Fantastic experience: Wonderful !

Positive experience: LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Super nice hygienists, doctors, and staff - with the exception of one lady at the front desk. The young brunette with glasses needs a serious attitude check. She responded sharply to the couple questions we had, and made us feel very uncomfortable. She was unnecessarily disrespectful and there was no understanding from her side as we tried to ask basic questions about insurance and booking our next appointment. For instance, when we asked if she could find out what our insurance policy was on the bi-annual cleanings (whether our insurance was two per year or only six months and a day), she responded rudely saying that was something WE were supposed to know, not her. I completely understand if that indeed was something we should have known, but there is a way of responding and explaining things to patients. She is the face of the practice, and should have responded kindly and professionally to all our questions. We were not taking up much of her time, and were perfectly cordial. Other than this young lady, I love coming here, and would highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this office by my oral surgeon, and I had such a great experience. The office itself is clean, modern, and really aesthetically pleasing—I loved that there were TVs in each room, which made the visit feel more comfortable and relaxing. The dentist I saw was very warm, kind, and attentive. I felt like he took his time and gave me a really thorough exam, which I truly appreciated. The hygienist was also incredibly kind and made the whole experience even better. I’m really happy to have found this office and would definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience: We all suffer critical and life changing experiences of life and when in the midst of such events, our sensitivities are heightened to different extents. Whilst in the depths of such an experience 'teeth cleaning' is the very last thing you want because however important one seeks solace. I have to record that through my routine cleaning Dr Fusco and his highly experienced hygienist Elyse showed such kindness and professionalism it was impossible to pass without recording my sincere thanks to those two persons. But it did not rest there because all the other members of the staff that remembered my wife (dear Alison who has been a patient for over 25 years - a quarter if a century ) openly expressed sympathies showing the caring and compassion that you experience within a true Family. Yes, I felt that I was visiting my Family dentist and hygienist and although thank you are two small words they have a huge meaning; thank you Dr Fusco, Elyse and your staff.

Negative experience: Dentist and Hygienist are all wonderful 5 stars for them. Office is nice and clean, tons of parking. Here’s the problem. I was quoted $600. When I finally go to pay they tell me $690. I’m confused and explain what I was quoted. They said there’s no notes that I was quoted that and that it’s always been $690. So apparently they under quote and or over charge. Make sure you get your quote in writing. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here since I think I was 14? I’ve always loved the service here and Kristen is the most amazing hygienist ever. I won’t give my age away but it’s been more than 14 years that I’ve been a client and I’m only now leaving a review for one reason. Last night my dad had the most horrible tooth ache. His head was throbbing, ears on fire - we all know the feeling. I encouraged him, despite it being after hours, to call and leave a voicemail. To our very surprise, Kelly the receptionist, sent him a text saying Dr. Caravano could see him at 8AM the very next morning. He so gratefully took the appointment and needed to have an emergency extraction due to a severe infection etc. I am so thankful for this level of commitment and I know my dad is too. Despite the practice growing rapidly over the years, they have still maintained professionalism and kept the customers first! I am so thankful and I know my dad is too.

I was nervous to try a new place after having a bad experience elsewhere while looking for an a new dentist that took my insurance, but I would definitely recommend this dental office. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Fusco for three years. As a child I did not take care of my teeth. Sorry for that. Dr Fusco is excellent. He discusses all options with me and takes the time so I understand. From all the work and cost I have incurred over all the years I have comfort that Dr Fusco is not going to recommend work that is not required. Sad to say that was not the case with my prior dentist.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had to get a temporary front replacement tooth in anticipation of a more permanent one to be installed when she becomes an adult. The amount of care and attention that Dr. Fusco and the technician, Mark, provided was outstanding. Dr. Fusco was incredibly patient and attentive to detail and answered all of our questions. Additionally, matching a permanent tooth’s color is nearly impossible, but Mark painstakingly worked to try to match her neighboring teeth with such care and attention to help her feel comfortable with the look and feel of it. Amazing experience!

Fantastic experience: Dr Caravano and his staff are personable as well as knowledgeable. The office is clean and bright and the equipment looks new. I went in for an emergency visit since I broke a molar and was seen promptly, I appreciate that.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr.Fusco for years. He's great! The hygenest that cleaned my teeth was very professional and extremely good. I recommend Dr. Fusco to anyone that asks.

Negative experience: To say the least, Dr. Fusco does not care about his patients. Having an emergency, I went to Doctor Fusco whom I had been seeing since I was about 3 years old (roughly 26 years). He brushed me off and prescribed a very basic antibiotic, mostly used for the flu and strep throat) and told me I would be better in a day. The next day, my eye was swollen shut and I was in worse pain than when I had seen him. When I called the office, he was “too busy” to see me and had the receptionist tell me I should be better by the end of day or maybe try an oral surgeon. To make a long story short, I ended up being admitted to the hospital due to the swelling/ infection only to be told what he had prescribed had made it worse. The infectious disease doctor recommend I call the dentist to let him know and when I did, Fusco shirked responsibility for any wrong doing, yelling that it wasn’t his fault and he didn’t have time. My entire family has been going there for over 20 years and after being treated like this, I will never go back. I highly recommend searching elsewhere if you’re looking for top quality care or requesting one of the other dentists in the office.

My first visit they provided toothpaste special for my poor. enamel due to health things when I was younger. I have always avoided the dentist because of it because I am so prone to cavities, but they have been so patient and kind with me. Would highly recommend and every chair has a cable tv which is a plus and is calming.

Fantastic experience: Not only was it very convenient location since it’s close to where I live, it was also the most professional and one of the most friendly dentistry's I’ve ever been to since my last visit when I was a child at another office. Their office was also clean and cozy, and a staff there were extremely sweet. The doctor cleaning my teeth was not only gentle, she also warned me on certain uncomfortable spots and said if it hurt to tell her and she’d stop to reassure me to know that I can be comfortable enough to open up if I’m in discomfort. Highly recommend coming here if you don’t already have a primary dentist.

Fantastic experience: Everyone from the moment you enter the lobby/reception is friendly and helpful. I have a patient here for probably decades. Like the other previous hygienists, Jen took care of my x-rays and did an amazing job today getting my teeth clean and feeling great after I had missed a few previous cleanings. She answered lots of questions I had and most importantly listened to some of my goals and objectives for discussing my care plan with Dr. Caravano. Jen was very attentive to making sure I was comfortable, while being efficient and effective at getting my tooth/gum health, etc back on track! Dr. Caravano discussed my care plan with me for treating some of the cavities that have been on the docket prior to my missed cleanings, plus a problem molar that I am being referred to an oral surgeon to extract the molar. I'm looking forward to my oral surgery visit as well as my next visit for fillings with Family and Cosmetic Dentistry of Randolph. In short my teeth look and feel so much better after my cleaning today! Thanks for helping me get my dental health back on track after some missed cleanings!
