blame to Great Expressions, acting surprised that they would send me a bill, even though she entered it in the system rather than as a friendly reminder to herself. Then she asked, "Would you like to pay over the phone with your credit card?" I declined, as I don't use credit cards for such small amounts, nor did I feel comfortable offering up my credit card information (given Great Expression's 2023 security issue). After approximately 25 years as a patient, having spent thousands of dollars, I certainly didn't feel valued. This led me to cancel the teeth whitening appointment. I can't justify paying Great Expressions $300 after such pettiness. Unfortunately, this is the risk of dealing with an impersonal corporate entity. A privately owned dental office would never embarrass themselves by causing a patient discomfort over $6.00.

Fantastic experience: Great Expressions is 5 star all around! The receptionists are warm and welcoming, the hygienists are always compassionate and gentle (I’m a wimp!), and Dr Herman is always very attentive and caring. I recommend them to my friends and family!

Fantastic experience: I walked in on a whim to see if I could have something removed - the women at the front were lovely. They got me seen right away and made it work. The doctor was super easy going and even offered to smooth out some jagged teeth I had on my bottom row. Every other place including my home dentist wanted a whole song and dance to book and why and come in 1 month blah blah. This was easy and the results are great. I got very lucky, but my experience was so nice, I may even switch dentists now. ;-)
