Fantastic experience: Nice Dental Office, doctors are very helpful and friendly and reception staff very polite and knowledgeable providing different options

Positive experience: Terrible customer service. It’s so hard to get ahold of them via phone. I was 10 mins late to an appointment because THEY sent me the wrong address and they still ended up canceling my appointment. I’m only giving them 3 stars because of the dentist who took care of my weeks later when I was rescheduled. She was super sweet and did a great cleaning!

Negative experience: They first say an out of pocket expense and collect it. Then later they start sending another huge invoice and start harassing people. If you call them they will not pickup the phone or keep in hold for hours so that you hang up the call. These guys can't be trusted. Stay away from them!

Negative experience: First of all the front of this title says emergency Dentist these people are the worst for an emergency. I’ve been having a cracked tooth for two weeks trying to get to see these people when I finally get there to the appointment that I made they told me that my insurance don’t start till May 7 then they make me have an appointment for May 8 they wait till May 7 to tell me that the provider is not gonna be there May 8 and I’ve been sitting with a cracked tooth for two weeks so I say to the receptionist every time I make an appointment here is an issue or there’s something wrong and she’s like OK. Have a nice day like, how is that type of person good for someone who’s having a dental emergency emergency she could’ve care less if I seen the dentist or not the service here is horrible. I’m not sure if they got these girls straight out of out of a trade school but unprofessional is what I will call it. They don’t check your insurance to see if your insurance even pays for the service there when you get there they look at you then act like they’re looking at the computer, then ask you if you need any help 15 minutes later to tell you that they were calling your insurance and your insurance said they don’t start till a future day. I know when I went to medical school that was the first thing like one of the first things, they taught us make sure that the patient first name last name is correct there date of birth and make sure that the insurance pays for the visit. These girls are doing nothing but sitting there chatting with personal conversations and they ignore who’s in front of them. They don’t say hold on wait a minute the unprofessionalism I’m going to another dentist now and now I’ve been almost 2 1/2 weeks with with with a cracked tooth when I came to these people immediately they didn’t even care what Insurance I had she wasn’t trying to help me find my Shermans like I was. I’m in between insurances so this was not helpful. The experience it was horrible. Don’t ever come here when you get there. It’s empty, but it’s for a reason. Their service is horrible. I will never come here again and take my kids here. None of that.

Negative experience: do not go here if you want a actual permanent fix on your teeth. everytime i go here and leave there is always a complication afterwards. I had gotten a chipped tooth fixed and 3 hours later the stuff they put in to fill the chip came out, i did not eat anything hard or do anything to have it come out it literally just popped out on the SAME day i got it fixed. DO NOT go here if you want a permanent fix

Negative experience: They canceled my sons appointment THREE times. The first time the doctor wasn't there, the second time was because the doctor had an emergency, and the third time was because my son supposedly was not in the system. We showed up and they said the doctor was not even there again. I had to take my son out of school early, and I had to leave work early for nothing. Not professional at all.

Fantastic experience: The staff was friendly and helpful and made everything go easy and everyone was very professional.

Negative experience: this place is truly so sketchy. For the past year, I have gotten texts and emails from them saying I owe various bills. Sometimes it’s $15 and more recently $100. I HAVE NOT BEEN TO THE OFFICE IN WELL OVER A YEAR. when I call to complain, they calmly and simply say the message was an “error on their part”and they will remove it. I asked to be completely unsubscribed from any communication as I will never be returning and I cannot believe I just got ANOTHER message today. It’s possible they could be mass sending these communications out and seeing who actually pays without calling. I went to the office ONE time for a cleaning over a year ago and have not retired.

Negative experience: I never got a chance to find out if this office was any good or not. Their phone is answered by a recording, which passes you off to a bot. I left a message with the bot, but no one called back. I called a few days later and got disconnected twice without speaking to anyone. I kept trying because they say they work with sleep apnea patients, so I sent a message through the online portal and got no response. Finally, I called one last time. The bot got my information wrong, and at that point I was done. Too many other dentists out there to bother with this kind of BS.

Negative experience: If I could leave zero stars I would. Booked an appointment over a month ago. Got a phone call the day before saying that it had to be rescheduled because the dentist that is required is an in on the day that I scheduled. The person told me they’ve been so busy they couldn’t call me at all and there was no empathy, and the lack of professionalism of the office staff would encourage anyone not to go here.

Fantastic experience: everyone is so pleasant from the minute you walk in the door. very efficient. amazing cleaning and and booked future appointment right in the room after getting my cleaning. and there’s never a wait. always in and out.

Negative experience: I made an appointment for root canal over two months ago and the day before my appointment they called me and canceled my appointment! Now I have to find another dentist and get a new appointment somewhere. Meanwhile I’m still having tooth pain! Stay away from this place, they obviously don’t care at all about their patients!

Negative experience: For 3 months I have been trying to get a referral for my son to get a tongue tie surgery done, and this office repeatedly drops the ball. Say they will call back, they dont. Say they will send the referral to book the procedure, they send nothing. Still haven't been able to get the procedure done and this office has been the least helpful that they can be

Negative experience: This dental practice does subpar work. In the 12-14 months I visited this practice they went through 3 general dentists without informing clients of the change in staff. Although the front desk employee, Javier, is nice the other employees are unhelpful. One seems to struggle to speak and understand English proficiently. Every root canal I’ve gotten done at this practice has failed within 1 year. The Endodontist referred to their most recent work as a “rush job” and “bad work”. Essentially, because of their “rush job” I had to pay double for work done on the same teeth. When I called the practice they took no accountability for any mistakes or subpar work they performed. Patients beware!

Fantastic experience: Needed a quick visit for pain! Walked right in, had x-rays taken and doc consult quickly. They explained procedures and cost up front. Back to work in 45min! Pleasant and friendly staff! They’re making me a Queen—I’m getting a crown!

Negative experience: Such a lousy place please do not visit this place I had and appointment today at 11.30 am and they called me at 11.10 am to inform me that the doctor can not see me today as they don’t have equipment (there company didn’t send them) and upon reaching out to the office the manager at office informed me they don’t know when will they get the equipment. ??

Negative experience: I called to cancel my appointments because my entire family came down with the flu. Before I could even tell the person on the phone why I was cancelling, he tells, "oh what a shame". I have never been spoken to like that by a doctors office, I wont ever recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: I visited this clinic in May. After an X-ray, they told me I needed fillings on two teeth. On September 2, I went for my appointment, and my lower right tooth was filled without taking a new X-ray (my doctor was Ms. Halim). After the procedure, I couldn’t sleep or eat for days. When I returned for an urgent visit, they told me the tooth was infected. Because no new X-ray was taken, the treatment was not done properly. Previously, during a root canal, my lip was also injured. The same mistakes kept happening. She even claimed a new X-ray had been taken, but then realized it was actually from May. When I confronted her, she said, “I’m not treating you anymore.” A doctor cannot scold or dismiss a patient while working; this shows a lack of respect for her profession. I was left suffering and they never took responsibility for their mistakes. Their main focus is making money, not caring for people’s health. On top of that, the place is dirty and unhygienic. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic, and I will report them to every necessary authority.

Fantastic experience: Was seen last minute for severe tooth pain. Very little wait time. All staff very friendly and informative. Physicians and staff work with patients and give undivided attention. Was very pleased with initial assessment and further treatment.

Negative experience: Atmosphere was weird with sassy music and loud from a personal cellphone bragging about artist new songs . Came in with tooth pain, left with tooth pain. They only took X-rays and tried to charge me 500+ when I am fully Insured by delta dental. The receptionist said the root canal was about 2+ hours and couldn’t see me until 4 days. Receptionist also said approval could take 2 weeks I never heard of this before ! Dentist used poor choice of word when trying to instill fear In The state of my teeth and said I could get a second opinion which I did. Didn’t offer me anything for my state of pain until I paid ! Like a ransom’s or holding my tooth hostage !!!! Thank God I went to another dentist and did the root canal on the spot and they charged my insurance, not me. The receptionist told me to call my insurance and find out my copays with codes provided ! I said the what is your job you are making me do all this omg!? This place tried to charge me 500+ when I am fully insured. Will not be coming here. Know your rights and coverage!

My mother goes here and one time they did a check up they said “Small” cavity They cleaned it but they did not clean it right they made it more worst one time my mom tooth broke she did a filling and they did it and she was flossing the filling fell off my sister told my mom about this dentist we went to the dentist and as soon my mom opened her mouth a bunch of problems. Broken tooth 6 cavities 2 tooth’s with infected gums it was a mess they cleaned and fix most of it we were in shock a bunch of problems don’t go to this dentist don’t listen to the other 5 stars reviews problems bots visit Dr.Dental At Clifton we are currently about to sue this dentist office due to the amount of problems my mom had 0 STARS

Negative experience: Really bad experience with the office. The services were great no complaints to that but the receptionist were not aware how some of the insurance work. They gave me a different bill and charge way more to the insurance just for me to get them to pay the same amount. I ended up paying more around $350 than just money. Bad customer service by the reception and would never recommend or go back to this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Bobby the dental assistant/hygienist was wonderful. He made me feel very comfortable and safe while he worked btw I’m dentist phobic so this was no small effort on his part. The office staff was also welcoming. I made another appointment to fill two cavaties filled which I’m sure will go equally smoothly.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here a few years for myself and my children. I have always had great experiences. Appointments are easy to make. The staff is very friendly and they always take their time to explain everything and answer questions. I had Bobby do my cleaning and he was so gentle, i could barely tell he was cleaning my teeth. He was professional and gave me insight into my gum health.

Negative experience: I don’t understand how this place is allowed to operate. The office was dirty, smelled like food, and felt unsanitary. The hygienist struggled with the X-rays, hurt my gums, and had to retake them after the doctor said they weren’t usable. During cleaning, water sprayed everywhere—even my hair got wet. She didn’t floss my teeth or apply fluoride either. It was honestly a nightmare experience.

Negative experience: Currently on hold for 25 minutes now for an EMERGENCY appointment. Before this I have called 3 times and just got a voicemail. They completely ignore your call if you select existing patient, but if you select new they then stick you on hold when you say it’s an urgent need and leave you there for almost half an hour (by the way I’m still on hold. Now 27 minutes) Edit: after 48 minutes the “manager” comes in with instant sass that is not called for. I am now looking for a new dentist. There is a way to speak to people and a way not to speak to people.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to family dental for many many years have sat in the waiting area for up to an hour, and sometimes over an hour and have walked out on several occasions. The management the office was truly horrible. Just couldn’t find another place to start all over again. What a pleasure I didn’t even get to my chair they took me right in. They greeted me. The manager was so pleasant and happy and accommodating and came into the room and was chatting with me. What an amazing experience. It’s about time they cleaned house. Everyone from front staff to dental hygienst to the actual the dentist was extremely professional, accommodating, and welcoming. I haven't been back to the dentist since before COVID, and no judgment was made, and they treated me well. I have nothing but praise for this office and their staff. Definitely recommend.

Negative experience: I really do like the Dentist as well as the dental hygienist, but the issue is the phones. No one picks up the phone and I had to call another dental office who's affiliated with them to submit a claim to my insurance. I left numerous messages, and no one calls back. Like I say before, I do like both the dentist and the hygienist, but the phones are a downfall.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional staff never pick up the phone if pick up waiting time unlimited. They don’t have root canal specialist for months and never give appointments. Dr Patel did filling but she did do deep feelings that I got infection since last one and fake month can’t eat properly. Still I am in pain and those unprofessional doctors and front desk staff don’t care about patients. Not a place for you if you need good treatment and speedy recovery. Very unprofessional doctors don’t have reasonable answer why they did filling without checking underneath. Sorry to say but never met any dentist like them in my life.

Negative experience: A 50 minute wait for a regular check up. Had to repeat xrays MULTIPLE times and the xray internist did not remove the xray device from my mouth it was extremely uncomfortable. The dentist cleaned my teeth for a total of 6 minutes, barely touched the top teeth. Said there was a cavity, did not show me where. I am extremely unsatisfied with my visit.

Negative experience: Worst experience just to get an initial appointment. Provided all the details almost for 30 mins with spelling my name with each letter, insurance details etc. Then they said now we have all the information and will get a call back in a day or two for the appointment. So when called next day, they said no information is available and I need to give all the details again. What the heck. Go to some better place, don't go here.

Negative experience: There's a reason their rating is low. I always say if people hate their jobs they should just quit but no they instead take it out on patients. Save yourself the trouble of being hung up on and dealing with the worst of the worst rude people. Oh! And if you work like most people you won't be able to get an appointment. Honestly I was so turned off by they're additudes I won't be back and no one else should either honestly. Really just a awful group of people who work they're who should probably consider another line of work

Negative experience: For the most part the staff is sincere and kind, however if you have a high level of dental anxiety this is NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. I had a horrible experience with a Dentist there (Last name Kim) and he obviously skipped the bed side manner course. I ran out of the office in tears without doing my procedure. I will NEVER go back there.

Negative experience: Prepare yourself for a nice 15-30 min of waiting time if you call to ask about almost anything.. the usual will be: hello , can you please hold.. and then your journey will start .. bring some popcorn or nice cup of coffee ( or two..) till someone actually answer and tell you to call after one hour.. The clinic is okay and staff are okay. Dr. Kim is supportive and explained what was the issue and what will be the treatment plan Will re update the review after I finish with the treatment..

Why did you waste my time and wait for 3 weeks to cancel my appointment then?? I was make sure that I’m taking this appointment for retreatment and they said yes!!!! Unprofessional people!! Negative experience: The office staff are unprofessional and never pick up the phone. It takes them ages to simply ask for your name to check into an appointment. Sometimes you have to wait because they have no cleaned instruments. The dentist rushes cavity fillings and does a poor job.

Negative experience: The front office desk is not professional and gives an awful greeting. The office gave me an appointment after an extensive phone call with all the details taken. On the day after reaching, the front office lady says, "You need to call insurance and make us primary provider. We can't take you today." Great! waisted time and fuel.

Negative experience: Beware! This Dentist is a scam ! The women at the desk are very unprofessional to say the least. They had me sit down & fill out new patient forms. After handing them in, they immediately call me behind the desk so no one else can hear. They tell me that they have to reschedule my appointment because "something happened to the doctor on his way there". She tells me she just recieved a phone call saying something happened to the doctor on his way there. I called her out and said I didn't hear any phones ring since I arrived. She then says that she recieved the phone call a while ago, so I ask her why didn't she tell me when I arrived? She says "because you were already here". The two women at the desk look like they are straight off the streets and I cannot believe a dentist's office conducts business like this. I will be filing a formal complaint because there is something very suspicious going on there as you can see from the other reviews as well.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Patel and Kayla are awesome. They're very kind and funny, and always makes sure that I feel comfortable. Definitely one of the best dentists I've had the pleasure of visiting. Also, the front desk staff has seen tremendous improvement over the few years that I've been coming here - when I first called (2 years ago?), there were long holds but now, getting put on hold is quite rare and even if it happens, it's usually only 3-5 minutes long.

Negative experience: Worst office, I had taken appointment and waited there for 30 min did all paperwork and then they are telling your appointment is rescheduled. And they are telling lie that we had called you yesterday about canceling appointment. But they never called me. Please don’t do to anyone like this. People come here to get treatment and take off from work and I don’t drive, I took Uber to visit dental office. Waste off money and time. Please don’t lie to customer atleast be Frank and value their time and money. Just one text message is enough so that customer will take some other day appointment.

When I was as doing my root canal procedure, Dr. Patel told the assistant to clean and spray my tooth to clean it and she completely ignored his order and was disinterested as all they were talking about was vacation while working on my root canal. Dr. Patel showed no accountability, as he did not address this and just allowed the assistant to ignore his order during a medical procedure which really bothered and worried me. Till this day I can still feel pain eating on the tooth where they did my root canal which isn’t supposed to happen, and I can’t floss on some of the teeth that they did fillings on. When I called and shared my experience and asked to be connected to Dr. Patel to request that I do not have the same assistant on my next appointment and address the prior incident, the receptionists were very rude and told me Dr. Patel was away on vacation and they did not allow my to speak to him before my next appointment. Will not return, will go to real dentists to fix the problems they caused. Stay Away!!
