I was working out of town when I suddenly found myself dealing with a painful tooth issue, and they immediately made room to get me in. When you’re in pain and away from home, that kind of compassion means a lot. Dr. Nick was absolutely amazing. He took the time to explain everything, made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, and did a fantastic job getting my tooth fixed up. It’s rare these days to find a dentist who is not only highly skilled, but who genuinely cares about his patients. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in great hands. The ladies in the office were equally incredible. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. They turned what would normally be a stressful and nerve-racking dental visit into a comfortable and positive experience. It’s refreshing to find a dental office where the entire team truly cares about the people they serve. The level of care, kindness, and professionalism I received was second to none. I would recommend Cabana Family Dental to absolutely anyone. In fact, I may just start scheduling my dental work around future trips back to town… unless I can somehow convince the entire team to relocate to Florida! Fantastic experience: Had a great visit at the dentist today. Although it’s been quite some time since I had a cleaning, my experience at Cabana Family Dental was great. At check in, Angelica is warm and inviting. Behind the scenes the dental hygienists were caring and experienced. They accepted my insurance, took some pictures to best serve me, cleaned my teeth, and thoroughly explained their process and the at-home care they recommended. Will be back!

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with this facility. When I first came here a few years ago, I had a great experience with both the dentist and the TMJ specialist. Unfortunately, since then, the quality of service seems to have declined significantly, whether due to a change in ownership or management. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is now the second time one of my appointments has been canceled. Most recently, I had an appointment that was booked three months in advance, only to have it canceled because of a scheduling error on their end. Despite this inconvenience, nobody seemed willing to accommodate me or show any genuine concern. The only options offered were to be placed on a cancellation list with as little as three days' notice....which I am unable to make it to, or wait another three months for a new appointment and hope it doesn't get canceled as well. Each time I speak with someone, I am told that they are "not sure what was previously communicated" to me, which only adds to the frustration. The lack of accountability, empathy, and customer care has made this a very unpleasant experience. At this point, I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere, as I no longer feel valued as a patient. I understand that scheduling issues can happen, but having my appointments canceled twice, combined with the lack of communication and concern shown afterward, has left me with very little confidence in this practice.

From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff—especially Kadi, Latisha, and Angelica—were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They made the whole check-in process smooth and comfortable. The dentist and the entire staff were truly incredible. They were professional, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. All of my concerns were listened to and addressed thoroughly, which I really appreciated. Overall, this was such a great experience, and I’m so happy to have found a dental office I feel comfortable and confident being a part of. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Negative experience: I visited this practice under the new ownership in March 2026. There is a hygienist, Angela, that I was placed with. During my cleaning, I asked her to be careful with a bonding I had done over twenty years ago. Her response was, “I can clearly see it, you are rude.” In my 47 years, I have never been treated so poorly simply for trying to advocate for myself. I don’t feel I deserved this treatment nor would I allow it for me or any of my other family members. I do not feel confident the practice reprimanded the employee for her ill treatment of me as the patient. Also, they took X-rays and never told me if they looked good or not. Very frustrating. I no longer recommend this practice under the new ownership.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit, and I had a great experience! The front desk staff was amazing and very welcoming. My hygienist, Angela, was incredibly informative and took the time to explain why I need a deep cleaning. She made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Nick was also great professional, kind, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I decided to make an appointment with Cabana family dental after being recommended by my manager. I was originally given an appointment for the end of January and my husband call back the next day to see if I could be seen sooner due to a concern I had and they were able to get me in the same day to review my teeth get some xrays and come up with a plan. I have a fear and anxiety towards seeing a dentist due to years of horrible experiences with other dental offices. From the moment I walked in the doors everyone was nothing but sweet, nice and completely understanding! Laurie was amazing! She helped me stay calm, understood my fears and reassured me that I was in the right place and that they were going to help me. I went back in today for a deep cleaning with Victoria and I have to say both my husband and I are beyond grateful for the experience! They took their time and continued to make sure I was okay throughout the entire process! The doctors were also amazing! I will continue to go back for every cleaning and all my dental needs. This experience is changing the way I see dentist visits! Thank you all so much for your kindness and understanding!

Fantastic experience: Best hygienist ever!!!

Negative experience: I had a dental appointment scheduled for months. The day before I was told they had to cancel due to a hygienist being sick and the next appointment would be in a month- In the afternoon. I work normal work and specifically scheduled the original appointment at 7:30am so I could attend. Afterwards I asked when the next appointment before 9:00am would be and they said it would be in 3 months and there was nothing they could do. Absolutely unacceptable from a business. I will be finding a new dentist. Beware

Fantastic experience: As a patient who had tremendous dental anxiety, Dr. Nick and Amanda did an absolutely stellar job at making me comfortable and eventually to the point where I’m now relaxed which says a lot! Rowan is incredible and friendly as well! The entire team from front to back is amazing. From working hard with insurance to making you feel welcome, this is a gem of an office. Patient for life.

Negative experience: I’ve been going to Cabana for four years, but with the new team there, I was really disappointed. ☹️ I had the worst cleaning from Angel - sloppy work on the sides, no cancer screening, no gum measurements, and no post-procedure recommendations. Even the polishing only covered part of my teeth. Then the doctor didn’t really listen to me - I mentioned painful sensitivity on a tooth that had never bothered me before, and he just brushed it off, saying, “Teeth are weird.” The whole experience was so frustrating, that now I have to find a new dentist for my whole family.

Fantastic experience: I can say without a doubt that my cleaning was by far the best I've ever had. When Angel said that I was done I said in disbelief "really?". Zero pain, zero discomfort, my head was in a neutral position the entire time and I hardly felt like my mouth was open. When I first opened Angel told me I could relax my jaw and went to work. I highly recommend this practice and Angel specifically if she's available.

Fantastic experience: Another great trip to Cabana Family Dental! At my cleaning a few weeks ago, they found a small cavity & wanted to take care of it before it became a problem. I went in this morning & Dr.Rob took care of it, quickly & painlessly! While I was there, he took the opportunity to check on the implant he had done about a year ago, to ensure it was still all good! I was there for over an hour and not waiting but being Seen and taken care of. Cabana Dental took the time to hear all of my questions and were so informative. They also are not there to rob you. They gave me options on treatments and what they thought is best. No pushing whatsoever. From when I walked in to leaving. Truly a breath of fresh air!

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience at Cabana Dental. After a terrible dental experience years ago, I was so hesitant and worried about going back to the dentist. I took the plunge and decided to call Cabana as its close to me and a family-friend of mine had been a patient years ago. The office was responsive, got me in office that week, x-rays and consult completed. I came back same day for a cleaning since they had a cancellation. Dr. Dennis Cabana had me in and out within the first month of me being his patient. He treated my cavities and even put in my first crown! He is very quick, so long as you sit still. I spent no more than an hour in the chair. He talks you through it, checks on you throughout the process, and makes you feel totally comfortable. I can tell he knows his stuff. I think my biggest worry was being judged for the work I needed. Dr. Cabana had such a positive outlook on my treatment and his demeanor made me feel totally at ease with the process. I wish I had gone to him years ago! Excellent practice, quality work and very kind and hardworking staff. I recommend this dentist!
