My recent cleaning with Andrey(only male hygienist I have ever met!) was gentle and he conducted a thorough exam and cleaning. He also provided suggestions on how to maintain great dental health.

Fantastic experience: I was in need of a dentist for the past 5 years. Aspen Dental was not doing it for me although they have improved tremendously. I like a certain level of care and I “shop” around, if you will. With that being said, Reiner Family Dental fell in my lap in a form of an ad in the mail. It felt like a sign from above. I immediately called to set an appointment as a new patient, easy peasy process and I was seen within 2 weeks. The office is so esthetically pleasing that you have to see it for yourselves to understand what I am referring to. The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Siera is a very knowledgeable and seems like an all around an awesome person. My dental hygienist, Jeanie, clearly loves what she does. She has given me throughly instructions on the care of my teeth and I am one happy client! Fantastic experience: Once again I was very pleased with today’s visit and will continue to recommend Dr. Reiner. I have always been terrified of dentists due to some very unfortunate memories from childhood but dr Reiner and staff go out of their way to make you comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Reiner's office was able to fit me in within 24-hours for an urgent appointment. My dentist was unavailable and I was in a lot of pain. The staff was helpful and diligent. The dental assistant was gentle, thorough, and kind. Dr. Reiner was patient and expert in his diagnosis of my problem. He was able to identify the tooth generating radiating pain throughout half of my mouth. He then took several minutes to educate me on the reason for my pain. He then explained the options available to me and recommended a specialist address the root canal figuring that while he might be able to do it and save me money, my particular needs would likely be best met by an endodontist. His office proceeded to contact a local endodontist and try and arrange an appointment. It was an excellent experience indicative of quality dental care and integrity.

Fantastic experience: I awoke yesterday morning at 3:30 am with pain coming from the crown on my dental implant, a piece of the ceramic cover had cracked off leaving very sharp edges. Dr Brad Reimer was recommended to me by my chiropractor. I called the office, they took me in that morning. Dr Reiner solved my problem and gave me good, honest, thoughtful recommendations for future care. My experience with corporate owned dental offices on my insurance plan is to recommend what my insurance will cover and not what is in my best interest or to recommend some expensive procedure I may not need. I am a retired health care practitioner with almost 50 years of experience. I can absolutely reccomend Dr Reiner. He is an excellent practitioner who goes to great lengths to explain the problem and meet the needs of the patient. The staff is great, the office centrally located, clean, neat and with a relaxed, invitung atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Ok, so I’ve been going here every 3-4months for a little over a year now, and can now confidently say that Geanne is my all-time favorite hygienist. I have a lot of health issues that are normally minimized or ignored, so I’ve avoided dental visits my whole adult life and am now having to make up for lost time. Geanne not only has a calming and friendly personality, but she also takes and references detailed notes! She always has a pillow for my neck injury, numbing gel for my sensitive gums, keeps my teeth from getting too dry, NEVER aggravates my TMJ, AND offers data driven feedback about how I’m improving to keep me motivated between visits. I don’t think I’ll ever describe dental visits as enjoyable, but I no longer dread them when I’m on her schedule.

In speaking with Dr. Sierra Reiner, I explained that I had not kept up well in dental care as most of my experiences were not great. As a result, when I would go, it was because something was wrong causing alot of work to fix & money. My journey felt like an endless cycle. After we had our initial conversation, exam, cleaning, xrays etc, we started a care plan that I really like - I visit every 3mos for a cleaning now & I feel I have a partner in maintaining my teeth, rather than dealing with an emergency. My mouth, gums, teeth have never been healthier, nor have they ever felt better! I look forward to seeing everyone there! Positive experience: Marteen the hygienist is great! I’m giving a 3 star because I was told by Dr Reiner I need to get an implant for one of my missing back teeth. His strong suggestion is not accurate, since you can’t see the hole when I smile. And I just need to wear a mouth guard at night to prevent my upper tooth from growing down, because of the missing bottom tooth. I was told about the mouth guard option by the oral surgeon who removed my bottom tooth because of an abscess.

Although my teeth need some work I was relieved to know what was needed and knew I was in good hands. It actually was a pleasant experience because of their knowledge and great attitudes.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff! Aspen Dental quoted me $5,400 for a root canal including a $1,000 gum cleaning. Absolute scam. I booked an appointment with Dr. Siera Reiner, who saw me within a few days and performed a full consult including x-rays for free. Siera and her coworkers are very professional and treated me with respect and care. I was able to get the treatment I needed (I did not need a root canal) for less than $800 without insurance. I’m very happy that I found an ethical dentist in the Vero area and I recommend them to anyone needing dental care.

I hit the jackpot with the first office I picked after doing my due diligence! I found the exact office that had all the criteria’s that we were looking for. Very friendly staff, all hygienist are excellent, and the dentist Dr. SIERA REINER is excellent very knowledgeable, compassionate, and makes sure she explains everything to you. Everyone in the office makes you feel like family after our first visit they new us by our personal names (3) of us. Fantastic experience: Very clean and orderly place - by far the best in Vero that I've been to. The nurse that took me back for my consultation was extremely nice and listened to my concerns of an impacted tooth that has given me issues - as well my concerns of being 5 months pregnant and what issues may occur if the tooth stayed in/other options to follow. The lead dentist came in and was extremely polite and listened to my concerns, gave me some info in regards to what would need to be done/proper procedure and any warnings he felt needed to be stated in regards to my personal health/my unborn child's health - he opted that I wait till after delivery (with alternative remedies for the meantime with any swelling/pain) so as to not stress me or my unborn child out too much, which all on its own proved to me that this company isnt there for the money, but for their patient/clients genuine health and well-being. I will continue to go with Reiner Family Dental

Fantastic experience: After moving to Florida from New York I was worried about finding a new dentist. I did an online search and talked to neighbors. I decided to try Reiner Family Dental. They are the best! I didn’t think I could find a dental office as good as I had in NY but I was wrong! The office staff is great, hygienist is awesome as is the dentist. Their fees are far less than what I paid in NY. I can scratch finding a dentist off my list!
