Fantastic experience: When I went arrived at my appointment the staff were sweet and very kind! During the prepping and after the removal of 2 of my teeth. Dr. Wilson and his assistant, made me feel comfortable, told stories that they had to help keep my mind at ease, and checked multiple times to see how I was feeling while reminding me to take breaths in between the tooth removal. Overall, they are amazing! I would highly recommend them to everyone I know!

Negative experience: Unprofessional front desk. Immediately walked in to them talking shit about other customers. Dental assistant is pushy and pressures you into services you dont need. Staff acts like they peaked in highschool. The dentist himself seems nice and was at least professional.

Fantastic experience: The young lady who cleaned my teeth was amazing. She was so gentle. She used warm water for the cleaning because me teeth are sensitive. I recommend your office to everyone. I love the music soundtrack that plays in the back area. Overall a very nice experience which is very unusual for a dental appointment.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency over the weekend and was not a patient there. The dentist had called me back on Saturday after I called and said to come in Monday morning. I went in and they got me taken care of immediately. I had broken my front tooth and they put a temporary crown until the new one comes in. Everyone was so helpful and nice. He was gracious enough to make an appointment with me--a new patient--on very short notice for much apreciated dental pain relief. Also, they offerred a dental savings plan which offerred a nice discount that paid for the plan and then some--good deal! Thankyou to Dr. Dahmi and staff for making everything as painless as possible.

Fantastic experience: Today I went in for a dental cleaning after many years. Part of the delay was due to insurance, but a big part was fear of the dentist and the pain I’ve experienced in the past. I regret that I don’t remember the young lady’s name who cleaned my teeth, but she was absolutely wonderful. I explained my worries and past experiences to her, and she truly listened. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, put me completely at ease, took her time, and was incredibly gentle. Because of her, this was the best dental experience I’ve had in a long time.

Fantastic experience: It happened…I had a crown (from another dentist that was less than 18 months old) come off on the afternoon of New Year’s Eve. I am new to the area and didn’t have a dentist. So I went to Google for a list of dentists and I started calling. I called almost 40 different places before contacting Shasta Family Dentistry. They were helpful and squeezed me in. They were able to clean off my crown and re-cement it on for a very fair price. I previously stated that I didn’t have a dentist in Redding, well that changed with this experience. I am now using Shasta Family Dentistry.

Negative experience: I was given an appointment which was wrote down on a card. The card said the appointment was set for 130. After I signed In at the reception desk, I waited and other patients were being seen before me. I asked the receptionist with the issue was and she stated my appointment was not until 2 o’clock. That being said, I had a teeth cleaning scheduled and was satisfied with the outcome. It was a much better job than I had received previously. my time is valuable and I did not have time to sit around for an extra Half an hour I wasn’t taken back until 45 minutes after checking in.

They were truly professional right from the start, educating me thoroughly in what to expect before and during the process.
