Fantastic experience: Due to a move to Ventura I had to leave my awesome San Diego dentist. I was very nervous about getting a new dentist. Ventura Bright Dental has been great so far. I've had check ups, a fixed cap, got a new night guard, and had my periodontal treatment with them. I have essential head tremors (uncontrollable shaking) and they had no problem attending to my care. The entire staff is VERY nice, attentive, flexible, caring, and precise in their work. I recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Staff is professional, and doctor was very efficient and detailed with my cleaning. The x-ray examine took a bit longer than expected because of technological issues. For the cleaning, had some bleeding along the gum but my teeth are stain free and polished. Quick process, and had a great experience.

Fantastic experience: What a pleasant surprise it was! Dr. Rohani had wonderful bedside manner. The entire staff was amazing and helped during the entire process. They kept telling me to “trust the process” and to be brutally honest, I didn’t. When it was all said and done, they did a fantastic job. I never felt rushed and they were gracious enough to allow me to have MULTIPLE appointments to make sure things were to my liking. I wish I could remember everyone’s name but I can’t. Cambria was an absolute doll and worked with my schedule, which was difficult in itself. Great job with great staff! I wish I could give them more stars!

Fantastic experience: Dr.sam was very gentle, I didn't even feel the shots to numb my gums, he pulled 3 teeth and I swear I didn't feel a thing, everyone was awesome, I will recommend you to all my friends . and the receptionist with the purple hair you are so friendly,really a people person !!

Fantastic experience: Love these people! The process was so fast and smooth the whole tine . The dentures were very affordable as well. Staff was friendly and nice and we never had to wait more than 15 minutes! Definately recommend this place!

Dr. Sam was awesome, as was Jessica Garcia and the wonderful receptionist with purple hair, whose name I missed, though she never forgot mine and called me by my nick name every time I walked in the door. They were so very caring and helpful with my needs! You can tell they work together very well. Fantastic experience: Affordable dentures is definitely a place I would use again for any dental work! Dr. Rohani worked so well with my son who is autistic. He had all of his teeth pulled and didn't feel any pain and was not uncomfortable at any time. I will highly recommend Affordable Dentures and Dr. Rohani!

Negative experience: I am absolutely in tears!! I had 8 teeth pulled, temporary partial is in and I now have a terrible impediment. I am not able to speak clearly. I told them there is too much material on the palate, and no room for my tongue. I cannot go to work like this. I am so upset. They spent a little time trying to fix it but it just didn't work. He kept saying 'its only temporary,' which really pissed me off. I understand that it's temporary. But in the meantime I still need to be able to go to work and speak to people. As of now I am not able to do that. Just sitting here crying. Just in tears!! I don't know what to do but cry.

I know that adjusting to a temporary partial can be challenging, especially after having multiple teeth extracted. We have you scheduled for an adjustment and a post-op visit soon.
We want to make this right for you, and I can assure you that we’re here to help. While it's true that the temporary partial is meant to be a short-term solution until your gums heal and we can make your final denture, you shouldn't have to endure discomfort or speech difficulties. I encourage you to call us or come back in so we can assess the issue and work on a solution. We can adjust the partial to improve your comfort and address the speech issues you're experiencing.
Again, I'm sorry for the distress this has caused you. We are committed to making this process as smooth as possible and will do whatever it takes to ensure you are satisfied with the result. Please let us know when you're able to come in, and we'll work together to find a solution that helps you get back to your regular activities without added stress.
