Fantastic experience: I CANNOT RECOMMEND Flanders Pediatric Dentistry Enough! Dr. Brian was INCREDIBLE with my son who is autistic. He is so accommodating for children with special needs, very patient, rewards/prizes, care involvement, etc. Ive been to other places and couldn't get my son to even open his mouth. On the FIRST VISIT, Dr. Brian managed a full exam, cleaning and xrays! UNBELIEVABLE for my kid. They fit us into a cancelation list and got us in for fillings that I was previously quoted THOUSANDS to do bc the other dentist recommended anesthesia. Dr. Brian was able to do EVERYTHING with just laughing gas! In office! AMAZING! Thank you so much to everyone who works there! Now we can enjoy my boy's Beautiful little smile

Fantastic experience: They are amazing with babies. We took our 11 month old for her first ever dentist appointment, Dr. Brian was absolutely amazing to her. The dentist is not the most ideal place to go, but knowing we have a reliable and family friendly spot so close to our home is such a blessing! I could not recommend this place enough

Fantastic experience: Being new to town, I was scrambling to find a same-day appointment for my 4-year old who suddenly developed an abscess on his injured baby tooth. Nicole at the front desk quickly got us registered and squeezed us in to be seen. She checked our benefits and advised us of potential costs. Nicole welcomed us with a smile when we arrived in office. We met with Dr Brian who was absolutely incredible. He explained the situation thoroughly to me then explained it perfectly to my son. He was patient and gentle and charismatic. It was by far the best “bedside manner” I have witnessed across every doctors office I’ve visited probably my entire life. Before the appointment, we learned our insurance is out-of-network, but I plan to continue with Dr Brian and his team despite this because they are worth it.

Fantastic experience: What a great practice! We have had a wonderful experience every time our three little ones go for a checkup. The staff is is so engaging with the kids and made even our most nervous little one feel right at ease. My youngest keeps asking to go back! Dr Shirley is fantastic. She explains everything to us so well and makes the kids feel so calm.

He took the time to prepare her for each step, explaining everything in a way that made her feel completely comfortable. He also answered all my questions and clearly explained my daughter’s situation. We couldn’t be happier with the care we received. My daughter also loved the play area in the waiting room, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Flanders Pediatric Dentistry is the best ! Dr. Brian is sooo good with my son. He makes sure to explain things to him and makes him feel very comfortable. He’s very knowledgeable and explains everything to us. Making an appointment is super easy and the entire staff is super friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Positive experience: Dr & hygienist are always excellent!!! Theyre soooo nice. All the other stuff is terrible unfortunately. Couldnt sign forms on cell phone, price qoutes from everyone were totally different, and always costs so much in the end. But in all I always go back every 6 months plus more with my 3 kids!

Negative experience: If I could give the ortho team SPECIFICALLY zero stars I would. The dental team are wonderful but for the last two years, the ortho team has been HORRIBLE. Both of my children are in the middle of treatment - the first is on round two (round one was with a doctor who was great but has since retired). The new hires are AWFUL! They have lied to my child TWICE about when she was getting her braces off (including just this morning when we were told to make an AM appointment because that is when they do removals) only to be told she needed more time. With round two, my daughter’s braces broke within days, while my son’s broke within HOURS of having them put on. Don’t even get me started on the amount of times my son’s brackets have broken THIS YEAR ALONE! The workmanship and communication are AWFUL. I have another kid who needs braces and I would rather eat class than use them for braces ever again. If I hadn’t already paid for their service I’d pull my kids but I unfortunately have to stick it out with this awful service.

Fantastic experience: Took my 2 yr old to see Dr. Brian today. I was a bit apprehensive as this was my son’s first visit to the dentist, but it couldn’t have went better. Dr. Brian was super friendly and personable, informative, and took his time explaining everything to me. He wasn’t pushy about using fluoride toothpaste but rather explained the benefits and some misperceptions which I thought was nice! My son did great and even was awarded with a “prize” for a great visit. Also, the waiting room had toys and such to keep kids busy…always appreciative when offices do what they can to help!

Negative experience: I’m not too sure on what’s happened to this place, either they fired the experienced good workers or they left for a better job (not blaming them). Half of the time the dentist are too busy on anything but your teeth or laughing a storm up in the back. I had 2 dentist tell me 2 completely different things. The only reason it isn’t a 1 star is because their are nice to the kids. There’s been a few occasions they don’t ask you for permission to do something but besides that it’s mostly awful, they like all the kids. So don’t go here if your child is over the age of 12-14

Fantastic experience: Dr Brian is such a compassionate doctor who engages my child to help her feel safe. He takes the time to educate us and discuss options each time we have been and truly cares that our daughter leaves feeling positive about the dentist. I’ve beeen to several other practices that fall way short of that.

There compassionate and caring. They understand if your child is scared and made it an easy and comfortable process for them. We also go to the orthodontist in the office and it's been a great experience. Always answers my questions and any concerns I have.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shirley and her assistant (I totally forgot her name but she was the sweetest) were FANTASTIC with my 7 year old and my 3 year old. They both kept my oldest calm and praised him for all his efforts with taking care of his teeth. My youngest is extremely clingy and was terrified and the ladies took it in stride! I highly recommend everyone here. From front desk to check out and even our special walk out through BUBBLES. We definitely found our new dentist!

Fantastic experience: The visit was teally good. I liked the doctor we saw today for my daughter. She was really thorough with her work she was doing and explained to parent as well as my teenager what care needs to be done and how. All the doctors are very good! The front staff, all the assistants and cleaning specialists ate very good. Its a very pleasing atmosphere. They sure are very goid with kids and make them feel very comfortable.
